Many times Ronit just loved sit at home and enjoy music quietly.Today he had brought some interesting songs from store.He just loved to hear them.Everything was peaceful quiet in his house.His parents were gone out and he was all alone.Since his younger brother always stick to him like glue he never felt any privacy in his life.Now this time he also went on trip so Ronit was enjoying full privacy.At that moment all world seemed like a dream to him.That song was interesting.But then suddenly he heard some strange irritating voice as if some one was calling some spirit.He heard those songs in movie.Then slowly he really liked that song.It had some unique quality.It was attracting him.He was listening to it very carefully.Ronit was shocked.He never heard that song before it must be song from new movie.He was about to look on back side for name of that song but that music was so nice that he just got too involved in listening to it.It was the best music he had ever heard.He got so much involved in those lyrics that he just couldn't think about anything else.He didn't wake up from his dream until he felt a pain on his back of slapping.He was so shocked.He was about to hit back that person when he saw that it was his Dad. Ronit immediately pulled away his Walkman. Ronit Dad when did you come back?"Dad was looking very angry.Dad"How irresponsible of you?When you were so involved in that music our maid came and rang the bell for many times.She also waited for some time.But when no one came,she went away so your Mom had to do washing because you were daydreaming.Ronit this is not fair.You have to act responsible.I just can't tolerate this kind of behaviour.You have to learn responsibilities. You have not just born to enjoy.You have your jobs to do..."After that Ronit was forced to hear all his Dad's screaming.In other times his Dad's talking seemed to hurt him but no today.Today he was lost in those lyrics.He just continuously heard them in his brain.He didn't able to hear any of his Dad's sentence.He was not just interested but he never heard such a music which helped his forget it.He just fall in love with it.
Ronit took that C.D. in his room.He was so happy.He began to download it in computer.He wanted to store it in permanent bases.Then he began to hear it once again.He just loved it.After sometimes his Mom came inside in his room.Mom"Why didn't you drank your milk? and you didn't even eat your toast.Look at them.They are wasted now."Then Mom showed him the plate.That food was really wasted.No one could able to eat those toasts now.Ronit felt very guilty for wasting it.Ronit said in small voice"Sorry Mom."Ronit was sure his sorry was enough for his Mom.His Mom just wanted to point out his mistake.She was not interested in punishing him.Then Mom asked next question which even shocked Ronit."You must eaten lunch where are your plates?Did you wash them?"Ronit was shocked now.He forgot eat his lunch.He looked at wall clock.It was 4'o clock and he forgot to eat anything since morning.He was shocked that he forgot even his hunger.Ronit"Actually I was so involved in listening to music that I just forgot.""What?!!You were so involved in your music that you forgot to eat.Now don't you think this is too much.You can't act like this."Ronit just kept looking at his feet for some time.He didn't know that what did he suppose to say to his Mom.Mom"Come on I will bring you your food.""No Mom.If Dad see this,he start screaming on me.I just don't want to hear his insults."His Mom was confused now.She didn't want him to remain hungry.But she knew nature of her husband.He would never let Ronit eat peacefully.If he observed that Ronit forgot to it his lunch today.His Mom felt that Ronit did a mistake but it was not that big.But she knew that his Dad create but issue out of it and didn't let Ronit to eat his lunch.Mom"May be I will bring lunch slowly when he will be busy in watching television?This way he wouldn't understand and you can also able to eat.""Mom you know him very well don't you remember what happened when last time Sunil pushed my plate by mistake and my dinner fall on ground.He started screaming on top of lung as if I had made biggest mistake.He insulted me in every possible way.No Mom I don't want it to happen to me again.When he did same mistake,it was no big deal.But when I made that mistake,it suddenly turned into crime.No Mom I don't want."Mom could still remembered that day Sunil younger brother of Ronit by mistake pushed Ronit's plate and her husband created issue out of nothing.Mom totally agreed that if Ronit's Dad noticed taking that food would be useless.Mom"Don't worry I will bring it without noise.""Mom you can't able to do it.He always pays attention on this room like hawk.""It is not just this room.He act like that in every room..""Mom will you stop arguing?Moral of the story is that you can't bring food it this room without getting attention of that dictator."Then Ronit started cursing his Dad.His Mom knew that cursing some one like that was wrong.But Dad was acting with Ronit in such wrong way that she didn't know in which way she could console her son.But then she thought that bringing his food was more important at that moment.She just said"Don't worry"and left that room.
