Sleeping beauty
Sara was playing on the swing.She really loved that swing.She was on the top of the world.She clearly saw her mom was sitting on the bench.She happily smiling at Sara.Sara slowly increased the speed.The swing was on the full speed now.They just loved to stay at that garden.Her mom everyday took her to that garden.It was nice,small isolated garden.There were no kids in it.Just Sara and her mom.It was mom's way of living.She always liked privacy.On Sara's birthday mom never called other kids.They just went to film.Mom always booked two corner tickets.Then they went home and cut the cake.Sara also liked it because mom loaded her room with gift on such a day.Sara also liked privacy.She also loved to be alone.After sometime mom called Sara and told her that it was getting late.They must go home.Sara stopped her swing and ran to her mom.Both of them went home.In home mom cooked food for her and Sara began her homework.She had to complete all.It was a perfect day for her.She just wanted it to be just like this for her whole life.Then suddenly Sara remembered it was Saturday.It was day for her Papa's phone call.Sara could see clearly pains in her mom's eyes.Then mom calmed herself.Mom"Papa is busy with his new baby."Sara was shocked.No one had told her about this new baby.Now a days her Papa had getting everything new.First he left her mom and got new wife.Now he got new baby.Papa just did not like them because mom hated meeting people.Papa many times forced mom to attend functions.But then that night they had a big fight.Her Papa was forcibly pulling her mom's hand because he wanted to take her to party.Her mom was telling that she was sick.Sara also started crying.Finally mom went to party.That day her grandma came to take care of her.After seeing those argument grandma was shocked.Grandma asked her"Did your mom act like this every time?"Sara nodded."Mom hated going out."Grandma was shocked.That night her Grandma waited until midnight to talk to her mom.But when mom and Papa came back,Papa began screaming on Grandma.Papa"I can't stay with your daughter anymore.She is crazy.She just don't want to go out of this house.She just create a drama on every occasion.""What happen?What did she do on this function?""Nothing.She just sat quietly on corner table.When I asked her to join other people.She didn't come.All people were looking at her in strange way and asking question about her.I had enough of her.I want a divorce.""Now.Don't so harsh.Think about Sara.""Mom I can't do anything about her.She was just turning in to her mother's shadow.She never like to go out.Many times I tried to take my daughter out with me.But she just loved her mom.""That's not true.""It is a plain truth.I can't tolerate it."Then Sara's mom literally screamed."Mom let him go.We just can't live together."Grandma was shocked.Then Papa packed his bag and went away.Then they forced Sara to go to sleep.But Sara just could not sleep in that quarrel.Her mom and Grandma were arguing whole night.After that her Papa never came to stay with her and Grandma always stayed with them.At first Papa used to come to take Sara out on weekend.He tried hard to take her in park.But Sara was not ready.Sara clearly remembered those day.One day Papa bought a ball for her and suggested that they should go to park.That time Sara didn't know what had other parks looked like.She just knew one park.When she entered in the park,she didn't like.It was crowded with many children like school.Sara always hated school.She didn't like that place.Many times Papa tried to take her to many places.She never complained about it because she didn't want to hurt her Papa.But Papa could clearly see that she was not happy.Slowly her outings were stopped.One day Papa brought her new wife.They both tried to convince her to come to park.But she could not go with any unknown person so she ran inside.After that outings were stopped.But Papa used to phone her everyday with many plans for her trip.But she just rejected every plan.Now even Papa's phone were stopped.
Finally Mom finished cooking and joined Sara in watching television.On same moment Grandma came inside.Grandma"I met Sara's teacher in market.""What did she say?I hope there are not complaints against Sara.""Not at all.But she said that Sara is too much quiet in class.She didn't make friends.Just keep to herself."Mom smiled"Then she is just like me.""I don't think it is a good news."Grandma's words cut hole in her mom's heart.Sara could see it on her face.Grandma"I think Sara had to join some classes."Sara"What kind of classes Grandma?""What do you like to do honey?""Nothing.I just like to stay with mom."Sara's mom smiled happily.But her Grandma was very upset after hearing this reply.Mom told her to go inside and bring some water for Grandma.As soon as she went inside her mom started arguing with Grandma.Mom"Why are you trying to change her?She is a private person like me.""Because I don't want Sara to be just like you.First you destroyed your life.Now you are making her just like you.""What is wrong with me?Being a private person is not crime.""You are not just private person.You are obsessed with privacy.You never went out of that circle.You have created around yourself and now you are pulling Sara inside it.In you case I can't able to do anything.But in Sara's case I will try hard.""Do as you wish.Her Papa tried same thing.But let me tell you one thing.You can't able to catch her destiny."After that they argued for many hours.Grandma always tried to take Sara on outings.But Sara never went with her.
