Today was an important day for Tina.There would be a sale in her shop today.She was planning for it many days.She wanted to prove herself a best.Last time she couldn't made that much difference.This time she had practiced very hard.She wore a proper make up.Her dress was also perfect.She dressed in such style that every appreciation from her parents.She was youngest of three children.In many families elder one's love their younger sister.But in case of her parents she always had to fight for attention.She was needed a success to earn their affection.But it was not easy.She was good at school.But she was never smart enough to top in the class.But her talking skill were good.She could sell anything to everyone.But this statement turned out to be wrong too.Last time she didn't able to meet the target in selling her products which was a big shock to her parents.She still remembered the scene at house.When she had to share this bad news.Her father was sitting on sofa and reading the newspaper.Her mother was cooking in kitchen.Her sisters were inside the bedroom.She wanted to tell it to Dad.But she wanted it to be taken lightly.So she watched her face in small pocket mirror.She started applying powder and lipstick on her face.She wanted to hide her sorrows.After seeing her face was proper.She told it to her Dad as casually as possible.But her drama was proved to be useless.Her Dad screamed loudly"What you have failed in this also?I can't believe it."He screamed it so loudly that whole house was gathered in the room.Tina wanted to suffer for her failure silently.But Dad wanted to create drama out of it.He wanted to embarrass her so that she would suffer for her failure.Her mother and her sisters came out.Her mother looked little tense and her sisters were laughing secretly.She knew they never protected her.They just wanted to see her fail.Her Mom never liked this.But with Dad's encouragement her sister's feeling towards her were totally changed.They were no longer showing any sisterly feelings to Tina.Dad always encouraged wrong kind of feelings.Her sister just wanted their good future.They just didn't care about her.Then Dad began to insult her.For long time that drama continued.Tina who didn't wanted to show her sadness;finally started crying.This time she didn't want to face the humiliation again.She was just going to achieve her sales this time.On the counter all dresses were kept perfectly.She kept them in such a way that it had to attract customer's attention.
Finally crowd entered in the mall.Tina prepared herself for her customer.Slowly customer started coming to shop.Many customer entered in her shop.Next to her shop was a shop of selling computers.She knew that there would to hardly any purchase there.It was just a showroom.When customer came inside.She started showing them dresses.She was very excited.Many of the customers ever went to trial room to try the dresses.Tina was positive that some of them would buy the dress.But most of the customer's slowly saw the price tag and ran away from hunters.Tina saw all her customer's going away like a sea tide.Tina tried hard to convince then that these dresses were beautiful and unique.They could never able to buy such a nice dress.One customer was fully convinced she was about to buy the dress.When her mom interfered she said that colour didn't suit her.Tina could able to show other colours in that pattern so the sale didn't happened.After that many customers came.Finally one customer bought the dress.But it was cheaper one.Tina thought that this was just beginning of the day.Slowly her customers would increase and her sell figure would rise.But instead of coming to her shop they went to another shop where they could get clothes at cheaper price.Only few customers who wanted branded and designer clothes bought it from her.Finally at end of the day she sat looking very tried.The salesman from next shop came to her door."What's a tiring day?But you must have made great sale today.I saw there were many customers on your shop."Tina smiled sadly.Tina"No!Just bigger number of customer didn't made sell.If they didn't buy a thing ,they are useless.""What?Then why did you run after them like that?You should have clearly guessed that they were not going to buy.""Of course as soon as they saw the price tag,it was written on their faces.""Then why did you run after them like that?""Chandu, Didn't I told you about my family?""Of course I clearly remember your Cinderella story.Instead of stepmother you got your real father in it.Your father the dictator.I remember the whole story and your mean sisters also.But I just don't understand why are you playing Cinderella?You could have protected.I think you have to just quite trying to please him and you will be on the top of the world.""But I have to..!""Why?I don't do anything to please my father.He was always cursing me.I am telling you approximately 80% of the mall staff is getting same treatment.But we all just ignore.You should have acted in same way in the past.But I suggest you that you can act that way from today.It's never too late.You should always respect your parents and don't insult them.But you shouldn't let them stand on your head."Then all time he continued insulting all parents and started to teach her ways to deal with them.His nonsense was not helping her.It was increased towards her chest.She didn't want to pay attention to it.But it was increasing.She was pretty sure the other salesman would see it on her face and her face turned true and the salesman asked "Tina why are you looking like this?Are you sick?May be I call Natasha she will help you?""No..No!Don't phone your wife.I am just fine.It's just stomach's pain.It will slowly go away."Before any further discussion Tina just ran away from there.Tina wanted the pain to be stopped before she went to face her Dad.But instead of reducing it began to increase.When she reached the home,she was in maximum pain.Then her Dad started looking at her with his usual mean eyes.She felt one strong cramp in body and she cried loudly in a pain.All the family came to help her.But she just ran to her room.Even in room she could clearly hear the remarks Dad was passing on her.She never earned his love and he would never learn to respect her.She was feeling the pain.But she just wanted hide them.
