Nature Trip
Ramesh was planning to go outing as normally he used to do.Last time when they went on such picnic,they really enjoyed it.Every year Ramesh planned this picnic and all his family managed to get a day off from office for it.But his cousin didn't able to do so they at least sent their families.But this year there was a big problem of vacation due to a wedding in family so he had to postpone.He thought that his cousins might forget about it.But then slowly phones started coming.Some of the cousins were angry because they thought he must have forgot to inform them.Then his wife also started forcing his so finally he agreed to arrange the picnic.This time he found it hard to find a resort.All resorts were already booked.He had to search hard to find one.Finally his cousin sent him some pamphlets.Ramesh was reading it with his family.They all were excited when suddenly door bell rang.Hari came inside.Hari was Ramesh's younger brother who stayed in block which was next.Hari"So you are planning for picnic?""Yes.They all forced me.Actually this time I wanted to take easy.""Come on.You are always the best planner."Ramesh smiled happily.Hari started describing the nature in such a places"That pure air,weather lovely wind and flower,trees.."Suddenly Ramesh began to think about other things"My god!If storm came there,we have to prepare and what about mosquitoes?"They all thought that it was a joke and started laughing.But Ramesh couldn't convince them.He was feeling some thing was not right this time.He just didn't know where did thing went wrong.But he could feel them.
They all planned going out every thing was set perfect.Still Ramesh was feeling uneasy.He didn't able to sleep that night.He felt as if his sleep deserted him.He didn't know that why he was so upset.But one thing was true.He was not feeling okay about this trip.He had a feeling that some thing was going to be wrong.Ramesh never believed on intuitions.But this time he could not ignore it.His heart was giving him that feeling.He began to think when he started thinking this way.But he just could not point out the moment.Then he slowly looked at his wife.She was sleeping so peacefully.He wished that he could sleep like that.He was so frustrated.When ever he began to close eyes,he started thinking about his trip and worst things might happen during it.Until now it was easy for him,he always arranged it in proper way.Never crisis even touched his trip.But this time he suddenly began to think about crisis.He was suddenly got angry with his wife Seema.How could Seema be so ruthless that she slept so peacefully while Ramesh was suffering from pains.Ramesh was so upset with her.He wanted to wake her up.But it didn't seem reasonable.After all she was slept after whole days hard work.She had to ran after children whole day.Then she had to do cooking.Then she had to teach kids.Her house chores were not easy task.She had to do it all.While he was in office.He could understand that how tired she must had felt.He didn't feel it was right.But still he just could keep quiet.He had to tell her his feelings.He slowly started waking her up.
Seema was little bit angry when Ramesh woke her up.She thought that one of her kids had a nightmare so he was waking her up.But when she saw that it was Ramesh.She got scared.It was not normal case.Ramesh never woke her up like that even when kids woke her up.He always got angry with them.Now he was himself waking her up.Seema"Ramesh what happened?"Ramesh clearly saw fear in her eyes.he was so happy.He wanted her to feel that fear.He hoped that after feeling it.She would understand it.Ramesh"I am concern about our trip."Before he could say anything,he saw fear in her eyes was vanished.Seema"Why are you scared?You do that trip every year.""But this time it is different.""What is different?"Ramesh could clearly see that she didn't seem to understand it.Ramesh"I can feel it from my heart."Now Seema was very upset.She never thought that Ramesh could woke her for such a nonsense."Now that is enough.Stop acting like chicken.You always arrange these trips.Now why do you suddenly wanted to back out?Tell me the truth.Are you tired of this responsibility.""Actually.."Then suddenly Ramesh got new idea."Actually I am tired of nature.Why don't we all go to some city for shopping this time?"Now Seema liked this idea.Seema"Great!So arrange it."Then Seema once again went to sleep.Now Ramesh was relaxed.He knew that he could easily sleep now.
Next day he found some place with full of shopping facilities.Then he informed every one.At first they get shock by change of his choice.But when he convinced them,it was easy this way and they get more time with each other.They all agreed willingly.But Ramesh thought that convincing Hari would be hard task.But Hari proved him wrong.He just said that chance was always better and quite happily he gave money for trip.Then Seema and Hari's wife Tina started planning for shopping and Hari smiled.Hari"I think I need to save just little more money this time."Ramesh nodded.Hari was smiling.But he was not sure other men members loved this change.But he was shocked when other members happily accepted it.Actually they all were so obsessed with luxuries that spending time in swimming pool and sitting before T.V.was welcomed change.At beginning some health conscious complained.But when they heard about gym.Everything was settled so Ramesh arranged another successful trip.There was just train journey.Ramesh thought that his problems were solved. Just small train journey would not harm him.He was so happy that he arranged a trip without nature.Suddenly he began to hate nature.He was sure one day.It would harm him.He was thought nature as a scare before but all of a suddenly everything was changed now.He was sure that he needed to be careful about beautiful nature.He knew that it was innocent looking.But it had many things hidden in it.Now a days he even dreamed about the crisis like volcano,storms,earthquake etc.He didn't want to think about them.But they all became part of him.Since now he planned to go in city for vacation.He was sure that it would stop.
