Stalker
On that day Rita was doing her jogging,it was her first day of jogging.Until now she never cared about her health but now a days her weight was started increasing so decided to go for jogging.That park was so crowded with joggers that Rita didn't find any place to run.She was finding it hard to cope up with other joggers.She was so uncomfortable.All other joggers were comfortable in that place while she couldn't manage to find enough place to jog.She was just trying to push her way through that crowd.But it was hard for her.Once she was beautiful everyone used to look at her.She hated it then but now when no one was paying her any attention.It seemed miserable to her.She had gain so much weight.Then she suddenly felt someone was watching her not in good way but some strange way.She was scared after all crimes were not new things in cities.But in a crowded area it seemed so strange.She couldn't believe her feelings fully because in this crowd.She couldn't be sure.If that person was following her.She just went to side and sat on bench.Then she waited there.In hope that her feeling would slowly vanish.But instead of vanishing it became stronger.She could feel it.That some one was there.Then she turned around there were just bushes nothing else.She was so scared and confused.She looked around that park,she suddenly felt as if she was sitting in corner.She just looked at other bench which was near kid's park so she went there.
She looked around their small kids which were enjoying.She looked at them.She saw those kids and missed important part of her life.Kids!!Her kids were always a dream for her.She never managed to have one and any way she felt that they were not that important after all she was happily married in her life.Her husband loved her more that any one's husband and that was enough for her.She decided to forget about kids and turn her attention to other issue like files she supposed to clear today in office.She started thinking about them when she felt touch on her shoulder and she shivered.She was about to scream when she heard small voice."Auntie will you give my ball?"She looked at her feet.A ball was there.Then she turned around a small boy was asking for that ball.She smiled and said"Sure."Then as she was about to pass that ball,she noticed some one was running away from bush.She screamed"Who is there?"Suddenly that little boy ran away to his mom.He started telling her everything.Then in few minutes whole people in garden gathered around her.A woman asked"What happened?"Rita"I feel that some one was standing behind that bushes."Then everyone turned their attention towards bushes.They all were tense.Some part of their mind was scared while other part was excited.They all were enjoying thrill.They all had a dream of adventure from childhood.But life was far more precious than such a adventure.They were tense.Rita"I think he must have left by now."One man"He??!You know him.""No I don't even able to see him.""Then how did you say he,it can be she also?"Now Rita was confused.She never thought this way.Rita"I just assumed.""Now assuming can be risky."Another woman"But why did a woman follow a woman?"Now Rita was start feeling nausea. She never thought this way.A man was following her with bad intentions.Rita"You think that person was following...""No need to give details but don't you see now a days we are not safe any more.""Ya crimes are increasing each and every day."After that whole crowd started discussing various crimes.Rita was so scared.She wanted to tell them to stop but she didn't have any right so she had to keep quiet.
Then when finally discussion was over,crowd looked towards Rita.A woman"You can't go alone now."Rita looked at her watch.She totally forgot about time.She was late.Her Rakesh was going to be angry with her.After all he had to go to office on time and she was already too late.Even if she decided to take a Auto now.Still she could just manage to make either tiffin or breakfast just one of them.Rita"I am late.I must go now.""Wait don't go alone."Mother of that small boy told to Rita."I will come with you.I came with my car.Come on Bobby let's go."Then she took her kid in her arms.They sat inside car.Rita was still tense.She was feeling that something was wrong.She couldn't point it out.But something was wrong.She couldn't believe it.Suddenly someone was following her and she was inside a car with an unknown woman and her son. Wasn't it more risky?When she thought that way,she suddenly got more and more scared.She looked around.She got suddenly doubtful about that woman and then she saw her driver.He was strong.He could do anything to her.Then small boy screamed"Mom I want my ice cream.."After here his screaming and irritation on that woman's face.Rita was convinced of their innocence.She started feeling guilty.Rita was looked at road.That driver took a another road.Rita screamed"Hey where are you going?"Driver looked nervous.Driver"Mam it is shortcut.Don't worry we will be there in few minutes."Then Rita saw her house.Driver"That's it. Didn't I tell you this is nice shortcut?"Now Rita felt so foolish.She was screaming on those person who had help her.Rita"I am so sorry.I just don't know why I screamed.." Driver"No need apologize sister.I can understand if someone follow you.It is scary."That woman"May be we shall have to inform Police?"Rita"But what does I say?That I thought someone was there.It was useless.There was no proof."That woman nodded."You are right.But just be careful."Then finally Rita got out of that car.
