Little girl follows
Tina began to feel so positive about all. She was studying so long about gardening. It was her passion. She began to arrange different types of plants. She started to observe those sort of plants. She showed different styles to arrange garden to plant small seeds. They were so nice. She was so happy. She smiled & on that point from behind she heard loud voice. “ Stupid girl how long you will keep looking in that garden? We need you to do remaining work too.” She just gave nervous laugh. She looked behind. The woman who employed her was calling her. She was expected to work inside house. She knew that she loved gardening but that lady was not going to keep her for gardening only. Tina ran inside house. Mrs. Gupta gave her angry look. “ Why you are wasting your time in that garden? Look at yourself! You are sweating so much. Now you need to clean yourself before you do remaining work.” Tina smiled sweetly & said “ Don’t worry Madam. I got bag of another clothes. I will change in them. I will not bring that dirt in your house. I will just clean myself in that shade near garden & come after changing.” “ Great. But start it soon.” Tina ran towards shade in garden which created for servants to change their clothes. It was small but enough for Tina. Tina wanted to feel happy but her heart was hurt so much. She wanted to complete her education but situation of her house didn’t permit. Her father was just useless alcoholic. Her Mom was working hard but it was impossible to get enough money. Then her Mom needed to take care of her siblings too. She had one brother & one sister. Their situation wasn’t so bad when her mother married. They had nice business. Her mother planned to remain housewife. She always felt so sad when she thought about her mother. Her mother was so upset when their life began to get destroyed. Her mother had three children. Her mother kept telling her Dad that she would manage business just taught her. Her father kept denying. It was clear that alcoholic like him couldn’t manage business. But her father didn’t do it, Her father destroyed all but didn’t gave a chance to her Mom. She was thinking about all while changing in shade. Then she came back in house. On that time she sensed for first time someone was watching her. It was odd. She looked around. Soon she found one small child. That child was running in trees. She wanted to play with her. But she couldn’t. Mrs. Gupta would be angry. She always kept smiling & admiring her employer. She wanted happiness in her life for it she needed to keep her every employer happy. She was in society garden. She was working in at least five flats. She wanted all of them to feel positive in mind. But she knew that soon she couldn’t manage to keep working like that. Her body was giving up at such a young age. Tina needed to work hard to earn but she never expected physical problems to enter so early. She was expecting herself to stay healthy but it was not happening. Her body kept giving up. She needed to work hard to maintain her health. She was so stressed out. She didn’t understand cause of her stress. She felt so sad about entire issue. She wanted to feel hopeful but she was not feeling that way. She knew her hands were paining & her legs were no longer so strong. She looked towards garden. She knew that she needed to give up gardening. She felt so sad. But she controlled her feelings & ran to flat. She began to work in flat. Mrs. Gupta was sitting before TV but her eyes were trained on her. It used to make her nervous at beginning but now she understood that she didn’t have much option. She was so tense. Tina wanted money so she kept smiling. She needed to hurry up so she kept doing her work fast. Finally it was over after one hour she said “ I will go now. Madam” Mrs. Gupta nodded. In next flat there was young couple. Just wife & two small children would be there. She would complete her work soon there. Tina needed to do all cleaning in different flats. Now this was second one. Once again she arranged her plastic smile & decided to go in flat. In this flat that lady was busy with kids. She needed to do all & go away. No one was interested in talking to her. But due to kids there was extra work. Kids were nice but still they kept spreading toys all around house. Their Mom expected her to pick them up. According to them they were paying large salary. She was expected to do all. But sadly she was so exhausted. She needed to reduce her work & she was sure about it but she didn’t dare to say it. She wanted money. She did that work & went to next house. In this way she kept going house after house. She was so stressed but she didn’t let those feelings came out. She kept smiling. She started to going from one flat to another flat. She began to work while answering every one with smile. Finally her work was over. She began to walk towards house. She started to go back. She suddenly sensed that small child was coming after her. She looked behind. She didn’t understand why that small girl was following her. Now she couldn’t understand cause of it. She decided to ignore that girl. But she was so scared. She didn’t understand why that girl was following her. She kept moving ahead when suddenly a car appeared. She shivered with fear. She knew that it was Ajit’s car. Ajit was son of wealthy builder. Of course wealthy in their eyes but not much rich compared to people where she worked. She didn’t like Ajit. He was not good person. She had seen him many times bullying people. She knew that he had other addictions too. But in eyes of her family he was perfect. He was unmarried & he was rich. He always came to her house to impress her father & mother. Even her siblings seemed to appreciate him. She didn’t like him. She felt so scared when he was around. He stopped his car near her & opened his window. “ Tina sit in car. I will give you drive.” “ Where will you drop me?” He gave smile which was infatuating according to him but irritating according to her. “ Where ever you want? Just tell me.” She said angrily “ Just go away.” He laughed. She didn’t like the way he laughed. He always reminded her of some villain. She just kept walking. Then she sensed that small girl was still behind. She wanted to avoid her so she smiled. He was waiting for her smile. He immediately stopped car & opened door. She sat inside.
