Stopping nightmare
Revati was so happy. Her life was moving perfectly. She had little bit financial troubles but they were not such big deals. She began to feel that she would soon started to get over them. She didn't sense her troubles from soul as she used to feel before marriage. Her family background was rich but her Dad never managed to save much. She was so upset when their money started to vanish. Even as kid she could sense it. She began to sense it when her Mom started to work hard. Servants in their house started reducing. She was feeling so upset. She began to get frustrated when people talked about their money & immediately her Dad started to waste it. They didn't have money but her Dad was not willing to accept it. Her Dad was wasting money on luxuries which were not needed. She wanted to stop it. One day she mentioned it to Mom. Mom gave sad smile & said " I totally agree with you. But I can't stop him. This all money belonged to him." " But if he wasted it all, we don't have money for anything." " I know honey. I just hope that we can find nice husband for you before bankruptcy." Revati was so tense after hearing it. She began to feel that she needed to get married as soon as possible. She started to talk sweetly with people. But no one was interested in her. They all wanted to know about money which her father had. She was so upset. She needed someone who was not interested in money. She knew that her money was going to get vanished. She felt so sad & upset. She was feeling so hurt. She didn't understand how could she solve her problem. She was so stressed. She kept trying & trying. Finally after long efforts one boy agreed to date her. She worked so hard to impress him. She still remembered her date with Tushar. He was not talking. But she kept talking. She kept laughing. He was rich & well educated. She wanted to make him her husband at any cost. She needed husband for her financial security. By this time their money was reduced. She wanted to find someone. Tushar never spoke any word. He kept observing her. He finally said slowly " Have you ever thought about waking up early in morning & going to earn money?!" She was so shocked. She didn't plan to do job. She was planning to continue her career as painter. She knew that there was not much money in it. She just wanted to follow it. She wanted someone who could take responsibility of earnings. She could handle entire kitchen. She could do all. She started explaining. But he stopped her. " I have maids to do all those things! I want wife who will earn." She suddenly felt strange fear inside. She was something inferior. She tried to pretend that she was not hurt. But she was started to hear her heart. She was in such a pain. She was feeling so sick. She didn't want to fall sick before him. But she couldn't help it. She was nauseous. She knew that she was going to vomit. She said " Excuse me." & ran to washroom. She tried to vomit. But she was not vomiting. She was just getting those feelings. She was so uneasy. She didn't understand what was her trouble. She wanted to go out when she started to feel so weak & her knee were so weak. She started to feel so upset. She was needed to go out so she went out. She was so tense. She decided on that point. She couldn't marry this man. He was scaring her. She started to search excuse. She was so scared. Then she decided that she would say she was rich. She smiled washed her face. She went out to make excuse. But Tushar did it himself. He smiled sweetly & said " Sorry but I need to go for work." She nodded happily & he went away. She took breath of relief. Then she noticed that he paid for food & beverage. She thanked God & started eating. She was so hungry now. She couldn't forget how she could never manage to eat in such big restaurant. Her Dad could but she couldn't. He could waste his inheritance as he wished. But she couldn't. She wanted to find escape. But she sensed one thing that it was impossible to find that food again. She ate all. Even all that ordered for Tushar. His coffee cup was almost full. She ignored it at first. Then she sensed that it was not simple coffee. It had icecream & chocolate sauce. It smelt so nice. She needed to taste it. She used tissue. She cleaned corners of cup. Then she started drinking it. She still remembered it. Her guess proved out to be truth. She never managed to eat that kind of food ever after it. She started to search for boys who were not so rich. Her husband Arun was not so rich. He was middle class man. She was happy. Revati was sure that she took right sort of decision by marrying a middle class simple man. Arun was nice. But sometimes she started to remember those days. She was so desperate to taste that food. She knew that all people around her were eating it now. She was only one who didn't have it. But she was so confused. She didn't feel that she truly needed to eat it. She was so uneasy when she saw call from Tina. She knew that Tina was going to invite her to some party. She wanted to go to party but she didn't understand how could she manage to contribute for gift. Her contribution in gift was precious. She was invited in party just for gift otherwise they were not interested in her. She began to count amount which was needed. She began to plan that amount which was essential. She was so confused. She took call. Tina " Do you got invitation for Mrs. Roy's party?" She didn't. She knew that Mrs. Roy didn't even remember her name or face. Now Tina would remind her then she would immediately gave it. Revati never get invitation without Tina's help. She knew that she was forcibly taking it but she didn't care. She knew that this way one day she could enjoy food of hotel. She felt so happy. She wanted that food at any cost. She was even willing to beg for it. She needed it. She said sadly " No..no actually my email was so overloaded." Tina added immediately " Don't worry. I will manage." She disconnected call. Then she started to search for a dress. She managed to find nice one. She knew that it would be perfect for party. She wanted to become shadow of Tina. She must not become better than her otherwise Tina would be angry so she started suitable dress.
