Sandip's lies
Tina was driving so happily. Finally, she was free to drive as much as she wants. It was new beginning in her life. She wanted to live one peaceful life but her life never went ahead that way. Her life kept facing ups & downs on every point. She wanted to feel positive about all. It was important for her. She knew that it was not her car. Her Uncle gave her this car. She supposed to take proper care of that car. She didn’t suppose to return it. She got it on that condition. She smiled happily when she thought about driving for few hours. Her life was not coming back on track. It all got off track since her parents began to argue. She soon sensed that according to Mom her dad had extra marital affair. Her mom kept arguing about it. But her dad felt that it was not big deal. Her dad kept telling mom. Her mom would enjoy happy life in house. He would keep providing nice money. Her dad said “I still love you. These women are just time pass. It is not that much important.” She still remembered that night when first time she heard their conversation. She was so shocked. Her mom started crying. Mom “So you feel you don’t need to remain honest with me?” Her dad “I always loved you. But you are not so beautiful any more I began to get tempted. I have so much money & I earn it all on my skills. You never needed to do anything for it. So, you need to adjust.” “You are telling me that you will not remain honest to me?!” She could hear her dad started to abusing her mom. She didn’t hear further conversation. That day she ran in her room. She locked herself. She didn’t come out. She waited for long time to set everything in right way in her mind. She remembered that day very well even today. It was worst day of her life. It managed to turn every thing in wrong way. She tried to control her emotions but nothing was working. She convinced herself that crisis would vanish. She needed to handle all by her own strength. She felt so sad. Her life was moving in wrong way. She knew if she kept thinking about her parents it would move more towards troubles. So, she decided to move ahead. Her life was turning in wrong way. She needed to act with positive thoughts. She started to find way out & on that point she began to search for hostels. She kept discussing about it with her friends in school. Her friends didn’t advise her anything. Her friends just suggested few times. “Don’t go to hostel. It will not help.” But she was determined to do that. Today she took her uncle’s car just to form to fill for hostel. She found out nice hostel. She knew that she needed permission of her parents. But she didn’t want to wait for it. She was driving. She knew that she did wrong thing. She stole her uncle’s keys. She was thief. She began to feel so nervous. She started to control her driving but it went totally wrong & she hit someone. She began to cry loudly.
Namita woke but
after hearing sound of crying. She looked towards her husband. He was crying
again in sleep. She was so frustrated. First, he had affair. Then he managed to
destroy entire family. Now he was screaming & crying in sleep. He was
talking in odd way in sleep. He was trying to talk like some woman. Namita had
enough. She just went out. She decided to go in Tina’s room. She knew that it
would frustrate Tina but she didn’t have much option. She slowly went in room.
Tina immediately sat & said “So dad started to cry again?” “Yes.” “Now tomorrow
he will claim I kill someone.” Namita nodded in frustrating. This was happening
again & again. Tina was in school. She never did drive but her husband
Sandip always kept saying that Tina killed someone by driving without
permission. It was so upsetting. Sandip was calling his own daughter killer
without cause. Tina “Mom how could he do this to me? First, he did all wrong
things. Now he was trying to pretend I done wrong & he protected me. We
need to fight back against this otherwise person will believe him.” “Don’t
worry. No one will believe this nonsense. All know very well that you never
drive anything.” Tina looked uncertain. Then Tina nodded. Tina slowly went back
to sleep. Namita started patting slowly on Tina’s forehead. Namita was
expecting trouble in her life. But she was hoping it wouldn’t harm Tina. Sandip
had affair. He kept doing wrong things. Namita tried to argue but finally she
gave up since she didn’t have much option. Their marriage was existed only on
papers in personal life they hated each other. Namita regretted every day her
decision to marry Sandip. He was not honest to her. She knew it. She was trying
her best to hide it from Tina. Tina didn’t know it properly. Still Tina sensed
her father was wrong. Tina was talking about wrong things her dad did. Sandip
earned everything from his inheritance. He was never smart to earn by himself
but still he kept showing off. He managed to get friendly with wrong sort of
women. He started to enjoying their company. Namita hated it. Namita tried to
complaint but nothing worked. She decided that she would just concentrate on
her daughter Tina but now this was happening. Namita was so nervous &
confused. She didn’t understand any way out of this. But she kept convincing
herself that no one would believe Sandip.