Then one day out of blue suddenly Sara received a birthday party invitation.She didn't want to go but her Grandma forcibly took her to that party.When she entered in party hall,she clearly saw lot kids were looking at her in strange way.She was biggest surprise for them.Sara never attended any birthday and never called anyone at her birthday.Sara could clearly see criticism in their eyes.But her Grandma didn't see any of it.She took her to birthday girl.That birthday girl looked very beautiful in her blue dress.She dressed just like Cinderella .Sara liked Cindrella.But she preferred to dress like sleeping beauty.Her favorite princess Aurora. Suddenly she thought about her birthday.She would dress like Aurora the sleeping beauty.She would look most beautiful.It would be a unique.She would throw a big party.She was sure her Papa could afford it easily.In fact her step mom was suggesting same thing.When she phoned her suddenly out of blue,she said she wanted her to be big sister for her son. But then she looked at other children and she became sure that none of them was going to come on her birthday.They just didn't like her and her mom hated such function.Then she thought may be her step mom was pretending.Then suddenly she lost her interest.She began to think that it was not worth troubling her Papa.She slowly went away from that crowd and peacefully occupied a chair in corner.All children around her were enjoying and dancing on D.J. suddenly noticed Sara to play with other kids.But Sara just didn't move from her chair.Her Grandma also tried to force her.But all efforts proved useless Sara just sat on the chair whole time.But Grandma saw sometimes Sara was clapping with joy.Somewhere in her heart Grandma had built a hope that Sara would charge someday.That day when they reached home Grandma's all hopes were shattered.Sara announced loudly that she hated that evening and she would never go to birthday party again.Sara used to sit in her room everyday.She never went anywhere except that garden and school.Grandma didn't like it.But she could not stop Sara and her mom.Once again Sara's birthday came.Grandma went in gift shop.In search of a good gift for Sara.First she saw dolls.Now Sara was spending all her time with dolls.Sara had big collection of them.They were never break because Sara always handed them with care and Sara never invited any of her friends.Sara always played with them alone.Her Grandma started looking for dolls.There were many beautiful dolls.But Grandma didn't like to gift them to her granddaughter.After having this doll she was sure that Sara would spend whole day with that doll literally locked in her room.Grandma didn't want that kind of gift.Then suddenly Grandma saw a nice Walkman with cassettes.She smiled because it would be a perfect gift for Sara.It didn't act as cure.It didn't encourage her to come out of her room.But at least it would introduce her to some art.After all Sara had not introduce with any art because of her mom.She just remained in her room and completed her homework.Then suddenly Grandma saw story books.Grandma didn't ever saw any story book in Sara's room.Grandma smiled.Then she saw drawing book and crayons.Last but not least Sara's room didn't include these things so Grandma decided to buy all this.She used all her saving of that year and purchased Walkman with cassettes,story books and drawing book with crayons.This time Sara's birthday was going to be full of surprises.
