Kamini began to calculate money. She waited to control her impulse of shopping. Since whenever she took money in hand her first impulse was to go for shopping. She smiled at this thought. Since it was not just regarding her. Many of her friends seemed to share same trouble. But then she thought that she might put proper amount in saving and then she could go for little bit of shopping. She didn't see any harm in it. Since she didn't have so much shortage of cash. But then she didn't even have so much bank balance that she could spend without thinking. It was getting worst day by day. She didn't understand what was right and what was wrong. She knew that she loved shopping but then she knew that she must not do it. Since her husband was working so hard for her and he was earning this money so she must not just spend it like some thing which was not valuable. But her husband never objected her shopping so she was confused. She decided that she just call him and confirm. Kamini " Hello Pankaj.." " Yes. Just tell me quickly. I am busy in meeting." " Ohh fine. I just want to ask can I go for shopping?" " Sure. Why did you ask about it to me? You can go whenever you want to I never object it." " But you might feel that I am wasting money." " No..No..you just enjoy yourself." "Thanks." Kamini went in her room. She took out her best dress and got dressed. Then she got ready. She began to call her friends. But every friend seemed busy. She just felt so alone. But she decided that she could do her shopping alone. She went out of house. She looked at her car. It was brand new and shinning. But still she felt that it was too big. She just wished that she had bought that small car. It didn't take that much place in parking. She had good skill in driving. But small car was gift from heaven. She turned to look at those advertisement of cars. She knew that she already had four cars in garage. She hardly had place for one more. But she decided that those old two were just useless. She decided that she should try to sell them first. She called her garage owner. " Hello I want to sell my car,are you interested?" " What is model?" " Don't know any thing? It is my father-in-law's car. It must be too old." " Fine. I will send my son. He would see and tell you." "Fine. I am waiting." Kamini just waited there. It was interesting job. She even liked job of selling. It was so nice. Now she could sell all old things from house and bought new instead of them. She liked this idea. She looked around. She began to sense that even curtains were old. She decided that she might need to change them. She was thinking about it when one fellow came, he was person who took old clothes. She called him inside watchman also followed him. Then she started bargained regarding curtains. Watchman also helped her a lot finally she was happy to get good money out of those curtains. She told watchman to took them all and give them. Then she gave 10 Rupees to watchman. She told him that she even wanted to sell some of furniture bring some one for it. Watchman looked around. " But Sofa is not that old. " " Yes but if we wait for too long time. We might not get any money for selling it." Watchman nodded. But he was doubtful. " Madam I feel you have to use it for some days." " No need to use further." When Watchman just stopped talking when he saw that she was getting angry. " Madam don't worry I call my friend. He will pay you nice amount." She was so happy. She just needed that money. She waited to change all her old furniture. It was so old. She needed change. She started looking around. She sensed that many things were needed to be changed. It all was looking so old. One thing was clear that it needed renovation. She started pulling out many things. She managed to take a look even at her bed. They were old but still she could wait. Watchman called his friend. She just started checking every thing from her house. She sensed one thing. Her house was full of those nonsense things. She decided that she must find suitable things. She started to count things which she wanted to throw out. It seemed as if she didn't want any thing. She was so upset.She just never sensed how much unwanted things she managed to store in her house. She started looking around. She went out and told Watchman that she would wanted best man. He promised her a best man. She also told that person to bring big truck. Watchman nodded. She smiled and started reading books. She went back and sat on her chair.
