Mirror
At that moment Sunny was watching his reflection in mirror.When he noticed,there was change on Rashi's face.There was strange change.She was giving angry look.Her eyes had a strange sort of anger in them.He could clearly saw that his daughter.Rashi was just five years old child but still she was giving him a angry look so he turned to ask question.But when he turned Rashi was too busy in playing with doll.Sunny was sure that he saw anger in those eyes.But when he turned Rashi's eyes were normal and showing same affection.But somewhere in his heart Sunny was sure.She was pretending.Rashi was hating him.But he had brought her to a best hotel.In that hotel she could even use a nice swimming pool.Rashi was playing in it for whole time.Then she enjoyed lunch in that hotel which was also best.Sunny was spending money like a water on his daughter.Just without thinking about results.He just wanted to show her that her Papa was the best.But in that mirror he could clearly see desperation in her eyes.Sunny sat near Rashi."Honey are you happy?"Rashi nodded her head."Then why are you looking so upset?""Who told you that?Of course Mom.Papa I am happy.Don't pay attention to Mom.Now can I play with my new doll?"Sunny could feel it.She was changing the subject.Sunny wanted to discuss that subject in details.But Rashi didn't wanted to discuss.She just wanted to play with her dolls.Sunny wanted to talk everything in details.But Rashi was so involved in playing with dolls.Then she had literally entered in her imaginary world and totally forgot about surrounding.Sunny could not take her out of it.But inside his heart he felt that his daughter no longer cared for him.He just continued observing Rashi for all time.Then he suddenly noticed that Rashi for looking at him.Rashi gave him sweet smile.Rashi"Papa what happened?Why are you looking at me like this?""You are my doll,Aren't you?"Now Rashi looked upset.Rashi"Don't call me doll.I am a grown up girl."Rashi was just seven years old. Still she didn't like to be called a doll.Sunny just didn't understand the problem.Suddenly he understood the problem.His daughter hated him.She didn't want to be called his.Then he began to remember all his life with Minakshi.His beloved wife.Now his hateful ex wife.He tried to keep her happy.But just could not.He remembered those days when she used to get happy just by sitting with him on Juhu Beach.Then slowly those days were over.He started to ran after money.He got so busy with office work that he just could not able to give her time.But she also demanded many things.He clearly remembered that day when they went on Juhu beach.Minakshi was that time pregnant with Rashi.Minakshi"We are married for one year.Still you never gave me any big gift.""What?"Sunny was shocked.He never expected such a thing from Minakshi.He always thought Minakshi was happy with him.It was first time,when he noticed trouble in his life like a waves in quiet water.At that moment Sunny got confused.He understood Minakshi wanted a present.
Next day Sunny went to an expensive shop for ladies garments.There were many dressed in that shop.Sunny just didn't know which one would be perfect.After lot of efforts he found a perfect dress which was most suitable for his wife.It was very costly dress.While making payment the cashier smiled at him and asked"So it your wife's birthday?Or anniversary?""No.I am giving her this gift because I have not given her anything for many days.""Wow!You are wife is lucky."He could clearly see envy in her eyes.He was sure that he bought most beautiful gift for his wife.But when he went home and showed her gift.He disappointment in Minakshi's eyes.Since box was big,she guessed that it was dress."My god one more dress!I really don't need the dress.I hoped that you would bring me some sort jewellery.But you just bought this dress."Then angrily she went out of that room.That packet was still there in Sunny's cupboard.It was never opened.Sunny never gifted her anything else expect jewellery.But to buy it he had to work day and night.After all every costly thing needed money.To get that money he began to work everyday and started giving no time for his family.Minakshi didn't like this idea.She wanted to enjoy dinner in five star restaurant with her husband.But if you need five star restaurant,you had to earn money.Sunny's absence started upsetting her so she started complaint.She began to argue with his every day.Finally one day she left him and then she never came back.She asked for divorce.Sunny didn't want divorce.But still he had adjusted with it.If question of Rashi didn't come.Sunny loved his daughter.He just could not leave without her.After all he cared about her.She was most valuable thing for him.Sunny tried to convince her.But she wanted a separate life.She didn't want to live with him.Slowly Sunny understood that Minakshi was involved with someone else.She wanted to marry him.At first Sunny fought with her in court.But slowly the matter started getting ugly and Sunny's parents convinced him that he could not take care of Rashi bu himself so she should let Minakshi take care of Rashi.Finally Sunny had to pay alimony and got holidays to stay with Rashi's visits.She just wanted to live her life with fresh dream.
