Tarun's dad
Tarun was
thinking about different concepts which showed unique ideas to start his life.
His dad promised him large sum which he supposed to use to develop his
business. His father gave same amount to him & his sister Nina. He supposed
to invest it & show some skills. He felt that it was like some dream world
quest. He was so happy to participate in it. He was so glad for this
opportunity. He knew that he needed some help for suggestion. He already began
to think who might give him suggestions. He could get them by various sources
in world but he was not certain that he could trust them. He began to search.
Soon he found one idea of opening one garment shop. He was not expert in
garments but he felt that it was easy to sell clothes. He was not certain about
other products. He decided that he would purchase some clothes from wholesale
market & then he would sell them. He began to feel positive about this
plan. He decided that he would take some money from his dad & began to buy
some clothes so he went in hall. His dad was sitting in hall with confidence.
He went out & he wanted to talk but he felt so scared. He knew that he
needed to prove himself. He decided to say it with confidence. Tarun “I was
thinking about purchasing some clothes…” “So, you immediately decided to waste
money which I plan to offer you?” He felt so shocked. He thought that he
supposed to purchase products for starting business. On that point Nina came
out. Nina “I think I will collect some kids to teach dance & singing.”
“Really! So, you are planning to use entire house for your benefits.” Dad gave
angry look to Nina. Dad “I don’t understand how can you start to planning to
take possession of entire house.” Nina looked so nervous. Tarun knew very well
that Nina was not planning such thing. It was wrong to target her. Tarun didn’t
want to talk against dad but he wanted to avoid his abusing of Nina so he began
to talk “Dad I know one friend who have influence in supermarket of clothes.”
“Really?” Dad looked towards him. He was expecting admiration but his dad gave
angry look. “So, you have friends who could manage to settle your business for
you?” He didn’t say anything. He was feeling so confused. He decided that he
needed to concentrate on earning more. He said slowly “I think I need to
discuss with that friend.” “Yes discuss. I am not going to give you money like
that. You are both useless. I don’t give you any money.” & their dad just left room. He didn’t want to cry but tears started to fall from his eyes. He
looked towards Nina. She was crying too. He didn’t understand why did his dad
called them & told them that he would give money if dad never wanted to
give. But he didn’t have any answer so he went back in his room.
Nina was feeling so sad. She knew that
her brother was trying hard to get some income. She felt certain that once he
got it on that day, he would left house. He never liked staying here. Nina also
wanted some source of income to settle in her life. She was feeling so
negative. She wanted to feel positive but she didn’t. She knew that no one
cared for her. She was stuck in this house forever. She wanted positivity in
her life. She was
feeling so sad. She looked towards her mom’s photo. Her mom was nice lady
according to all. But sadly, her mom never cared for her. Her mom was always
busy with job. Her mom hardly came home. Mostly her mom stayed in one
small rented flat near office. She wanted help for her mom. She decided to call her mom.
Nina began to dial number. Soon she sensed that her mom was not taking her
calls. She knew that her mom always remained busy. She started to get so
stressed. She knew that Tarun would surely find some way. Tarun could go out
& ask for help without any fear while she needed to be careful. She knew
many hold wrong desires about her. She was not certain whom she could trust.
She felt so tense about it. She kept thinking about ways. She knew that she
needed to start earning & dance was her best way. She was even dreaming to
enter in some television show. But she knew that she was not so beautiful. But
her dance was nice. She looked towards herself in mirror when Tarun suddenly
came from behind. Tarun “Dad is acting so strange. He is not giving us any
money & he is trying to show off as if we can’t earn. He promised us that
capital. He supposed to give it. In my case I at least wanted money but you
don’t even wanted money. You just needed one room to start dance classes. He
even denied it.” “He always disliked dancing.” “He never like anything we do.”
She didn’t say anything. She knew that he was angry with Dad now. But when dad
gave him whatever he wanted he would immediately change. He always did that. He
kept pretending he hate dad but dad gave him something then he would change
immediately. It happened every time. Tarun never even sensed he did that. He
was observing his sister carefully. He knew that she was upset but she was not
sharing it with him. He didn’t understand why. He sensed for first time
something was changed. His sister no longer trusted him. He slowly asked “What
happened?” “I wanted to start my earning. But I don’t enjoy freedom like you.” “Come
on! I don’t get that much too.” She didn’t say anything but there was clear
anger in her eyes. He didn’t understand what was going on. She was about to say
something when suddenly dad appeared. Dad gave one bank cheque to Tarun &
said “Go & purchase those clothes & start that store.” Tarun smiled
& took it. He didn’t sense Nina’s angry look. Nina felt so hurt. Nina knew
that Tarun was getting what he wanted & she was not. Then Tarun suddenly
sensed that he forgot about Nina. He asked dad with smile “What about Nina?”