That night Ramesh went early to sleep.They all thought that it was strange.But no one commented.Ramesh went to sleep in confidence that today he would sleep peacefully.He went to sleep and after some times he saw that strange dream.Once again he was inside a storm.The wind was blowing from all sides.He started running for shelter.Finally he found a house.He was about to go inside it.When suddenly land below started shaking,he was shocked.Suddenly earthquake began to move earth and all buildings were shattered.Ramesh started running in each and very way.Then finally when one building collapsed on him.He screamed loudly and woke up.He found that Seema and kids were standing around him.He was so scared that for sometime.He just kept looking around himself.Then he understood that he was in his bedroom.He just gave a weak smile and said"Sorry,I just had a bad dream.""My god Papa you scared us!!"Seema was sitting near him.She was checking his temperature."May be you shall have to do check up?"Ramesh gave forced smile."Come on just nightmare."But inside his body he had a feeling that his heart was beating quite fast.He decided to go for check up next day.He was sure that something was wrong with him.Even after planning such a safe trip still he had such strange dream so next day he went to doctor.He did all sort of test.But in all his test doctor didn't find anything wrong in him so he went home happily.But even after those tests his dream just continued coming in few days.Ramesh saw that he was causing trouble every one.Ramesh saw that kids were getting irritated by this.They get too scared when he screamed at nights.Ramesh was so upset due to this that he started trying to stay awake for whole night.
One day when Ramesh thought that Seema was already asleep.He slowly went to kitchen to get a cup of coffee.When as he was about to make it.He felt a hand on his shoulder.Seema was standing near him.Seema"So you are drinking coffee at this hour.Why are you doing this to you?""If I scream at night,it will upset the children.""Nothing like that happen.""Don't lie to me.I see it on their faces.""OK.So if you act like that and fell sick.Will it not upset them?Why don't you understand they are not upset because you disturb their sleep.It was just minor problem.They can easily use cotton to solve it.They are upset because you are sick.Yesterday even they asked me why there is dark under your eyes."Ramesh suddenly felt like crying.He didn't know what did he suppose to do.Seema"Why don't you go to a doctor?""I went to him and did all test.Everything was perfect."Seema was shocked."You never told me.""I thought that it would give you tension.""Your habit of hiding things is giving me more tension.""Sorry.But I will show you reports now."Seema said in angry voice"You have to show it and tomorrow we are going to doctor.""But he said that I am fine.""But you are not.Ramesh,next month we are going to vacation.You have to be okay by then.""I just don't understand why do I have those dreams after all we are not going to some trip which involved nature."This time Seema was so shocked that she forgot to speak for sometime.Finally she spoke"So you want to avoid nature so you arranged that kind of trip."Now Ramesh was confused.He had to tell her the truth.When he said the truth,no word seemed mild.Seema clearly understood depth of his problem."We are going to doctor again.""But I am fine.""You are not."Ramesh was about to argue.But then he thought that he was not fine so he just nodded his head.
Next day they both went to doctor and Ramesh told his problem in details.Doctor"I don't think it is a case of physical problem.I think you need psychiatrist"Ramesh was very scared to hear this.It was his worst dream.Psychiatric problem!!He just couldn't believe it.His brain just stopped working.Seema did all the job of writing doctor's name and clinic Address.Then they took an appointment of doctor.Those were worst days for Ramesh.Then finally they went to doctor one day. When he told doctor about his dreams, doctor started explaining that Ramesh about Natural environment type phobia.Doctor"Actually Ramesh was on first stag of this phobia.You are lucky that you came on time.Now treatment is quite easy."Ramesh was little bit relived.Then they told Doctor about that trip."Don't worry.You can easily go there."Then he started explaining him how to cope with stress.Ramesh listened to him every careful.Then Doctor started asking him questions about his trips.While talking to Ramesh he slowly came to his disastrous experience with trips.When suddenly Ramesh spoke"Last time I was driving a storm came and I just missed get hit by tree.I still remember it like yesterday."Doctor smiled."That is a reason of your problem.""But that tree never touched me.I just never mentioned to anyone.""Yes.It didn't touch your body.But it effected your mind and started giving you nightmares.Don't worry you will be okay."After saying this Doctor started writing.But Ramesh just kept staring at Doctor.He was never able to guess.Seema"But Doctor this trip is not near nature still he is scared.""He is scared of all future trip.He may have to plan."Doctor said it easily.But Ramesh and Seema started looking at each other in shock.