As soon as she entered inside house, Rakesh began to scream on her."Where were you all morning?Don't you see time?I was scared.I was about to phone your friends.."Rita suddenly couldn't control herself and started crying.Rakesh was shocked but he consoled her.Rakesh"Now don't worry.I will stay with you today."Rita felt so great full that Rakesh missed his office for her.But after some hours her fear went away and she insisted him to go to office.Rakesh was not willing but she forced him. Finally on her insistence Rakesh went to office.But he strictly ordered her not to go out.At that moment she nodded willingly.But slowly as time passed Rita started feeling bored.She had finished her work and she began to watch T.V.Then she began to do her job on computer.Whole time she was in house.But when evening came,she began to feel bore.She just couldn't stay inside home whole time.She was so bored by sitting there that she began to think that she need a exercise for her feet.She looked out of keyhole everything seemed perfect outside so she decided to take a evening walk.She planned to take a small walk around her building.But when she went out,she felt once again that some one was following her.She turned around many times.But didn't able to see anyone.She literally ran back in her house.But after that she just preferred staying in the home.She never tried to go out without Rakesh.Rita slowly began feel depressed.She could stay like that at her home alone.Then she started calling her friends and began to chat with them for many hours.Slowly even her friends started avoiding her.No one was interested in talking about her mysterious stalker.Then one day her friends came to meet her.When they entered Rita could clearly feel that they all have come with some motive.Then for some time they chat then finally they came to point. Pooja"Rita I think we all feel this is enough.You need a help.""What?You mean a Police...""No.I don't think there is any stalker.You need a psychiatrist "Rita felt that she was boiling with anger.She felt it that someone was following her and her friends seemed to believe that she was mad.She was loosing her control over her emotions and she knew that it was mistake.But she just couldn't control herself.She started screaming on them."So you think I am mad.After going through all this you all think I am mad.Now I began to feel may be you all trying to make me mad.I hate you go away."Then she just pushed table and everything on table fell on ground so she throw away all food on ground.She was so shocked.She spoiled all her food.She made so carefully in rage of anger.She destroyed everything.She looked around.Now all her friends were standing on one side in a group.They all looked scared.Even their dresses were spoiled because of that food. She could clearly see their fear in their eyes.They all were convinced that she was mad and somewhere in her heart she was also convinced that she was mad.

At first no one dared to come near her.Finally one of her friend came and started patting on her shoulder.Rita hugged her and started crying.Rita"I am mad.You are right."Her friend smiled happily."Now that is enough.Don't cry."Slowly all her friends came near her and started consoling her.Her friend spoke"Now relax and listen me.We got a nice psychiatrist and we also took his appointment.I know that we shouldn't have done it without your knowledge.."Rita stopped her.Rita"You did a greatest favor to me.Let go."So Rita went with her two friends to psychiatrist.When she went inside,she was scared.Then slowly she told him everything.Doctor listened to her and finally asked"Have you ever feel some one is behind you inside house?""No never.I feel safe there.""You just told me that a small boy was with you when you first saw that man.That boy ran to his mother and she dropped you to your home.""Yes.""So that boy must had seen that man."Rita was confused.But she nodded.Rita"But I can't say surely."Then Doctor turned towards her friends."Who told you that she is imagining things?Do you thought it by your self or some body suggested?"Her both friend kept quiet at first.But when Doctor insisted,they told Doctor that Rakesh suggested this when they asked him make Police complaint.Rita was shocked.Doctor"I think that I have to meet your husband.He is having a problem not you.He is really spying on you.Do you mentioned it to him that you are taking her to Doctor?""No.He was against it so we did it secretly.She needed help so we thought..""You did a best thing for your friend.Rita can you able to bring your husband here."Rita said" I will try."But when she went home and tried to talk to Rakesh.He began to screaming on her.He literally thrown her out of house.He was claiming that she wanted to leave because they didn't have child.Rita just didn't understand.She never felt that way.Then Rita went home.Rakesh divorced her.He left her.But he didn't show any sign of accepting his fault or his mental problem.Finally Rita had to give up on her marriage and she went ahead with her life.But now at least no one was spying on her and she could free enjoy her life.