Kamini was so busy in reading her book that she didn't understand when that man came with Watchman. She smiled happily. She decided to choose what she did not want. But slowly she began to give all most every thing, that man was confused. That man " Madam I am not that big purchaser. But I know who can give you nice money." Watchman kept looking at whole deal with confused expressions. Watchman wanted to ask but he was scared of Kamini. Finally Kamini gave away every furniture. That were just few plastic chairs in their house and Kamini was holding lot of money in her hand. She was so happy. She looked at Watchman. Kamini " Don't you feel I have done perfect deal. I got such a good price." " Yes Madam. But how did you sleep without bed?" She looked around. She sensed for first time she forgot to arrange even furniture. " I know. But we can sleep on floor. I will get better and cheaper furniture tomorrow." "Are you sure? I feel sir will be angry with you." " No..NO.. your sir will not even notice." She went inside her room. She knew that Pankaj was not going to come home even today. He had his one of the important meeting. She was not even sure about his honesty now a days. He just kept going away after every few days. She just never wanted to think about him now. She just knew one thing. Even if he had some affair, she was not going to talk about them. She never managed to go ahead in life without his money so she never waited for him any more. She just moved ahead with her plans. She knew that he really didn't mind. She just managed to get things done on her own. She knew that she was going to spend her entire life alone. She just needed some thing that she wanted. She decided to do shopping. She went out. She got ready. She decided to go for shopping. First she entered in a shop of furniture. She started looking for double bed but then she sensed that she was not going to need it. She began to look for single bed. Then sales man came to her. " Can I help you Mam?" " Sure. I was whole furniture for a single woman. It have to be most comfortable." " Ohh you like alone." " Yes." " Then come with me." That fellow showed her nice big single bed. She liked it. Then he showed her even comfortable arm chair to sit and sleep at night." It will be best in your bedroom when you feel sleepless." She smiled. It was just like chair of her grandmother. She just loved it. " Perfect. Pack this." She began to move around. She had selected few piece of furniture for hall. It was fancy one. But she told him that she didn't want sofa cum bed. It was not her need. She began to choose every thing. She finally felt so happy. She went back and started waiting for furniture. She took big mirror. She took every thing old fashioned. She just changed her whole house in something out of old century. In those room where single woman could stay peacefully. She loved it all. She changed every thing as per her wish. She looked around. She just managed to check whole look of her house. She knew that Pankaj was not going to come for many days. She was sure that he was not interested much in this house. She just decided to ignore this thought. She went in kitchen and cooked food for herself. Then she began to read books. While reading book she felt asleep on chair but she was suddenly woke up by sound of door bell. She was so sleepy and so scared. She looked at clock on wall. It was late. She was so upset that some one disturbed her at this time. She slowly went to door and checked. She was shocked. It was Pankaj. She was so confused. He was not suppose to come. She knew that he had decided to left her. She just looked around. He kept ringing bell. She had to open it so she opened door for him.
Pankaj " What took you so long? I was ringing that door bell for so many hours." Then he looked around. Pankaj smiled. " You changed every thing. I like this old style." He just jumped in that sofa. " This one is so soft. But don't you feel that it would have been better if it was little bit big. I mean it is little small for me. But any way it is okay. I can handle it. But I just love this change. Where is remote?" Kamini just stood up there like some statue. Pankaj looked at her in confused way. Then he suddenly located remote. He smiled and took it. He sat before Television and started watching. " I am hungry and thirsty too. Please bring me some food. I just want to eat it in this sofa today without changing cloths. Come on just for one day." Kamini was confused. She cooked food for one person. But then she remembered eggs. She immediately started cooking. Pankaj began to screamed "What a smell!! Come on hurry up. I am getting hungry." She was so irritated. She couldn't tolerate him like this. But then he was her husband. Then he couldn't vanish like that for months. He started to act like her husband on some point then he just got ahead with work. She wanted to question him today. She finished her cooking. She put every thing in plate. She took it out. She was about to question him when he turned towards her and asked her with anger " Why did you have to bring dinner so late? Don't you understand I am hungry?" She wanted to ask him many questions about his absence from home. But she suddenly felt that she was nothing before him. " Sorry." She said and went in kitchen. She slowly started cleaning dishes. She just hoped that she could live her life happily. Now he had returned again. She was so scared. But she didn't understand what she supposed to do. Pankaj was scaring her. He was enjoying television with loud voice. She wanted him to reduce that sound. But she didn't said it. Finally he decided to go to sleep. But when he went in bedroom, he was shocked. He screamed with anger " What is this? Where is our bed?" She was so scared. " I thought it will be comfortable. " "This small single bed. We can't accommodate in it. " Then he looked at her. He suddenly smiled. " Okay fine. We will adjust. Have you ate your dinner?" " No.I was planning to wash dishes first." " My god!! This is so boring. I have come home after so many days with such good hopes and you are not ready even to spend time with me. This is not fair. Come on. Wash those dishes later. Just bring your dinner and we will chat. Any way where are my clothes?" She was so confused. But then she smiled. She had not sold cupboards she just kept them in attic. "They are in attic. I thought it will better.." " I know you thought it will be better if I arranged my clothes in my way. Perfect thought. I don't want to scream on you for every cloth. Let me see." Pankaj opened that old fashioned cupboard. " You have occupied whole cupboard?" " You can remove my things." " Ohh you can't guess I want which corner. Don't worry. I will do it all. I have better idea. You can do your work in kitchen while I will do that. Then we will sit together and enjoy our few moments of life which will make perfect memories for us." He smiled. She was so nervous. She just ran in kitchen. She was so shocked. She was sure that he had decided to left her. But he was there. She knew that she must needed to be happy from her soul. But she was not. She didn't want him in her life. She wanted to be alone on every day. She knew that it was wrong but still she decided it. Now she wanted it back. But then she knew that she had to adjust with him. She just wished only if he would vanish. She didn't want him in her house. She wanted peace of her mind and he was most worst thing in her eyes. She didn't want to see him. But then she knew that she had to wash dishes then she had to take plate of food and she went in bedroom. She was so glad when she saw that Pankaj was already asleep her plan seemed to work totally. He was so exhausted. He went to sleep. She sat in her armchair and ate her dinner peacefully. Now she could easily ignore him. Then she went in hall and slept on sofa. She didn't want to sleep on that small bed.