Ajit knew that Tina was not interested in him. He didn’t plan to force her to marry him. But he was not planning to go after other girl. He knew that he had bad past. He was involved in many fights. They were not exactly gang wars but still they were big fights. They involved bloodshed. Luckily no one died. He couldn’t expect her to forget all. He decided that he could remain nice friend of her. Ajit smiled & said “ What happened?” Tina just kept looking behind through car window. She kept looking behind. She was observing different things on road. He didn’t find anything important on road. But she kept looking behind. She then turned towards Ajit & said “ I feel that small girl stopped following me.” Ajit “ Which girl?” Ajit couldn’t see anyone. Tina smiled & said “ She is gone.” “ Must be some beggar. But be careful they could be thief too.” She didn’t want to talk further. But Ajit continued “ I know we must have kindness but when I heard stories how did they create gangs & use kids. I want you to be careful. You can give some food or items..” “ I am not so rich that I can give anything to beggar. I have enough just to fulfil my demands.” It was so upsetting for Ajit. He didn’t understand what he supposed to do. He couldn’t offer money since it would look odd. Ajit slowly said “ I want to marry you but if you don’t want we can remain friends. I don’t want to force you. I love you but it’s one sided.” Tina smiled happily. Now she just needed to talk sweetly with him same way as she always did with her employers. She said “ I don’t want to get married now. I am not rejecting you. But I..” “ It’s okay you don’t need to explain.” Then Ajit stopped car before her house which was in worst condition due to her father. He was not ready to do anything. She had little bit earning but it was not enough. She entered in her house. Immediately her Mom called her in kitchen. They sat their discussing about future. Soon her father came talking himself. He was acting so odd. But she wasn’t going to question him. In fact she wasn’t interested in talking to him. She decided to find some work for herself. But she was so exhausted. She decided to go to sleep. Her drunk father was upset even by it. He began to ask her Mom “ Why she kept sleeping?” “ Since she is tired.” “ Why she is working so much? She isn’t getting much.” “ She is at least working to get some money.” She felt so sad. She got some salary but it seemed like nothing to them. She worked so hard to do it, Now she began to think that she might needed to stop it. It was so upsetting. She kept working & in return she kept getting just taunts. She didn’t understand what was wrong with her life. She just started to listen to music when her two siblings started arguing. She closed her eyes. Once again she saw that small girl. She shivered. She knew that small girl was so small. That girl couldn’t harm her but still she felt a strange hold on her when that small girl looked towards her. She knew that this girl was just in her mind. She was sleeping in her house still she began to shiver in strange way. She began to feel so tense. She tried to open her eyes. But she couldn’t. It seemed as if she lost control of her body. She began to see that girl was coming closer & closer to her. She started to shiver in fear. She could sense cold touch. She could feel that girl. She was caged under her fingers. Her Mom started calling her. She supposed to eat her dinner. But she couldn’t answer. On that point she could hear angry voice of her father & she shivered with fear. It was so scary. She just couldn’t move. She was so tense. On that point she suddenly looked behind she didn’t understand how could she turned her head behind while sleeping but she did it. Now she was looking towards ground. Her head was fully turned around. She screamed loudly & sat up. Her parents came towards her. Her Mom with concern & her Dad with same angry look which he gave her every day after her birth. “ She is just burden.” Her Mom was upset. “ She is trying so hard.” “ Really? Which way? She couldn’t even able to complete her education.” She began to cry. Tina wanted to study but every day her father kept pointing that they were wasting money on her. She was never going to get job so she decided to work as maid. “ She have such low IQ that she couldn’t even able to get decent education! She is just burden on us.” Her Mom was so angry. Her Mom started to argue but Tina was so scared. Tina knew that something was wrong. She knew that she turned her head in odd back. She began to tell it to her Mom. But her Mom didn’t understand. Mom “ You were just sleeping with closed eyes.” “ No Mom! Something went wrong.” Then she looked towards her father & said with smile.