Rachana had never visited her sister because of her busy schedule.But this time she had arranged it specially.She clearly remembered sickness of her sister Yamini.Yamini's luck was never bright.At first she was married in rich family but suddenly their business was collapsed.Then she had to adjust with everything.Yamini's in-laws were always dominating. Rachana still remembered their pointed questions towards Rachana and whenever Rachana did any little bit mistake they always taunt to Yamini about it.Due to that Rachana mostly avoided to going Yamini's home.When financial crisis fall on them everything was worst but still Yamini managed it all with patience and always supported her husband Yogesh. Sometimes Rachana felt that Yamini's love was so great that she managed through that crisis if in her place there was some other woman she would have shattered by all this.But Yamini managed to survive.Then finally their financial crisis were over.Then they decided to start their family.Everything was going well until they discovered that Yamini was suffering from brain tumour so once again their crisis came back.Rachana just wished that they would be over this time also after that operation of tumour.But now a days Yamini seemed to be always upset on phone because Rachana had not visited her so Rachana decided to go there.But that was the cause which she told her husband but inside her mind she was confused because suddenly Yogesh decided to send children to hostel.When she talked with kids,they said that they were happy with it.While talking to them she felt that something was still not okay with Yamini so she decided to visit her. Yogesh welcomed them wholeheartedly so it was simple to arrange it all.At first Rachana was tense but as she started coming near Yamini's house.She began to think that she might be invented just a stupid excuse to meet her sister. Yamini was just fine so she started playing with her kids.
When Rachana came near Yamini's house,she saw that Yamini was working in garden.She looked perfect and healthy. Rachana saw that Yamini was so happy while going that garden.Her smile was like a child so innocent and perfect. Rachana had never seen Yamini so healthy after that sickness so she was sure that Yamini was perfect now. Yamini was cutting every thing perfectly.When she saw Yamini,she felt as if she was watching Yamini from their childhood.She was looking at that plant in such childish expression that Rachana forced to laugh when Yamini heard her laughing sound.She looked at her with anger. Rachana was shocked to see so much anger in her eyes.She never saw her that way. Rachana"Sorry Didi.""Why did you laugh?"Yamini screamed on her."Sorry.""Do you know how did you look?Like some stupid cow? and you are fat like cow."Then Yamini started laughing.Rachan was embarrassed.She knew that it was her mistake she laughed.But then when she thought about it.She felt that Yamini never acted that way.Even Rachana's husband and kids were shocked.Rachana forced them to go inside.But she could feel that Yamini was calling her 'cow' from behind.Rachana was so upset.She was wanted to go back when Yogesh came out running.Yogesh smiled"Rachana how are you?"Rachana smiled back.She could see dark circles around his eyes.He was in contrast position from Yamini.He looked as if he was coming out of his sickness.Rachana suddenly dropped plan of returning.Her Husband Hemant has already entered inside house with kids so Rachana understood that they all felt that same way.They entered inside but Yamini was still busy in cutting trees outside then after some time she came inside and started looking at Rachana in such a way as if she had noticed her for first time."Rachana!!!You are looking great."Everyone was so shocked that they all started laughing including Rachana.Yamini"Come on Rachana let me fix something for you."But suddenly Yogesh stood up.Yogesh"I have done it.""What?!!"Yamini looked upset.Yamini"Come on.Yogesh let me do some work at least I am fine now.""I know.But I just want you to rest for some more days.You are looking so exhausted due to gardening I think you must sleep for some time."Yamini finally agreed to go to sleep.
Everything was looking fine but still Rachana could feel that something was not fine.Whole time while talking to them Yogesh was acting strange.His every movement looked artificial.He was again and again looking around as if he was scared that something horrible would happen there.They all sensed something wrong.Elders just kept looking at Yogesh but children didn't stop.Rachana's daughter"What is it ?Why are you looking up there?Who is there?"Yogesh smiled"No one."Then suddenly Yamini came down to meet them.Yamini was smiling now.She suddenly came down in such fast speed that Rachana was so scared that she would fall from stairs.But then when she came near them,she gave them sweet smile.Yamini"How are you?Rachana you are looking nice."Rachana was so confused.Her sister was repeating same remark again but she didn't understand what she was suppose to say so she thanked her.Then Rachana sat there.Rachana"I am hungry.I want something to eat."Yogesh stood up.Yogesh"Yes we must go to eat something.Let me fix lunch for you."Hemant"I like to wash before that."Yamini screamed"Why did you want to wash now?You are suppose to wash in other times but now I want to eat so you have to eat.I don't want to wait.I hope you understand what I am telling you.You are so stupid."Hemant was so shocked by this.Rachana's kids just ran near their mother.They all sensed something was wrong.Yogesh"You can go to your room.Yamini they have to keep their luggage.""They can do that later.""No they can't keep it out side like that.""No they can."Yamini started insisting it all like a stubborn kid.Yamini began to argue with Yogesh.Hemant didn't want to hear it all so he straightway went in the room which Yogesh showed and Rachana ran after him with her children.They all felt that some thing was not right.Yamini was just forcing every thing on them.That Yamini who was so mature and soft natured suddenly became dominating and bossy so they sensed something was wrong.But they didn't want to discuss it before Yamini so they ran in their room.For some time they all took wash when they finally came down.They noticed that Yamini had finished her lunch and already went to room.She didn't even waited for her guest to come.It was strange thing.But most shocking thing was that she was arguing with Yogesh that he should not let any one eat because they were late.Finally Yogesh told her to go away.When she noticed that Yogesh was not going to listen to her.She finally went away.They were so confused.Rachana just wished from heart that she should not have come here especially with children.Elders could understand but her kids were watching all this with such shock.