Sandip woke
up & he started to look around. He started to remember how did Tina did
accident. It was frustrating. He knew that soon he needed to get some help. He
woke up & started to search for number of his lawyer friend. He needed one
advocate. He knew that she came back since there were not Cops in his house.
But he was certain of one thing. If he didn’t do anything soon there would be cops.
He felt so negative. He knew that he needed to take some action. He wanted to keep
positive thoughts in heart. He screamed loudly “I need to get help. She took my
brother’s car.” He called his lawyer friend & told everything out of his
dream. That lawyer clearly believed him. “If there is no FIR, why does we need
to do anything?” “But what if?” “Just forget it. It must be dog or cat.” “He
wanted to argue but he decided to believe it. “You are right! Let’s forget it.”
He disconnected call. But he was not planning to forget it. He came out of his
room. He began to scream with Namita’s name. Then he started to repeat his
story. Namita said silently “This had never happened.” Tina screamed angrily “Why
did you have lie like that?” “Shut up. You are a stupid girl. You never able to
earn. You are such a useless thing.” Tina wanted to scream but she knew
everyone would blame her. She knew how wrong her dad might be but still she
supposed to respect him. Namita began to argue “You need psychiatrist.” “No, I
am just fine.” Sandip was clearly not ready to give up on his dream. She felt
so sad. Tina began to feel more & more upset. People were giving her angry
look. People were admiring her dad & pointedly began to taunt her. Sandip
was clearly enjoying it. Soon he began to use it everywhere. Namita started to
sense that people were believing him. Tina also began to sense it. They were
arguing. But it was just useless argument before all. It was so stressful. They
needed to convince their truth. But one day finally Sandip talked about this
before cop. It was so shocking to Cop. Cop went to Police station & did
inquiries. Soon Cop found out that he was lying. Cop searched on every data
base. He even checked movement of Sandip’s Tina on date when he described accident.
Then Cop even checked that month. Soon Cop sensed that Tina was obedient
citizen nice girl who never drove any car. So, she never did accident. Cop was so
angry. Next day Cop came towards Sandip & warned him “Don’t spread lies
about your daughter like that! If you do it, we will take legal action on you.”
Sandip nodded. Sandip started getting upset. He ran home. He began to feel so
scared. He locked himself in his room. He began to blame all on Tina. He started
abusing her. Namita was so shocked. She felt so nervous. She decided to call
their family Doctor. She told everything. Doctor came & checked him. Doctor
recommended Psychiatrist. Namita decided to call but Sandip began to abuse her.
Then Sandip went out. For few days he pretended that he was going out. But he
was just sitting in garden of that building. This kept happening for few days. He
was so scared.
Finally, one
day Sandip began to feel so sick. Doctor was called. Once again psychiatrist
was recommended. This time Namita insisted but still Sandip didn’t agree. He
kept claiming that Tina did accident. Finally, Tina began to get so upset. Tina
started to cry whole time. Her results started to get impacted. It was so horrible
for Namita. Namita was glad that Cop managed to scare Sandip & now he was
not at least lying about Tina. Finally, one day Sandip began to hallucinate.
Then they didn’t have much option. They needed to take him to hospital. Doctor
discussed all. Then Psychiatrist started his treatment. Psychiatrist said “Sandip
is selfish person so he wanted to shift his blame so he did this. He enjoyed it
at first but when Cop told him that he might get punished. Every one started to
look towards him with anger. No one liked the way he lied about his daughter.
He was destroying her life. All appreciated Cop so he got scared. Now we will
start treatment but frankly it will just reduce his attitude little bit. He
will not change but he will stop harassing you.” Namita nodded. Sandip’s treatment
started. When Sandip came out, he asked divorce from Namita. Namita was glad
about it. Since Namita already managed to make suitable investments so she
could manage her life. Namita & Tina shifted in small rental house. But
they were glad. Finally, Sandip was out of their house. But life was hard for
them with limited finances but Sandip was giving them very less money in end so
they managed it. Sandip once again started staying in his house. He was alone
& he could keep making stories now. After divorce he stopped his treatment.
His mental issue was increasing but he didn’t care. It seemed as if he was
waiting for his destruction & clock was slowly ticking towards it.
