Rain just go away!
That day sky was so fine. Harish was hoping for something wonderful. Harish wanted to feel fresh & he was feeling it. He knew that if weather remained great this way everything would be fine for him. He always felt connected to weather. When it started to rain, he felt upset. He didn't like rain that much. He never understood reason but while his friends used to play in rain & mud. He used to sit at home like adult. Sometimes even his father taunted him. His father used to say " Why you sit in home like elders? You are so young but you act like grandfather!" His Mom used to come in his defence. " Come on! Why do you want to send him out in this rain? If he got sick & get less marks in exams you will be first one to complaint!" " Exams are far away!" " But if he got sick then he will miss his classes in school & also in tution? No one give notes now a days. Even getting notes for Xerox is hard task. You will sit here & scream on me to do all." " Really! I just sit & scream. I went to office & earn money." " I know.. I know but when it comes to getting notes for your son you don't use your convincing skills like you use in office! You just don't help!" His father didn't argue after this point. His father didn't want to beg to families of his friends for notes. His father knew very well how hard it was! He felt that it was Mom's magic which managed to protect him. He always loved his Mom. She was a miracle lady. He knew that everyone felt same way about Mom but he knew that his Mom was special. She was so affectionate & caring. He didn't feel anyone have such great Mom. He was so happy to get this Mom. He looked towards sky with happiness. His heart kept telling him that one day he would be sick due to rain. He always wanted rain to be away from his life. He never understood why but he hated rain. He saw pleasant weather & he went out. On that point his mobile rang. His Boss was calling him. His Boss was nice friendly person but he didn't like when someone didn't do work which he wanted. He knew that he was getting paid to do his work so he never avoided it. But that day was off from work. He knew that he needed vacation too. He didn't like to see that call. He liked his work so he needed to take it. He took deep breath with it he started to absorb his anger. He said sweetly " Hello Sir.." " This is your lucky day my boy. We are going in resort of Lonavala & we have one seat join us." He looked around. He knew that it was order but he loved to follow this order. He smiled happily. "Sure yes but when?" " Today! In fact in few hours!" He was so confused. He didn't packed anything. He needed to hurry up. He ran inside his flat. On these moments he missed his Mom. She always managed to pack for him in seconds. Of course he missed her every moment. But on these moments he felt her need.He knew that if he tried to bring his Mom in house then he needed to bring his Dad too. He shivered with thought. He didn't want his Dad here. He started packing his clothes. He packed everything. He managed to get ready. Then he checked every corner of house. He managed to make sure nothing left in his house to be wasted. He gave all food he stored to watchman. Watchman immediately agreed to give it to some one or use. In fact he suggested few more things that needed to be distributed soon. Watchman didn't want smell from empty flat which would be extra work for him. Specifically when owner was gone it was impossible to go inside flat. He didn't plan to keep his keys with any one. He hardly knew his neighbours. They never showed much attachment to him. Since they were mostly gone out. Kids were in house but they just observed him never chatted. He was unknown man to them. He didn't even blame them for their attitude. With such big list of crimes daily in newspapers everyone felt scared to give entry to unknown person in house. Especially when parents were away on job, just babysitter was present. He heard few times that babysitters screams which were indicating kids were not obidient as she wanted. He didn't know who should be blamed. But he enjoyed those voices. Since it remind him of his childhood, his favourite time of life when his Dad was away due to work he was staying just with his Mom. He was hoping positive things. He was going to lost once again in his old memories when watchman screamed. Watchman " Sir there is leakage here." He was so frustrated. He wanted to go immediately. It was impossible to call plumber on last moment. He asked " Don't they have system to stop water of this flat?" " No Sir. Entire Society is connected." He was so frustrated. " I need to go! My Boss is waiting for me. You must understand this is about my job." Watchman immediately understood him pain. Watchman " Why don't you leave your keys with Society secretary's wife?" He felt confused. He didn't know this lady. But he didn't have much option so he nodded. He gave his keys. On that point plumber appeared like some God. He told him to repair. Plumber told him to wait. On that second his Boss called. He was so tense. But his Boss said " I am so sorry but I need petrol for my car & I might do some servicing too. I will be little late." He jumped with joy. " It's alright sir. I have leakage problem. I can handle it too." His Boss sounded happy too. Then his Boss said " Don't worry. You can take your own time." He was so happy. He told watchman " No need to worry. Boss's car needed servicing!" Watchman smiled happily. Then plumber started repairing. He checked entire house. This time he decided that after this short trip. He would take one long trip. He knew that his Boss would want rest after trip too. He was planning many things. He looked outside. Weather was perfect. He smiled happily. He once again checked his bag. He was so shocked. He didn't packed many things. He started to pack all properly. He was so excited about it. He wanted to feel happiness in mind. Plumber screamed & called him to check. Everything was fine now. He was ready for trip. He even packed his digital camera. He was planning to click wonderful pictures for memories. He knew that he was going to bring nice memories back home. He was sure about it. He was so involved in his dream that he didn't even thought about informing his parents about his visit.