Ronit was very tense now.He suddenly began to hate his Mom also.She had never able to control Dad.But each time she promised that she would do it perfect at that time.Then once again his father found it out and then those taunts and insults.Dad was making his life impossible.Sometimes he just wished that he could just finish himself.But then he thought about all those things,he read about suicide.They said that suicide was act of mad and coward people and he didn't want to prove himself coward before his Dad.He didn't want his Dad to prove right.But then he began to think that his Dad was his own father if he thought that he was so bad who would like him.No one was clear answer.He just wanted to stop that thinking.Then he suddenly thought about music.Surely that music could give him peace of mind.He needed it so he once again started that music.He was so involved in that music that he just kept listening to it.Until he felt slowly someone touched his shoulder.Mom"It's you lunch."Mom was smiling and Ronit was on top of the world.He got his lunch without much trouble.He started eating it.Mom noticed that music.Mom"You are listening it again.I heard that same song few minutes before.""Mom I just loved that song.""You can listen it after some time now go ahead and eat your lunch."Ronit nodded and stopped that song.That song had become magnet for him.He was just stuck to that song.He didn't want to shut it.But when Mom forced him.He had to obey.Then after lunch she told him to finish his studies.He knew that he had to study hard this time after all last time his marks were not that good.He had to cover up for them so he started studying after finishing his chapter.He was about to get relax little bit when he suddenly heard a sound of car brakes.There was accident on road.He saw it but still he turned his attention back on books.He was studying seriously when he heard his Dad's voice."I am sure that he was looking out of window.Why did he have to act like this?Look at other boys.They all act so seriously.He is the one who always act lazy and never took life seriously."Mom"Now will you stop it?Ronit is very good at every thing.I think your expectations are too high.""High!!What is meaning of high?Now a days every one expect that much marks.In life you need to do some thing big or you will just remain a small fish of big pond and bigger fish will eat you..."After that Dad started telling how hard he worked and how practical he was.In his opinion he was the perfect.But Ronit had totally different opinion about him.But it seemed as if no one care for his views. He needed that song once again.

Sunil came in house.When he saw their room's door was open.he knew that his Dad was already gone outside.He felt sad after all today he received a prize in one competition today.He was Dad's favourite. He always showed him prizes and Dad always loved them.But he knew that Ronit hated Dad and if Dad was there in house Ronit must had kept the door of their room closed.But when he went near the room,He saw that Dad was standing near the door of room and looking inside.There was a sound of music from inside.Sunil went near him.Sunil"Dad what is it?""Now look at your brother from morning he is listening to this music.I just don't understand.What is so unique in it?"Sunil listened to it.That music was okay but nothing unique in it.Then Dad finally screamed"Ronit do you shut that music?"Ronit suddenly jumped at his voice.He was so shocked to see them as if they were aliens from Mars.Dad"Why are you looking at us like this?I am your Dad.This is your brother.We are your family not ghost from some planet."For few moments Ronit didn't spoke anything.After some minutes he finally spoke.Ronit"I am so sorry.I was listening to that music..""Not music just one song.I heard it all.You were listening to just one song."Dad's determination clearly showed that he was not going until Ronit gave some reasonable answer which Ronit didn't know.He just loved that song.That'all but in his Dad's eyes he could see the issue was big.But he decided to ignore it.He just liked it so he would hear it.Then he thought that he might stop computer and use Walkman again who could guess what he was listening.Ronit"Don't worry Dad.I will shut down it."Dad smiled happily and went away.But then Sunil saw that Ronit downloaded that song in new Walkman from computer and he began to listen.It was so strange.Sunil saw whole time Ronit was just stuck with Walkman. Now this was so too much.Ronit no longer seemed to be interested in even talking with Sunil.Sunil just hated it so he went out in kitchen.He turned around and saw that Dad was no longer there.He didn't want to complaint before Dad.He wanted his brother to began to talk with him.But he didn't want to see him cry.Sunil found it so strange that even at this age still Dad kept too much control over Ronit.Ronit didn't cry before every one.But Sunil could feel that Ronit was crying after looking at his eyes and he hated it.After all Ronit was fine and good boy.But still Dad always wanted something different from him and Dad's demanding nature was taking toll over Ronit.