Pankaj suddenly woke up at mid night with sound of dog. He looked around. At beginning he got confused. He didn't sense that he was sleeping in his bedroom. Kamini managed to change it so much. Then he looked around. He was totally alone in that room. He looked out of window. He could clearly saw that beautiful moon. He started to looking at moon. It had that dreamy appearance. He just loved it. He wanted to just keep looking out of that window. He started to looking around in room. He started searching for Kamini. She was not in room. He was so confused. He was started searching for her. He was so shocked when he saw that she slept outside. At first moment he was confused. Then he suddenly sensed it all. She didn't came in room. Their whole house was set just for one person. In fact just for one woman and their cupboard just had her clothes. She didn't planned his come back. He was so upset. "No. You were gone out for six months." " Will you stop this nonsense? I was there." She screamed " You are lying. I will call watchman to prove that." Pankaj started to try to stop her. But she wanted to prove. She didn't care. She started screaming loudly. Soon there was tap on door. She opened it. It was their neighbor. He looked at her. Pankaj was holding her hard so there were marks on her hand. Neighbor looked at Pankaj with anger. She was so happy. She knew that he would take her side now. Kamini " Mr. Jatin Pankaj was not here for six months?" " What? He was here. I think he was gone just for six days." She began to scream also on him. " You are lying. " Due to her voice even watchman came. She asked him same question and he answered in same way. They were looking at her in strange way. She suddenly sensed her mistake. It was all wrong. She was imagining things. It was truth. She wanted to change it all. She wanted to be normal. But it was not working. She knew that something was wrong inside. She went in bathroom and kept crying for long time. Pankaj was knocking on time again and again. Finally she told him just to leave her alone for few seconds. She promised him that she would come out after some time. She went near wash basin. She looked inside mirror. She was so shocked to see her face. She was looking so old and tired. Pankaj was so relieved when she finally came out. Pankaj " Are you alright?" Kamini " I have imagined it all. I have imagined we are divorced. You have girlfriend. I am turning mad. I think it will be better if you truly divorce me. I am mad.." She started crying again. " Nothing will happen. You just need Doctor. You will be fine." " But this happened so suddenly." " I feel some one might drugged you. Did you eat something today?" " No..No.." " We have to go to Doctor tomorrow." She nodded. But she was still not comfortable with him. She knew that she couldn't. She just stayed away. Pankaj was so shocked. He just sensed one thing that his wife was not normal. He decided that he must take her to Doctor. He kept away from her on that day. But he was upset. He decided that he must call to some one. Then he remembered his gynecologist friend. He suddenly remembered they supposed to take report from him. He called him. It was night time but he knew that he just needed some one. He was sure that his friend would understand. As soon as he called, his friend took phone and said " I was waiting for your call. So what are you going to do? Are you going to surrogate or adoption?" " What?" "Didn't your wife told you that she can't have child?" " No.." He was so shocked. He told him every thing. He was so upset by all this. He just didn't want to talk to her and she was fine without him. But then he could clearly saw that she was not normal. She was talking to herself in mirror on some times. She just pretended as if no one was there except her. It was strange. It took them few days to finally managed to get good psychiatrist. Pankaj took her to psychiatrist. She talked with them in details. Slowly Pankaj began to sense that Kamini was not normal. She was confusing regarding every thing. He knew that he must understood her. But it managed to hurt him so much that she wanted him just for a child. He loved her from heart. Then psychiatrist told him to sit outside. She talked with Kamini for long time. He just kept waiting outside. He was frustrated. He just wanted this to be over. He decided that he didn't want to stay with Kamini any more. She didn't love him. She was just interested in child. Now psychiatrist was going to help her. He finally wanted to be relieved from her responsibility. He felt so sure that he wanted this to be over. He had spend so much time outside. Then finally he went inside. That psychiatrist slowly began to explain him all. Kamini wanted her child but when she knew that she didn't going to have it. She just assumed that it was over. She felt that he was going to left her for another woman. She began to feel sure about it and then her love turned into hate towards him. It was not that she wanted just child but she felt that her child would be her power over him. It was worst thought for her. She wanted him but when she felt she could have it then she started hallucinating all. Psychiatrist told him that she would be fine with her treatment. He was so happy that it happened for him not his child. Then he smiled happily. He was ready for every treatment. After all his ego was boosted now. Finally he sensed one thing it was same ego which managed to hurt Kamini so much so he decided to forget it. Then he started to listen Psychiatrist carefully about Kamini's treatment.