Harish immediately took Boss's call. Boss was happy. He told Harish to come down. It seemed that car was coming on building's gate. It was his lucky day. He looked towards sky. It was perfect. There was not any dark cloud in his sight. He was so sure that everything was going to be fine. He smiled happily to himself. When his Boss's wonderful car came in society he sensed that people were watching it from houses. He knew that entire society was impressed. He began to sense happiness in soul. He knew now everyone around would think how could he managed to get such good car for traveling. He went inside car. He began to feel confidence built inside. He sat in car. He sat in front seat with Boss. His Boss's family was sitting behind. He observed his youngest daughter. He knew that it was impossible to get her. She was too rich. But she smiled towards him. He felt so happy. He knew that they were never going to get married still he wanted to enjoy her company. It was so nice to look towards her. She gave back her shy smile. He liked it. He knew that she was daughter of his Boss. He must not dream too much. But still he hoped sometimes that she might pay attention to him. He loved it. She was his dream girl. Her name was Rose. She was rose of his heart. But he never let his feelings come out. It was so upsetting. He didn't sense since when he began to like her. He knew that he needed to confess some day to someone. But not today! He didn't want to put her reputation in risk. He might tell someone when she became mother of few kids. It would be safe. He began to laugh at that thought. His Boss looked towards him with shock & asked " What happened? What is so funny?" He felt so scared. He didn't even wanted his Boss to guess. It was so upsetting. He said " I was thinking about that plumber!" " Plumber?" Then he created one funny story to please everyone. It was kind of refreshing. He knew that his Boss took him just because he was so funny. Boss's elder daughter Rita asked " So Harish do you have girlfriend?" Boss gave angry look Rita. Rita laughed & said "Come on Dad! He is Harish! Your junior! He will not think that I am proposing him?!" Harish didn't want to react but his face started to react already. Everyone started laughing. He looked away. Boss gave angry look to Rita. Boss's wife immediately changed subject. He began to feel hurt. He sensed that he was lower level man in eyes of these girls. Rita was taunting him with intention. He felt that she might have noticed the way he looked towards Rose. He began to feel guilty too. He must not look towards her that way. He needed to understand his level. He looked towards sky. It was started to get dark clouds. He was so shocked. He didn't want rain. He wanted clear weather but it was clear that his hope was not going to get completed. In sky he began to see dark clouds. He started to see clear indication of rain. He began to feel that worst was already on it's way. He began to feel that he was going to safe hard & horrible route. He started to think that weather was telling him that his life was not going ahead in right track. He began to sense that his decision was wrong. He began to look out. His Boss asked " What happened?" Harish " I don't like rain." His Boss started laughing. He began to laugh too. But soon rain started heavily with lightening. He began to feel upset. His Boss started to get tense too. Rita & Rose both shut down window. Boss's wife started to suggest that they must stop. " We might have accident." His Boss smiled & said " Don't worry. It is okay." They kept driving. Then suddenly out of nowhere a truck appeared before them. Harish sensed that it was going to crash on their car. He wanted to open door & jump out. But he sensed that he would land in rain. He was so confused. His Boss screamed loudly. He heard screams of all. He didn't understand to whom which voice belong but he could hear those voices. They were full of fear & pain. Then he jumped out of car without second thought. He landed on road. He was in pain. But he could see that he was lucky. Entire car was burning. He wanted to help them but he couldn't stand up. He was screaming in pain himself. He couldn't able to stand. He saw others were inside. They were burning. He could have tried to enter but he didn't. He kept screaming. Soon people started to coming. He was taken to hospital. He kept feeling rain on his body. He was feeling so sad. He didn't understand how could he tolerate such pain. He began to feel that he might die. It was so horrible. He finally received injection. He started to go to sleep. He felt so glad. He didn't want to feel those pains. When he woke up, he was in hospital. His leg was in plaster & he could hear his Dad's words. His Dad was talking in sadist voice " He went there without permission. Now he is suffering. He need to understand results of his actions." His Mom tried to calm down him. Harish was so confused. He never felt that he did some crime. But he was suffering so it could be his crime. He began to feel that he needed to obey his Dad. His Dad was telling " He is suffering due to his sins. He never act as I told. He always kept acting in modern style. Now look at his Boss, his Boss is dead. He is alive since I follow all rules & I.." he started to shut his ears. Nurse noticed it. Nurse spoke loudly " You are distrubing patient. Go out" but it was too late. He started to cry. He knew that his life was shattered. He didn't have any chance to move ahead. He couldn't get over this pain. He knew that now he would be stuck with his Dad forever. Nurse started calling Doctor. Doctor immediately injected him something. Once again he was in sleep. He was glad to surrender his worries to that condition. He just wanted to sleep forever. It was so upsetting. He didn't want to remain in state where he couldn't find peace. Even during that sleep he kept seeing his Boss & his family. He kept thinking that he shouldn't have looked towards Rose that way. It was so wrong & so confusing. He did crime by looking towards her that way so they all died. He kept crying but in his dream he was happily enjoying life with them.