Revati was so tense. She didn't want Tina to feel that she was trying to look better than her. She wanted to protect her friendship with Tina. It was so upsetting. She couldn't look better. She didn't understand if she was so beautiful why she didn't find suitable husband. She worked so hard to find suitable boy but they all disliked her. But now when she started going to party with Tina, she noticed that all were paying attention to her. It seemed that she was nice only to pay attention not to get married with. It was really upsetting to her. She was married now. She didn't want any one paying attention to her. She was living happy life with Arun. She wanted one baby. She knew after baby all would be different. People would not look at her that way. But then she couldn't bring baby with her on parties. She might not even able to attend parties. She didn't like to think about that situation. She knew that she couldn't leave baby with babysitter. No one would permit it. They all would want her to sit with that baby. It was frustrating concept for her. She was so upset about entire thing. She was so confused. She didn't understand what she wanted. She loved children but she wanted to attend those parties too. She knew that she would get pregnant soon. But then she was thinking this way for years. She didn't understand what was truly in her mind. She hated babies or she was saying it since she didn't manage to get one. She was not getting pregnant. She felt that her marriage was becoming useless concept. She needed to understand it. She was feeling so scared. She wanted to know what really her heart wanted. She was not sure about it. She started choosing her dress. She decided to choose gown. She didn't want to dress in perfect. She suddenly felt that she shouldn't need to care what Tina felt. She started to try different dresses. Her mobile rang. She found that invitation. She was waiting for it from such long time. She needed it. She checked for dress code. Nothing was written. She selected nice gown & she began to choose her lipstick. It was so lovely. Her entire face was so nice. She was so happy. She got ready for party. It was rehearsal. She knew that she needed to do it. Once she tried to go to party without rehearsal & everything was messed. She remembered it very well. She was getting stuck due to dress. It was too low. She was almost going to fall. She remembered that memory & it brought smile on her lips. That day she found that handsome man. Her charming prince! She thought this then she felt shocked. She must not think like that man. It was wrong. But she kept seeing his face. She kept telling herself that she would not see him again. But still he kept coming to every party. She knew that Tina sensed that he was after her too. But Tina hated it. Tina kept talking about Arun again & again as if to remind her that she was married. She wanted to forget it. But sadly she couldn't. She had one husband. Her husband was nice man. She didn't have any excuse to leave him. Arun was very nice man. But he didn't manage to become father. She knew that it was not his fault. They would surely manage soon. She needed to show some patience. She studied invitation. It was for tomorrow. She was so happy. She changed her clothes & started returning to kitchen when door bell rang. Arun was standing on door. She was happy to see him but at same time she was upset. She ran in kitchen to bring water but he stopped her. He slowly removed a gift bag from his backpack. He smiled & said " This is for you." She smiled & opened it. It had perfect golden saree. She smiled. He nodded. " I bought it for tomorrow." She was shocked. " You are invited in party too!" He smiled & hugged her. He said "Yes!" She was so confused. She didn't want his company. He continued. " Mr. Roy is my boss. He told me today that we both are invited to party. He said you are friend of some one called Tina & she was telling about you. When he heard your name, he told his wife about me. I am his junior but he considered me as friend so he invited us both." He was literally dancing with joy. Clearly he had many dreams about this day but her all dreams were shattered. She planned something different but sometimes totally different was happening. She felt so upset. She began to watch that saree. She wanted to wear that gown. She decided to tell it to Arun. She wanted to just upset him. She said " But I planned one gown." He said " Show me!" She showed it. He was so happy. " It is perfect. Forget that saree. You might dance too. You are so clever. Dancing in saree was not wise decision. I made stupid choice. My wise wife!" He took her in arms with love & started dancing with her. She was so upset. But she kept smiling. She didn't understand what was so upsetting. She knew that she couldn't marry to that other man. One day she needed to tell truth to that man. But still she kept hiding. He was dancing with her. She was in his arms but her mind was in different place. She didn't understand why she wanted to hide her husband. Next day they both got ready. This time Tina was not coming with them. They went alone. She entered in party with Arun. All looked towards her. She thought that they all were looking towards her with same interest. But still something was managing to hurt her. That handsome man came towards her. He talked in friendly way with Arun. It was clear that he never thought about her in way as she thought. He seemed to enjoy company. Even on that day he danced with her for sometime. Then she danced with Arun. Everything was just fine. Tina came towards her & said happily " You are lucky girl. No one showed any jealousy. It seemed as if you can dance with that man whenever you want." Revati smiled. But she was upset. She didn't understand her thinking. She didn't want to dance with that handsome man anymore. She knew that her parties were not going to be so interesting anymore.