She just wished only if he would vanish. She didn't want him in her house. She wanted peace of her mind and he was most worst thing in her eyes. She didn't want to see him. But then she knew that she had to wash dishes then she had to take plate of food and she went in bedroom. She was so glad when she saw that Pankaj was already asleep her plan seemed to work totally. He was so exhausted. He went to sleep. She sat in her armchair and ate her dinner peacefully. Now she could easily ignore him. Then she went in hall and slept on sofa. She didn't want to sleep on that small bed.
Pankaj suddenly woke up at mid night with sound of dog. He looked around. At beginning he got confused. He didn't sense that he was sleeping in his bedroom. Kamini managed to change it so much. Then he looked around. He was totally alone in that room. He looked out of window. He could clearly saw that beautiful moon. He started to looking at moon. It had that dreamy appearance. He just loved it. He wanted to just keep looking out of that window. He started to looking around in room. He started searching for Kamini. She was not in room. He was so confused. He was started searching for her. He was so shocked when he saw that she slept outside. At first moment he was confused. Then he suddenly sensed it all. She didn't came in room. Their whole house was set just for one person. In fact just for one woman and their cupboard just had her clothes. She didn't planned his come back. He was so upset. He suddenly felt sure that she might be involved with some one while he was away. He was so angry. He wanted to know who was that person. He started searching her cupboard. But he found nothing. He was so angry that he started making loud noise. She suddenly woke up from that sound. She looked around then she sensed it was coming from her bedroom. She went inside slowly. She was so shocked. He had thrown her things everywhere. Kamini " What are you doing? You can't act like that in my house. " He started screaming " Your house? This is our house. Where is your boyfriend? I can't find his picture. Forget it. Tell me who is he?" He took hold of her hand in harsh way. It managed to hurt her so much. She screamed " Leave me. I don't got boyfriend." "Then why did you want to throw me out of this house?" " Since I don't want you." "What?" " I don't want to cook for you. I don't want to do your work. You are nothing but a burden for me." " I don't understand. Last time when I met you then you are so happy." " Yes six months ago." " What? Are you alright? It was six days ago." " No..No...six months. I remember it all. You went away without telling any thing." Now Pankaj sensed that something was totally wrong. He was coming home only after six days tour and Kamini was acting in such a way as if he was gone for such a long time. It was horrible. He started understanding one thought. His wife was not normal. He started talking sweetly. Pankaj " Kamini what happened? Don't you remember? I was here on Monday. Then I went out. Today is Sunday or was . Now it is Monday but still just seven days." "No. You were gone out for six months." " Will you stop this nonsense? I was there." She screamed " You are lying. I will call watchman to prove that." Pankaj started to try to stop her. But she wanted to prove. She didn't care. She started screaming loudly. Soon there was tap on door. She opened it. It was their neighbor. He looked at her. Pankaj was holding her hard so there were marks on her hand. Neighbor looked at Pankaj with anger. She was so happy. She knew that he would take her side now. Kamini " Mr. Jatin Pankaj was not here for six months?" " What? He was here. I think he was gone just for six days." She began to scream also on him. " You are lying. " Due to her voice even watchman came. She asked him same question and he answered in same way. They were looking at her in strange way. She suddenly sensed her mistake. It was all wrong. She was imagining things. It was truth. She wanted to change it all. She wanted to be normal. But it was not working. She knew that something was wrong inside. She went in bathroom and kept crying for long time. Pankaj was knocking on time again and again. Finally she told him just to leave her alone for few seconds. She promised him that she would come out after some time. She went near wash basin. She looked inside mirror. She was so shocked to see her face. She was looking so old and tired. She knew one thing that she was not normal. She cried for long time.