When Sunil entered in kitchen,Mom was busy in cooking."Mom don't you think Dada is listening too much to that song.""Now Ronit have his choice.Any ways what's wrong in listening to music.Music always helped to relax.It is good for peace of mind.""But Mom he is doing too much.""Now stop complaining. Do you think that music is too loud for you?I will tell him to reduce the volume.""No.He is listening on Walkman ""Then let him do as per his wish and don't bother him."After that Sunil saw every day Ronit was just with that Walkman. Then Sunil noticed whenever Ronit came back from college.He was so obsessed with song that he looked so pale as if he was without food for whole day.Then he heard that song.He was normal again.Sometimes that song reminded Sunil of drugs without which a addict couldn't live.Slowly he began to keep it in his ears while sleeping also.But one day Ronit did the worst Sunil saw him putting it inside college bag.Sunil"Dada you can't do this.They will suspend you.""You just shut up.I am bigger than you.I know how to handle this."Then Ronit went away.But Sunil straight way went to Mom and told her each and every thing.Mom"Why don't you tell me this before?""I tired Mom but you were never ready to listen to me."Mom looked at Sunil with sad expression.Mom"I noticed it also.But he took it in college.If something goes wrong.."Mom didn't anything further but Sunil could guess her thoughts.Then Sunil went to school.After some times phone rang,it was from Ronit's college.She was called.When she entered principal's room,she immediately saw Ronit was there but his eyes were still on that Walkman like an addict.When she went inside,Ronit didn't even turn to look at her all he wanted and cared for was that Walkman Principal"Now don't tell me,you don't notice it."Mom suddenly started crying.Then she slowly told everything to principal."I think he need a psychiatrist ""But his Dad...""You have to do it or he will not be normal."Mom just nodded.Ronit just wanted to grab that Walkman again but Mom forcibly took him out of there.Mom could clearly see that he couldn't live without that music.He started crying for it then he began to screaming for it.Mom just couldn't able to control him.Finally Dad came but this time he didn't even listen to him.Ronit just wanted that music.Finally. they took an appointment of psychiatrist. Those were their worst days.Finally they went to that psychiatrist. Whole time Dad was screaming that How well he knew that Ronit was mad.Then they went inside first Psychiatrist told Ronit's parents to wait outside.Then he spoke Ronit for some time.Then he called them back inside.Dad"So what is wrong with him?""He is fine just minor problem."Dad looked shock then Psychiatrist explained everything to Ronit and told him to do it properly.Finally he turned to his parents"Ronit is suffering with Obsessive-compulsive Disorder.In it people do something repeatedly whenever they are in stress.In his case his Dad is triggering it."Dad"Now you can't blame me.I don't believe this Doctor.I knew from beginning only he was mad.."Then his Dad stormed out of room.But Ronit and his Mom stayed.Ronit'a Dad never changed his attitude but Ronit changed his ways.He started living his life according to Doctor's instruction and cured.In his Dad's eyes he was still mad and useless.But now he didn't care.He just went ahead with his life.After all life was very precious thing you can't just waste it on one person's opinion.