Revati woke up on that night with strange sound. She looked around. She was in bar. She could smell alcohol around. She was so confused. She was dancing in party with her husband few moments ago. She was in bar now. She looked around. That party was in night & this was night too. She took her purse. She tried to walk but she started to fall. She was wearing high heels. She never tried that sort of shoes in her life. She was so scared. She didn't understand why did she wore them. She couldn't walk in them. She wanted to run out of that Avenue. She was so shocked. She started to fall when bar tender offered her help. He asked nicely " What happened Madam?" She started to cry slowly. " I don't understand how did I came here? Do you saw someone with me?!" " No Madam you came alone. You didn't have anyone with you." " Did you saw me here before?" She asked. Suddenly she began to feel scared what she might be doing here. Bar tender said " No Madam. You come first time. You were asking some men about baby!" " Baby?" " You said you want baby with you can't get it." She shivered with fear. She couldn't be doing this. She was not so desperate for child. She smiled. " You are joking!" " No Madam. Luckily no one was interested in you. Madam you were acting so strange. Everyone was scared. You were literally screaming on them." She shivered. She just took off her shoes & ran out. She searched for money in purse. She had some. Then she called cab. She was feeling so nervous in those bold clothes. She didn't understand what did she was going to tell her husband, Arun. She remembered dancing with him. She reached home. But she was shocked when Arun didn't open door. She went inside. She sat on sofa & started thinking. She didn't have any clue. Then suddenly her mobile rang. It was Tina. " Where were you?" " I.." she was so confused. " You just left my house in middle of night. I was so scared. Where are you?" " In my flat!" She said peacefully. She sensed one thing. Something was wrong with her memory. She didn't remember something essential. She kept sitting there. Finally her door bell rang. Tina came in. Tina sat beside her & started asking her that where she was. She couldn't able to hide it for long time. Finally she told all about that bar. Then she started crying. Tina " This is risky! You need psychiatrist." " What happened?" " I can't tell you anything now. You might get in trauma again." "Where is Arun?" " Forget that idiot! You can find many better than him." She didn't understand what did Tina was suggesting. She sensed one thing that something happened during party. She said " I was dancing in party.." Tina looked confused. Tina " Which party?" " Party of Mrs. Roy!" Tina looked shocked. Tina " It happened years ago. On that point you were married for sometime." She started to feel confused. She tried hard to remember. Revati screamed " How could this happen? This is not some movie.." " I know but you will not going to forget it forever. You will remember all step by step. It is just stress." Tina took her to her bedroom. She shivered. She began to sense that someone was hitting. She shivered & ran out of room. It was so scared. Tina took hold of her shoulder. Tina asked " What happened?" She didn't understand. Revati " I don't know. She sensed one thing that she couldn't sleep there. She said " I will sleep on sofa." Tina looked nervous. She sat beside Revati. " I will sleep with you." Then slowly Tina took out one chain which had instrument to make sound hung on it. She said slowly to Revati " Please wear this." Revati was shocked. " I am not pet animal." She threw it away. " But honey today you went in very risky place. Anyone could have harmed you. You were literally inviting them! Try to understand. Tomorrow we will go to Doctor." Revati shivered. She immediately wore that chain. It was horrible. Next morning she woke up. But she felt as if she was not sleeping at all. She saw Tina was sleeping near her. Tina looked tired too. She knew that Tina had her family too. Tina couldn't stay here forever. She was so upset. It was so shocking for her. She tried to enter in every room. She kept seeing different horrible scene. She felt as if she was locked in nightmare. She didn't understand what was happening. She kept trying but she couldn't enter. Finally she sat outside. She wanted to kill herself but she couldn't even dare to go inside to get some instrument. Soon Tina came running towards her. She took her once again on Sofa. Tina " Revati I will give you my other flat to stay. Just don't stay here." " I don't understand what does I kept seeing." Tina didn't say anything. Tina just called psychiatrist. Tina began to request. Tina literally begged for appointment. Finally she got one. She managed to get Revati dressed. Then they went to psychiatrist. Revati immediately started telling psychiatrist all. She was so upset. Then finally Tina began to talk. " I don't understand why does Revati remember that party. In fact I don't remember that party at all. But Revati started to forgetting all since Arun's abusive behaviour with her. He wanted baby. But it was not Revati's fault. Still he kept pretending. During that time I was in abroad. When I came back, my friend told me that Revati was locked in her house. Her husband was abusive to her. They heard screams. They tried to stop but Revati didn't complaint. Actually it carried on for long time. When I came back, I called Cops. We went inside with force. Revati was in room. She was asking for baby to every man. She was totally out of her mind. " Tina said it then Tina looked towards Revati. Revati was so scared. Psychiatrist asked her " What did you remember?" She told entire incidence. Psychiatrist " You remembered your last chance to manage to escape your husband. You keep feeling that if you have told entire truth to this man then he might have helped." She started crying. " You have managed to blanck your memories to control your pain.." he turned to Tina. " I recommend you to admit her for few days since you might not able to keep proper attention on her as she needed. She will fine soon." Tina nodded. Revati didn't say anything. She just went away with nurse. Tina asked Psychiatrist " She will be fine?" " Of course & you don't even need to mention this to people. Just tell them she went on vacation. But she must get divorce." " Don't worry. I will manage it. We will manage all with lawyer." Tina went out of that hospital. Tina was crying slowly. She always thought that Arun was never good husband but it all turned out to be her imagination. Arun was sadist person by nature. He used this issue of not having baby as excuse to show his attitude. Tina knew one thing. She would do all to protect her friend. She would never let Arun come near her again. She immediately started to make call to her lawyer.