Pankaj was so relieved when she finally came out. Pankaj " Are you alright?" Kamini " I have imagined it all. I have imagined we are divorced. You have girlfriend. I am turning mad. I think it will be better if you truly divorce me. I am mad.." She started crying again. " Nothing will happen. You just need Doctor. You will be fine." " But this happened so suddenly." " I feel some one might drugged you. Did you eat something today?" " No..No.." " We have to go to Doctor tomorrow." She nodded. But she was still not comfortable with him. She knew that she couldn't. She just stayed away. Pankaj was so shocked. He just sensed one thing that his wife was not normal. He decided that he must take her to Doctor. He kept away from her on that day. But he was upset. He decided that he must call to some one. Then he remembered his gynecologist friend. He suddenly remembered they supposed to take report from him. He called him. It was night time but he knew that he just needed some one. He was sure that his friend would understand. As soon as he called, his friend took phone and said " I was waiting for your call. So what are you going to do? Are you going to surrogate or adoption?" " What?" "Didn't your wife told you that she can't have child?" " No.." He was so shocked. He told him every thing. " It must have happened due to that stress." " But I just don't understand I was never obsessed with kids. She was the one who wanted them so much." " Yes and she was the one who can't have them. Try to understand it. It is important for her to have a child." "But why didn't she understand it? It is not important for me." " But it is important for her. Take her to psychiatrist that's all." Suddenly Pankaj sensed it. Kamini valued a child more than marriage. She wanted a baby from him. If she couldn't have it then she was not interested in him. He was burden for her. He was so shocked. " May be I should just divorce her?" " Don't do this to her. She is not in her sense now." Pankaj slowly controlled himself. Pankaj " Fine. I will take her to psychiatrist." From that day their relation began to stretch. They both started avoiding each other. They were living in one house but no longer together like a couple which love each other. He was so upset by all this. He just didn't want to talk to her and she was fine without him. But then he could clearly saw that she was not normal. She was talking to herself in mirror on some times. She just pretended as if no one was there except her. It was strange. It took them few days to finally managed to get good psychiatrist. Pankaj took her to psychiatrist. She talked with them in details. Slowly Pankaj began to sense that Kamini was not normal. She was confusing regarding every thing. He knew that he must understood her. But it managed to hurt him so much that she wanted him just for a child. He loved her from heart. Then psychiatrist told him to sit outside. She talked with Kamini for long time. He just kept waiting outside. He was frustrated. He just wanted this to be over. He decided that he didn't want to stay with Kamini any more. She didn't love him. She was just interested in child. Now psychiatrist was going to help her. He finally wanted to be relieved from her responsibility. He felt so sure that he wanted this to be over. He had spend so much time outside. Then finally he went inside. That psychiatrist slowly began to explain him all. Kamini wanted her child but when she knew that she didn't going to have it. She just assumed that it was over. She felt that he was going to left her for another woman. She began to feel sure about it and then her love turned into hate towards him. It was not that she wanted just child but she felt that her child would be her power over him. It was worst thought for her. She wanted him but when she felt she could have it then she started hallucinating all. Psychiatrist told him that she would be fine with her treatment. He was so happy that it happened for him not his child. Then he smiled happily. He was ready for every treatment. After all his ego was boosted now. Finally he sensed one thing it was same ego which managed to hurt Kamini so much so he decided to forget it. Then he started to listen Psychiatrist carefully about Kamini's treatment.