When Harish came back he was no longer that normal Harish. He didn't talk much. He kept just thinking about something. He was always lost in his world. He kept searching for job. Unfortunately he didn't find any. His Dad kept taunting him. He was no longer concerned. He kept sitting inside house. He was so happy when he was inside. He was so scared. He kept feeling that rain might come. He didn't want to get wet. He knew that rain was going to kill him. He never met his Boss's family again. He was sure that they all were dead. He kept thinking that one day their souls would start to hurt him. His Dad kept screaming on him for not earning. He didn't care. He just had one concern. He should stay inside. He kept feeling sad. He didn't want to go out in rain. He kept waiting for rain even when weather was clear. He didn't go out but sometimes guest came to visit him. He tried to avoid them too. Mostly they began to ask about job & then his Dad began to abuse him. It was not direct abuse but indirect. He was not getting success so according to guests he deserved this treatment. So no one objected it. He kept hearing abuses & insults. This carried on for a year then finally his one Uncle suggested visit to psychiatrist. He didn't want to go but he still decided to go since he had no option. He kept dreaming. He was looking so sick. But once again his Dad objected. His Dad " Why should we need to waste money on psychiatrist? He is not even earning & you wanted to waste money on him? If you keep on wasting money how could we survive? We need money. You don't understand value of it. We have burden of your son too! I am not giving you any money to waste on him." He said " Mom I don't want to visit psychiatrist. It doesn't help. This is my nature. I am like this from childhood." His Dad " So true! You are burden yesterday & you are burden today!" He didn't cry. He began to agree with his father. He was truly burden for all. He went in room. He kept moving ahead in life. But actually he was always locked in room. One day finally he decided to go out. A call came from Rita. Rita told him that he must visit. He went out. But he was shivering whole time. Then slowly he sensed that it was not raining. He began to smile. When he reached to that home, he began to imagine his Boss. He could easily see him around. It was so strange. He kept feeling that his Boss was standing on that point. Boss's wife called him. She was shocked to see him. She asked "What was wrong with you?" He said " I am fine." But it came very weak. Then slowly Rose entered in room. She was on wheel chair. He was so shocked. He wanted to admire her same way as before but he couldn't. He didn't like her. Rose gave weak smile. Then they started discussing many things. Finally after sometime he said good bye. He didn't understand cause of their invitation. He went back home. He began to get more restless. He wanted to kill himself. Finally he decided that he had enough. He took out card of psychiatrist from Mom's cabinet. He decided that he needed Doctor. He tried to talk but he started crying. Soon receiptionist told him to calm down. His call was shifted to Doctor. He told Psychiatrist all. That psychiatrist told him to come their immediately. He was so scared. But he decided to go. He was so confused. From where he could get money. Then he remembered his gold chain. He took it. He went to jeweler & sold it. Whole time he kept looking out. Shopkeeper began to get suspicious. He stated to ask about him. He decided to be truthful. He told honestly his trouble. Shopkeeper nodded & gave cash. He was so happy. Finally he reached to Psychiatrist. He was so breathless. Receptionist told him to sit down. His BP was too high. He was immediately given medicine. He didn't want to get admitted. But there was not much option. He called his Mom. He got admitted in hospital. He stayed there for some time. His psychiatrist treatment started with his physical check up. Slowly he began to sense that what happened was due to just destiny it was not his sin. He was not guilty. When he came back,he once more started searching for job. This time he found one. It was not giving much money but it helped. Slowly he learnt to live his life again. He sensed that his Dad had problems due to his own attitude. He was not responsible for them. He knew that he didn't have much money but he decided that he would adjust with his life. He slowly started getting better & better in his job. He was so happy in it. One day his Mom asked about marriage. He didn't say 'Yes' to it. He decided that he needed to like a girl first. He didn't like to see any girl since face of Rose kept coming before him. He shivered with fear. Then he told this to psychiatrist. Psychiatrist slowly began to explain " You know very well that Rose was not going to marry you. You were just watching her. Rita accused you without cause. You must understand it. So you are not doing any mistake. Just watching girl is not crime. It might be mistake but you have immediately corrected it. So you don't need to marry her now. In fact many people break marriage after this. You were not even committed to her. They are trying to pressure you. Ignore them.." with help psychiatrist slowly Harish get over it. He found nice girl & once again settled in life. But even this time he settled away from his father. He was no longer feel scared that God would curse him if he disobey his father. He got over it with help of psychiatrist.