From that day she started eating just light diet.She started avoiding heavy food that would harm her stomach.Again Dad started talking on her strange eating habits.This time even mom was with him.Mom was also started taunting on her food.She told Tina she should go and see the doctor.But in her busy schedule she didn't have any time to visit the doctors.Then the pain suddenly started coming everyday.Her stomach was also started getting upset.Specially when she was working,it was very disturbing for her.Finally she discussed her problem with her friend Chandu.Tina "If I feel that pain again and again.How can I do my job?My clients will ran away.If they see pains on my face.""Oh God!You are sick and still you are thinking about those customers.Are you mad?Now listen to me.Tomorrow my wife will take you to the doctor and then you will go home and take rest.""With Dad there will be no rest.I will return to work.""Then stay with Natasha.She will enjoy your company.That's it no arguments."Next day Natasha forced her to take one day off and took her to check up.But even after all check ups they didn't find cause of Tina's sickness.Report showed that she was perfect.Tina was very upset and scared after this.Tina"I just don't understand if I am perfect.Why do I have these pains?"Chandu"Can I suggest you something?""Of course.Go ahead.No need to ask it.""May be you shall have to go to psychiatrist?"Tina was very angry after hearing this."Are you saying that I am pretending to be sick to get attention?You think of me this way after knowing me for such a long time.""No you are getting it all wrong.Let me explain."But Tina ran away to hide her tears without hearing his explanation.
After that Tina started feeling more and more depressed.She couldn't concentrate on her customers because of these stomach pains.She had gone far behind in sell figures now.She was surely going to lose everything and it was because of her health that was her thinking.She was not ready to accept Chandu's suggestion.Instead of accepting his advice she turned her back towards him.Whenever she saw he was looking in her direction or wave at her.She just looked in other directions.She knew she was losing her best friend.But she didn't care.She didn't want him to interfere in her personal matters.She was very upset with her health and career problems.She wanted to visit doctors.But she could because it would mean losing the sell figures.Numbers of her customers were decreasing and her pains were increasing.She tried hard to get help from her parents.But it was useless.Finally she decided to surrender to her friend.Tina"If I went to a psychiatrist and he said I am fine,you will help me to find a physician.""OK. I promise.That's deal."
When she went to that doctor.He told them that he want to talk to her alone.Tina was very scared to sit there with an unknown man.She should have ran away from there.But Chandu whispered to her"Don't worry I know him.Very well.And I am just on the other side of door.If you call me once,I will come running inside."Then Chandu smiled at doctor and went away.She wished that instead of wood it was glass door from which outside people could be seen clearly.Doctor"Now just relax and be comfortable."She tried hard but she found it hard to feel comfortable in that room.But slowly and gradually doctor talked to her on many subjects and she felt relaxed.Slowly that doctor became her friend.He explained her that she was suffering from depression.When she told him about her father.He didn't started insulting her parents like Chandu.He just told her"Take it easy.Don't stretch yourself unnecessarily."Then he took one rubber stretched it.Finally it was broken in two piece."You are doing same thing with your mind.You are stretching it and that's why it was creating physical problems.""But I am not pretending."She was so angry that she banged her hand on table.Then she apologized."You must be thinking.I am mad.""No.I think you don't have the knowledge.""What knowledge?""Sometimes psychological problems creates physical problems.You are upset because of your family problems and I tell you.How to deal with them?" He told her how to deal with her parent and sisters.After that she started dealing with her father just the way doctor told her.But she kept away from rat race and let her sisters ran in those races.She just did her job and started using one ear to hear.Then her brain to evaluate things and last but not the least started using another ear to throw away unnecessary taunts.So she just learnt to use her another ear and her problem was solved. After all we have to learn to use all body parts properly.