Rachana was so sure that something was wrong but she didn't know that how did she talk about it with her brother-in-law.After all it was her first day of stay and asking such questions looked totally wrong.But she could see that even her children wanted to know that answer.But she felt that it could wait after all she was going to stay there for few days so they had lot of time to discuss that matter.Then Hemant suddenly started planning for outing and kids jumped with joy all other matters were just vanished from their mind so they planned everything.But suddenly Yogesh said"I think Yamini shall not come?She is not that much fine and..."Rachana"I just don't understand she was acting such a strange way.I mean..""You have just seen tip of iceberg that's why I don't want her to come with kids.She would create issue out of small things and destroy their picnic.""Okay then you can go with them and I will stay." said Rachana."But.."Hemant"No buts.She is right.She wanted to stay with her sister and she was hardly managing it with kids around her.""Ya.I am missing her.In fact I just want to talk to her.."Hemant "May be I should shift in another room and you can sleep with Yamini and kids?"Yogesh screamed"No..No.I mean she is not that fine."Rachana sensed that something was totally wrong and she wanted to stay with Yamini.Rachana"I am going to spend this whole week with Yamini.It is decided.Yogesh you can go and share room with Hemant and kids."Kids jumped with joy after all Yogesh was their favourite.Then Rachana took her bag and went to Yamini's room.She was so shocked when she saw that Yamini was playing with a video game.She never saw Yamini wasting time like that.Rachana"Nice game.But don't you think that we should be in kitchen to get prepared for dinner.""Sure."Then they both went in kitchen.Yamini started looking around kitchen.Then she started playing with tomato.Rachana"What are you going to cook?""I don't know cooking.""But you were best cook.""I was but now I am not.Any way who need to know cook.You can do without it.""But then what will you eat?"Yamini smiled and said"I was telling to Yogesh yesterday we can always eat just boiled vegetable and can order pasta,pizza or burger but he was not ready.That man is so horrible I just don't like him."Then Yamini began to complain about Yogesh and Rachana started cooking.Rachana was sure that Yamini was not cooking in kitchen.She suddenly remembered a maid going out when they entered.So Yogesh had to keep maid.Yamini didn't even manage to cook.
That day Yogesh took kids outside.In fact he planned every day when Rachana told her that he could relax and just entertain kids.Rachana took job of taking care of Yamini.But it was not easy.It seemed as if Yamini didn't remember any of her skill.In fact Yamini who once used to read large and heavy book suddenly couldn't even able to read a small magazine.She noticed that Yamini no more able to read anything.She was so shocked.Yamini was acting with her in such strange way.That Rachana didn't understand what did she want to do next.Next day Rachana saw that all plants which was Yamini gardening were dead so she was just pretending.Yamini didn't remember a bit of garden.Rachana decided that she should teach her.But one day when she started her to teach about making tea.Yamini just remembered it for few moments then she forget everything.Yamini just put a pot full of water on gas and then went out to look at some birds.By then Rachana had already finished tea when Yamini returned.She started abusing Rachana for not waiting for her.It was horrible weekend for Rachana.Her every effort to teach Yamini turned into useless for her.Yamini was always screaming on her.One day Yamini woke up and started going out when Rachana called her"You forgot to wash your mouth.""I will not."Rachana ran after her.She tried to convince her but it proved useless.Finally she forcibly took her to bathroom and washed her mouth like some stubborn child.It was so horrible whole time she was scared that her kids would come inside due to Yamini's screams and start asking her questions or worst start crying because they would be scared.Finally when it was over.She took breath of relief.Every day was so hard but still Rachana did her best to try to help her sister Yamini.Finally Rachana's day of returning came.Every one was near tears.Kids were hugging Yogesh and claiming they would miss him.Hemant told them that they would there on next vacation.Rachana was so tired.This vacation was so tiring for her.It was not easy for her to take care of Yamini.Hemant must had sensed it because he told her that he had increased his leave and they would stop at Lonavala for some days.Rachana was relieved and kids jumped with joy.They wanted Yogesh to join them.But he rejected their idea while claiming that he had some busy schedule.Rachana was waiting for Yamini to come for their see off.But she didn;t come.Then finally Yogesh went upstairs.Then they all heard screams.Finally Yogesh came down.Yogesh "She was not ready to come down.You know her when she took some thing in her brain.She just don't listen to any one."Finally Rachana asked that question which was killing her from beginning"What was wrong with her?"Yogesh"During operation of brain tumor they have to cut some parts of brain and due to it...this started.I took her to Doctors.I took her everywhere but they said that it couldn't be cured.Her brain was damaged.Only if we had brought her earlier it can be solved.But tumor was grown on that part.They had to cut it to save her life.Any ways they said that mostly symptoms come late so this happen in some cases.""So she would..""Yes she would stay that way.Until now she suffered for me and adjusted in every thing but from now I will adjust for her after all that is life.I wish you happy journey."They all nodded and went ahead with their life and promised Yogesh that they would come on every vacation after all guests just came for some days and owner had to suffer all problems that was truth of life.But now Rachana had just one question why did it happen to anyone?Why did person had to suffer that way?But inside her heart she knew the answer because it was life.