“ It was just bad dream. I know.” Her father made faces & went back to his drinking. She once again sat there. She was so scared. Mom served her dinner. She smiled & started eating. She was so upset. Everything was not right as she thought. She kept feeling upset. She smiled but she knew that she was seeing a small girl which was not from this world. She began to think from where could have this spirit followed her. But she didn’t find answers. She was so stressed. She ate dinner while hiding her fears. She knew next day she needed to go on work.That girl would follow her again. She was so scared. But still she didn’t wanted to say it so she smiled. It was shocking for her that she managed to smile like that but she did. She ate all. She even played with her siblings for sometime then she went to sleep. Next morning she once again woke up for her work. She got ready in usual way. She was so stressed. She still pretended to smile her best. She began to walk towards building. She soon sensed that girl was following her. She felt so scared. She literally ran inside building. She started searching in every flat. She wanted to feel positive in her heart. She was so nervous. She started her work from Mrs.Gupta’s house. It was something she normally do. Today she didn’t want to waste time in garden. She suddenly began to feel scared of garden. She immediately went in building.
Mrs. Gupta looked shocked when Tina came. But when Tina immediately started working Mrs. Gupta didn’t object. Mrs. Gupta gave orders. She kept doing. Then Tina went in next house. She kept working. She was getting tired but she felt that it was better. She began to feel so negative about entire thing. She wanted to get exhausted. Finally when her work was over her entire body was paining. She didn’t sense anything else. But on that point she once again sensed footsteps. She turned behind. It was that little girl. She started running like someone who was getting followed by man eater. She was not concerned about where she was going. She just wanted to go away. She kept running until someone didn’t took hold of her shoulder & stopped her. She wanted to fight back that hold but she couldn’t. She felt so much pain over her shoulder. She just decided to surrender. Then she heard voice “ Tina why you are running towards forest like that?” She was shocked when she sensed that she was running in unknown forest. She began to cry. She said “ I am so confused. That little girl was following me.” Ajit told her to sit in his car. She slowly sat in it. Then she began to tell Ajit step by step that how did she managed to be followed by little girl. She knew that it might appear like madness but she didn’t care. She wanted to cured. Tina said “ Do you feel it’s ghost?” Ajit looked nervously towards her then he slowly said “ These are symptoms of mental issue.” Tina laughed in strange way. She didn’t understand what she supposed to do. She knew that this was madness. She just said “ Drop me here. I will go to home.” Ajit “ I will drop you home.” “ No!” She screamed loudly. “ I need to get over this madness.” Ajit didn’t have much option but to stop car since she was opening it. She went home. She didn’t say much. She didn’t laugh & she just kept concentrating on her task. She kept doing her every task. She was getting so restless. She didn’t want to seem upset before anyone. She was scared her Mom might notice change but she didn’t. She was so lucky. She went to sleep. She was scared of nightmare. But she didn’t show her fear. In nightmare once again that girl came. She once again controlled her. Once again she felt her body parts were moving in odd way. She didn’t wanted to scream so she tried hard but finally she screamed loudly. She felt so restless. She opened her eyes. Her mother & siblings were around her. Her father was far away but