Since Minakshi started complaints and his visits.Sunny had started to get upset.Sunny felt that Minakshi was trying to take his daughter away from him.After all Minakshi wanted her family to be perfect.They bought a new flat from Sunny's alimony and she was going to stay there with her new husband.She wanted Rashi to accept him as a father.But Sunny was not going to let her do this.He wanted his Rashi.He suddenly went near her and hugged her.Rashi gave him a smile and returned his hug.Sunny felt her little hands around him and he became sure that Rashi loved him.Rashi"Papa I want to eat something.Can you go and order for me?""What do you like to eat sweetheart?""I want omelet and hot chocolate." Sunny immediately ordered everything.Now a days he always obeyed Rashi's every command to please her.Then he waited for order to come and Rashi went to T.V.to watch her favorite cartoon.Once she began to watch it.She totally forgot about Sunny.Sunny felt once again feeling of been ignore.Rashi was happy.Once again he watched in mirror.He clearly saw that Rashi was looking at him.She was watching the T.V.But it was just a drama.In reality she just hated him and she wanted to hide it.In somewhere his mind was convinced that Rashi didn't like him.But he didn't understand why did she had to pretend that she loved him.He suddenly started feeling every tense.He thought about the money.He was spending on Rashi.He began to think that he might be loved just because of money.Then he started feeling more tense.Last week he had made some investments in new companies.Those companies were not known one.He must check for their shares.He suddenly started searching for paper.Rashi clearly felt her Papa's fear.Rashi"What are you searching for?""Newspaper sweetheart.""Papa you can't work now.You promise me.You will not work here.You just work all time."Now Sunny started getting more tense.He didn't want to hurt Rashi so he quietly sat near her on bed.Rashi was busy in her cartoons.He felt that he was in worst problem.He was going lose both things.His money and his daughter.Rashi was watching that cartoon.She was talking to Sunny about it.But Sunny was too restless to pay attention.Finally after some days Sunny returned to his normal life.
He went home and started to set alarm on usual time.But Suddenly he thought if he got stuck in traffic.He could clearly see that he was getting late on meeting and every member of staff was laughing at him when boss would fire him.Since his personal life was destroyed,other side of his life professional one was most important to him.He had lost his wife.Now he didn't want to lose his job so he set alarm two hours before time.Then he started arranging clothes for next day when his servant Jiva came.Jiva "Sunny dada what are you searching?""Don't worry dada I will do it tomorrow like I do every time." Suddenly Sunny this idea.Until now he always trusted Jiva to get him ready on time.But now he didn't trust him.In fact he couldn't trust anyone.Sunny"I want all to be prepared now."Jiva was confused.But he didn't want to hurt his boss.After all he had to be the work.Instead of next morning doing it at that night would not made much difference in his eyes.Then Jiva arranged all his clothes on bed.Sunny saw it and took breath of relief.First time he was such a tense on a small issue of reaching at office on time.Jiva left the room.But somewhere in his heart he felt that something was totally wrong with Sunny.Then Jiva thought Sunny must be missing Rashi.Jiva could understand Sunny's feeling so he began to help him.Sunny got all ready.Jiva was most important support to him.Jiva was everything friend,brother and counselor in his eyes.Sunny"Jiva do you think Rashi hate me?"Jiva seemed genuinely shocked to hear this.Jiva"Who told you that nonsense?Oh I know who.I wish you should not pay attention to that woman.She had already spoiled your life.You don't even smile now a days.She had managed enough to spoil and dominate your life.First he forced you to run after money.Then when she got enough money.She ran after someone and left you.Now she wanted to take your daughter.Until now you let her have everything,she wanted.But now don't let her have your daughter."Sunny could clearly see tears in Jiva's eyes so he decided to change the subject.They both made everything ready for next day.That night they both went to sleep very late.