Dad gave angry look. Dad “My house will not become dance school for her.” She
knew that dad didn’t want her to have anything. She felt so sad. She knew that
she needed to find some way to prove that Tarun was useless. She slowly turned
towards dad & said “I was not planning to start that dance classes in
house. I was just planning to create one show to earn money.” Tarun was
shocked. He was not expecting Nina to change so easily. Nina began to talk
about different things totally. Nina began to tell her dad that she knew few
famous actors her dad could get introduced to them through her. Dad changed
entire thinking & view. Dad began to admire her. Dad started to offer large
amount to Nina. Tarun slowly said “Dad thanks for money.” Dad just decided to
ignore him. Tarun felt hurt but he didn’t say anything. He just left room.
Tarun knew
surely that Nina didn’t recognize any famous person. She was just lying but dad
believed her. He knew that after sometime dad would sense. He decided that he
needed to concentrate on his career. He didn’t want to interfere in Nina’s
life. He immediately called that person who told him about whole sale market of
clothes. Soon he sensed that it was not going to be easy. He took address. He
was about to go out when suddenly his feet dumped in something. He felt so much
pain. He was shocked to see kitchen knife on floor. He stood on it. He screamed
for help. His parents came running soon Nina joined them. They tried to do all.
But blood didn’t stop. They called doctor who suggested taking to hospital.
They immediately called ambulance. It was so scary. Tarun was crying so hard to
stop screaming but he couldn’t help. Finally, ambulance came. He was taken on
stretcher. He was so glad when they injected something & he fell asleep. It
was most painful day for him. He felt so shattered. He was glad to become
unconscious. Dad was so shocked. Dad turned towards Nina & screamed “You
did it.” Nina felt so nervous. She didn’t remember doing it. But she was also
not certain. She was cutting vegetables. It was possible that she might had
forgot knife on table & it fell down. But she didn’t need to bring it here.
But she was confused. Mom immediately said “Come on! It was not intentional.”
“Really?! I just offered money to Tarun & rejected idea of giving her
anything & immediately Tarun got hurt.” Nina shivered with fear. Nina “I
don’t remember bringing it out.” “Then you are saying it came out on its own!
Or you are pointing finger towards your mom.” Nina felt so nervous. Mom “Now
stop this.” “No, I had enough. This girl has such as bad character. I don’t
want any argument. I am calling my friend. She will marry his son.” Nina started crying slowly. She didn’t want
to marry in house of her dad’s friend. Mom tried to argue but it was useless.
Then Mom needed to pay attention to Tarun. When Tarun woke up, he was so
shocked to hear news of Nina’s marriage. No one told him reason behind it. Nina
was ready so Tarun just did basic inquiries. Soon Tarun understood that family
was interested in entertainment world. He sensed that they wanted Nina to dance
for them. He didn’t understand how could dad agreed to it. Then he understood
that those people offered some money to his dad. Tarun was so angry. He decided
to tell Nina. But Nina already started dating that boy. One day Nina introduced
that boy to Tarun. “This is Doctor Arun he is my future husband.” “Doctor?”
“Yes. I am psychiatrist.” Tarun nodded happily. Then he sat with Arun to
discuss. Arun slowly became friendly with him. Finally, Arun told him about
entire incidence of fixing of marriage. Arun “We done it since we know your dad
have mental issue. We never thought that he would harm you this way to force
marriage on daughter.” Tarun “Dad, did it?”
Arun nodded. Then Arun told Tarun to find some way to get out of his dad’s
influence. With help of Arun & Nina Tarun managed to get one job in another
city. His dad was upset at beginning but when his dad sensed that this would
remove burden of Tarun he agreed. After that dad kept staying there with mom.
Mom managed to tolerate him. But clearly, she was not happy too. After some
years dad died. On his dad’s funeral no one was sad. They all felt glad. His
dad was worst human being in eyes of all. Arun said sadly “If he had agreed to
take mental treatment it could have changed a lot.” Nina & Tarun nodded but
they were glad in heart that Arun never said it when their dad was alive. Their
dad could have hurt him too. They were scared of their dad. They felt so
relaxed when finally, their dad died but they pretended their sorrows before
world in their best way.