he already began to declare she should be in mental hospital. She cried & lay awake. Next day she didn’t go on job. When her Mom asked she said “ My earning was not much any way.” Her father got so upset when he sensed that she was not going on job. Her father wanted her to go but she decided she didn’t. She had enough. She screamed on him “ Do you want me to show my strength old man? How much respect I might give you but still you will just keep abusing me! I don’t plan to respect you anymore. I don’t care what you feel about me but I will not obey you anymore.” She just sat down. She began to watch something on mobile. She didn’t want to do anything. She just informed all her employers that she was no longer coming. They tried to some even threatened. She just declared “ You can’t force me to work. I have not taken advance payment from you.” which was true so they just screamed & kept quiet. She knew that they couldn’t force her. She started sitting in her house. She didn’t see that girl this way. Her father kept calling her names but he did it behind her back. One day Ajit came. Ajit asked her slowly about little girl. She started crying. She slowly explained what happened. Then Ajit suggested to come on drive with him. She was too scared but she nodded. She didn’t understand why but she decided to trust Ajit. Ajit took her out. She felt so uneasy by sun. She didn’t sense how long she kept herself inside that house. Then they started driving. She slowly began to feel uneasy. She knew that little girl was going to follow. She finally reached to hospital. She knew that Ajit was taking her to psychiatrist but she was not in mood to argue. She could sense that little girl was already behind. She shivered. She told herself to calm down. She kept telling herself to relax. She was so frustrated. She kept looking towards that little girl. That girl was hypnotising her. She could feel it. She felt so scared that she might do something wrong. Ajit was observing her too. She kept looking behind. Ajit didn’t understand why. But suddenly receptionist called him & asked “ Do you need emergency appointment?” He immediately nodded. “ Take her as soon as patient came out. I feel she need immediate attention. She is hallucinating something in room.” Ajit nodded. They waited for sometime. Whole time Tina was holding Ajit’s hand tightly & looking behind. Then they went inside. Ajit explained situation to Psychiatrist & came out. Tina told all to Psychiatrist. Psychiatrist talked with her for long time. Then he told her to go out. He called Ajit. “ She is hallucinating. I feel she need serious attention. I suggest you might admit her for sometime..are you planning to marry her?” Ajit nodded & added “ But she doesn’t want.” “ Because she feel you are like her father. You are not. I can see it. I want you to marry her. Then we can continue treatment properly her father couldn’t interfere.” Ajit looked out. Psychiatrist “ Don’t worry about her. I convinced her. She needed help.” Ajit nodded. Then when Ajit declared in Tina’s house he wanted to marry her. Tina’s father wasn’t happy. Her father wanted to object. But clearly Ajit was rich so her father didn’t have much option. Her father needed to surrender. Ajit married with Tina. During marriage ceremony she kept seeing that little girl. Then after marriage she started treatment. Since she was in Ajit’s house she received proper support she didn’t need to get admitted. Slowly step by step that girl stopped appearing one day her treatment was over. She asked Psychiatrist “ Who was that girl?” “ You are!” “ What?” “ It’s your childhood image who was abused & hurt by your father. Your childhood image wanted revenge on your Dad for not permitting happiness in your life. By treatment slowly that anger reduced & it vanished.” Tina didn’t say anything. It was hard to understand or accept. But Tina knew mind had many mysteries so she just nodded. She thanked Psychiatrist & went back in her home which was her husband’s home so somewhere in her mind she agreed that she was no longer interested in her father anymore. But she hoped that Ajit would never take route which her father took since then that little girl might came. But this time she smiled at that thought. She was no longer scared of that little girl.