Next day Sunny got ready for office very early.Jiva was shocked when alarm rang so early.Then Sunny got ready for office.Sunny reached to office that day so early that office was closed.He was first to enter in office with peon.It was really strange for everyone.After all Sunny was their boss.They all had to come office before him.Sunny's changes were strange.But slowly office got adjusted to it.Behind his back they hated him for that change but on his face everyone showed just happiness.It was just beginning of Sunny's fear.Then suddenly he started getting tense regarding every project.He began to scream on staff for minor mistakes.All the staff was irritated by his unreasonable screaming.But one day he got on peak of this tension.For many days he faithfully did a project which would be presented before clients by him.Sunny did everything.But as soon as he heard that client had came in meeting room,his mind went blank.He just could not able to say anything.After sometime he forced himself to stand before clients.He did all presentation.Sunny just felt that everything he said was wrong.But clients clapped and congratulated him.He got that project.But one client clearly asked that why did he was sweating so much.They all assumed that he was sick.Then finally his secretary spoke"Sir can I say something?"Sunny looked around.His clients had already left only his staff was present.Sunny got more tense.Sunny began to think that they were all going to blame his for his angry nature.Sunny didn't want to hear criticisms.He got very scared.He literally screamed on her"What is it?"She got scared.But she gathered her courage and asked"We all want holiday tomorrow.You know to celebrate our success."All staff members were nodding.But they were upset because of Sunny's screaming.Sunny was now more upset.He was making scene out of nothing.Sunny"Sorry.Actually I am not feeling well."Staff"We can see it clearly Sir.I think it is due to stress.We all need vacation.Especially you sir we all saw.You were nervous and literally sweating in this presentation."Other Staff"He is right sir.May be client don't notice?But we are your staff.We all saw your stress."Sunny was more scared now so everyone noticed his change.Something was wrong in him and everyone had already observed.Sunny was scared that slowly he would lose client.After all one day client would also observe.Today one client had observed.Sunny"I think you can have three days off."After that he literally ran out of office to hide his emotions.
When Sunny reached home,he was very upset.Jiva was shocked to see Sunny's face."What happened?""I think I am sick.Now I can't go on work.I am finished.""Don't worry.Doctor will cure you.""No.I don't think.I will be okay."Then Sunny ran to check his fever.When Jiva saw Sunny was alright.He tried to convince Sunny.But Sunny didn't listen to him.Sunny just slept for whole day.Finally Jiva called Sunny's parents.They came.They just didn't understand what's wrong with Sunny so they called doctor.Doctor did all check up and told them that Sunny was physically fine and he needed mental help.
Then finally on his parents insisting Sunny went to psychiatrist.He talked to Sunny for many hours.Sunny told him every fear in his heart.Finally doctor told them"Sunny is suffering from Generalized Anxiety Disorder.There are many causes for it.But in case of Sunny it is developed due to painful divorce.Normally it develop due to harsh parent.But in Sunny's case it was developed because of wife who criticized him on every spot.Slowly he began to feel even his daughter hate him.Thank god, you have come on time.I will take care of problem."Then doctor helped Sunny on many level.He taught him once again to stand on his feet.Sunny had started his new life without thinking about future.Now in every mirror he just saw his Rashi smiling at him with pure heart.No more evil and hateful smiles for him.All those false mirrors were gone out of his life.