Then finally Sara's birthday came.As usual there was no party.Just three of them.This time even her Papa was out of town because of work.Her step mom came to meet her with baby.She gave her a beautiful doll and went away.After all Sara was never interested in talking to her.Then finally Sara got presents from Grandma.By now Sara's whole room was packed with dolls.She expected more dolls from Grandma.But she was shocked after seeing those things.Sara was started sorting them.Slowly she placed each things in room.Sara was observing them carefully.Sara was going to use them.The feeling of curiosity was clearly written on her face.Then slowly Grandma began to tell her that how did she supposed to use those things.Slowly Sara was engrossed in that art.From next day she properly arranged her schedule.On morning she began to listen music for two hours.Then she went to school.After school Sara once again when in her room and began to do her homework.Then she read story books.Then in evening she did drawing.At night she once again read her books.Grandma was disappointed to see this.She wanted to bring Sara out of her room.But Sara was still locked in her room.Slowly Sara's knowledge was increased.She began to show more interest in art.One day in drawing class she painted a beautiful picture.Sara loved it.Sara was looking at it carefully.Suddenly a girl Nancy who was sharing bench with her screamed"Wow!!What a beautiful painting!!"Sara was scared by her appreciation.Then whole class even her teacher came near to see that painting.It was really a beautiful.But Sara got very scared when she got surrounded by so many people.They were appreciating her.But Sara couldn't take it.She just got scared and ran out of her classroom.She could clearly hear her class teacher was screaming her name.Sara just didn't stop.Then finally she locked herself in bathroom.Sara was sure no one like her.Then she felt her class teacher was tapping on door.But Sara didn't open it.
Sara's teacher and all class was shocked by Sara's behavior.Sara was admired by all still she acted in strange way.Finally her teacher decided to call her mom.Mom was very nervous when she got that call.Sara's mom didn't want to go in school.She was scared.She was about to call Sara's Papa.But then she remembered that he was out of town.She started crying loudly.Grandma came out running when she asked what happened.She told her everything.Grandma was shocked.Now she was sure her granddaughter was getting same madness and she wanted to cure her.Grandma immediately told Sara's mom that she would go in Sara's school.Then she went there.All teacher were waiting for her anxiously.They were shocked to see Sara's grandma instead of her mother.Then Grandma literally ran to bathroom.After hearing Grandma's voice Sara came out of bathroom and hugged her.Then she went to Principal's office with her Grandma.Her Grandma told everything about Sara's life in details.Principal told Grandma"Sara is acting in very strange way.You can't let her act like that.It will destroy your future and I mean Sara's future.I can see in your eyes that her future is your future.That's why you are here.You can't help her like this.Her problem is much bigger than normal problem.You can't cure it.You need a help of daughter.Did your daughter visited psychiatrist?" Grandma nodded negatively."Her husband Sara's Papa insisted many times she should visit a psychiatrist.But she just didn't went there.I had also tried to convince her.But she didn't listen to me.I just wish that she will listen to me.She had already destroyed her married life.Now she was even teaching Sara to act same way.I tried hard but..""May be you shall have to talk to her Papa?I think he will surly agree to show his daughter to a doctor.""But he is out of town and doing this behind my daughter's back is totally wrong.""It will be your decision you want to be honest with your daughter or want to improve life of your grand daughter.This is number of doctor.Today you can take Sara with you.I give her half day.She looked too much stressed."Sara was looking at their conversation from far away so she could not hear what her teacher was telling her Grandma.But when her Grandma came out,she was crying.Sara"What happened Grandma?Why are you crying?I am sorry.I got scared.""Sweetheart do you listen to me?Your teacher was telling me you are sick.""What?But I don't have temperature.Even my stomach is not paining.How can I be sick?""You are sick in different way.That was the reason you ran away like this.But your mom is not ready to take you to doctor.""Then you can tell Papa.My teacher never say anything wrong."Then in two sentences Sara solved Grandma's problem.Grandma waited until her Papa came.Then she phoned him.Papa immediately agreed to take Sara to psychiatrist.But when he came,Sara's mom argued with him."My daughter is not mad."Sara got very scared.But her Grandma hold her hand tight.Grandma"But she is suffering from same problem like you.""Oh!So you back stabbed and tell him to come.""I am just helping my grand daughter."Sara's mom was arguing against it for long time.But no one listened to her.Finally they took her to that psychiatrist.Psychiatrist was nice man.He talked very nicely with Sara.Then he told her to go out.Psychiatrist"She was suffering from Social Phobia.Actually I think her mother got serious problem of Social Phobia.She was getting that problem by staying with her."Papa"So what shall I do?May be I force her to stay with me.""No,no.There is no need of this.I will handle it now.I will teach Sara to handle it.If you take her away from her mom,it will create worst effect on her."With help of doctor Sara slowly solved her problem.Now a days she even went on school trips.On her next birthday with help of her Papa and stepmother she threw a big party.In that party she wore dress of sleeping beauty.Her Grandma was host of that party.But her mom didn't make on it.
