Disliked daughter
Nisha was thinking. She was so lost in her dream world. She didn't sense when her Mom came from behind. She didn't sense when her Mom took out bucket of water & threw it on her computer. Her Mom began to laugh loudly. Mom " You want to throw me in mental asylum!? I know all. I am not deaf. He is doing this all for you." Nisha stood up in shock. She didn't understand what was going on. Mom was acting strange again. She managed to destroy all her work on computer. She could see that water managed to damage it. Nisha wanted to control her anger but it was impossible. Nisha " Mom are you out of your mind? You have just destroyed a costly computer?! & What are you talking about?" Her Mom started abusing her. Nisha was so scared. She didn't understand what was going on. On that point her father came inside with her grandmother. Both took hold of Mom. " What are you doing?" Mom screamed " She did it! She took you away from me." Her Mom was screaming so loudly. She wanted to hit her. Her Mom was searching for weapon. Mom screamed " You will die in worst way. God will burn you alive in hell. You are most horrible creature. You don't deserve life. I am curse because I give birth to you.." she kept screaming. Nisha didn't understand. Nisha never understood what was wrong with her. From her childhood her Mom kept targeting her. It was strange the way she looked at her. She hated her. No one understood why. Her Dad was so upset by this. Nisha needed to shift to someone else. But she couldn't shift permanently. Sometimes Dad thought about divorce. But they were scared that it would make matter worst. Her Mom got money. She could use it against them. She was mad. No doubt about it. But they couldn't prove it. She knew that if they tried her Mom's so called friends would help her. They were not truely nice people. They were doing all just for money. It was so wrong. Her Mom was losing her brain but they didn't let her Dad or grandmother to take her to doctor. Her Auntie was worst. Her Auntie kept supporting her Mom. They dragged Mom out. But Mom slapped on her Dad's face. Her Dad was so angry. He wanted to slap back. But grandmother stopped. " She is like that. Don't touch her." Her Mom started laughing. Then she screamed " Yes! If you touch me then you will be in trouble. My sister will file Police complaint against you. She will tell world you did for this money." Mom started showing house. " This is my house! My Dad gave it to me! You can't throw me out. No one will believe you when you say I am mad. I am perfect." She smiled. She never taunted Nisha before public. In Public she showed so much affection. But she kept telling people that something was wrong with Nisha. She said it in such way that people believed her. She was Mom. They couldn't believe that she could lie about daughter but she was doing it. She was lying about her. Nisha knew due to her people hated Nisha. She kept telling people that Nisha was useless. Nisha didn't score much. Nisha didn't have future since Nisha never tried. She planted so many wrong thoughts about her in people's mind that those people didn't like her. They felt that she was wrong. She was always loner. She tried to make friend but her Mom always managed to destroy it. She never cared about her. She didn't understand her reason. It was so strange. But at beginning her Dad didn't sense that he was so sure that her Mom would love her. It was something that occurred to no one. Her Mom kept destroying her life but they never sensed. Nisha didn't understand what people assume things. They all kept saying a Mom couldn't cause her child any harm. Her Mom always kept telling her that she was biggest burden. Nisha still remembered that day when she began to argue with Mom to take her to movie. She was so excited about it. But her Mom didn't show any willingness to do it. She said " Then I will tell Dad?" Mom started laughing " Go ahead tell. Do you understand I can slap you & you can do nothing about it?" Nisha was so shocked. She never thought that her Mom could slap her. But on that point in her eyes she could see anger which told her that her Mom could hit her in bad way. She ran in bedroom & her Mom started laughing. Her grandmother came in hall on that point. Grandmother asked " What happened?" Mom " She was insisting on watching movie. Do you seen her marks? This way she will fail this year! Her grandmother was confused. " But her marks were okay." " Okay? She just managed to get second class. This way she could do nothing in her life. She would remain burden to all." " Come on! She will get better in next exam." Her grandmother was always positive which her Mom always hated her. Nisha cried so much that day. After that incidence Nisha started staying more in her grandmother's room. Her grandmother didn't have big room. It was so small. They could just able to keep one bed in it. Her Mom gave that room to grandmother. Mom made it clear from beginning. " This is my house. You can live here but you must not increase luxuries or demands. " Her Mom never let her grandmother decide what they could watch on TV. Sometimes grandmother wanted to saw some old songs. But Mom never permitted it. Her Mom was owner of this house. She kept telling it to all. It was so strange that she was showing many signs of madness but people didn't see them. Like last time when they went to one party her Mom started demanding mango juice. Waiter kept telling it wasn't available. But she kept saying that she was saw in someone's hand. There was big drama before all. But no one blamed Mom. They all kept saying that caterer did mistake. They didn't make mango juice. It was so wrong. If Nisha insisted on one movie after so many days. Mom screamed on her. But Mom could demand anything anywhere & they kept saying Mom was right. Nisha didn't understand why they never blamed Mom. They all always pointing towards Nisha. So Nisha knew that her Dad couldn't stop her Mom.
Nisha's Dad took breath of relief when finally her Mom came out. Mom started laughing. Mom " I was not killing your daughter. After all she is my child too." " Then why did you destroyed her computer?!" " She was using it too much! It will create bad impact on her." " Then you should tell her. This is not way to treat her!" " You always keep over pampering her. You brought that special apple laptop for her. It was so expensive." He knew that it was costly. Nisha's Mom didn't damage it. He was so confused. " I don't get it.." " She told you that it was not working so you bought it but now she was using it! She was clearly lying. It was upsetting." " I don't get it. She repaired! So it started. What was wrong in it?" " That she pretended it's broken just to get new laptop?!" " Really! So you throw all water on her old one to punish her? & You wasted her repaired computer." Mom looked at him happily. It seemed as if she felt that he understood her. Dad was so shocked. Dad " Her computer couldn't go from one place to another so she wanted laptop.." Mom screamed loudly. " I heard enough. Now I want to go." Mom went in washroom to change. Dad knew that now she would spend many hours on her make up & increasing her beauty. She looked so perfect to world that way. After watching her no one could guess that she had this strange madness in her. When he decided to marry her, it was not hidden from him. His father told him about her mother's mental trouble. He was in such love with her that he didn't give thought to anything else. He just wanted her. He told his father " I love her so much. Even if she inherited her mother's madness still I want her. I will handle her. I can't survive without her." His father laughed. But his mother gave his father angry look. His Mom " This is not time to joke! Your son was getting married." At that time he was not Nisha's Dad he was Sandip! A young boy who had so many hopes from life. But she was same Rekha! She still looked same way. But he managed to look so old. Sandip wanted to look young & hopeful. But he knew that it was not possible. He couldn't look young. He was old & he managed to get exhausted every day. He couldn't able to accept results of his decision. It were so horrible. Specifically on their daughter Nisha. Rekha didn't show madness clearly like her mother. She kept looking perfect to public. It was so strange. She had all symptoms. But she never get blamed for them. She looked so nice to people. He couldn't believe how could she manage it. She always lied in such way. That every time she looked just perfect. She didn't let anyone think that she did some mistake. He took deep breath & returned to Nisha's room. He noticed that Nisha was once again in corner of room & she was thinking. She was feeling so sick. She didn't understand why. Nisha knew that she knew Mom's habit. Mom didn't want her to get new laptop. But she wanted so she went to Dad. She got it. She knew that Mom would take revenge. But she never thought this way. She felt so scared. Entire system was looking damage. It might caught fire. She could sense it. She was working there. She could feel some circuit too. She was so sure that she was going to get killed. She shivered with fear. She didn't want to die & her Mom was surely going to kill her. She could easily see herself due to electronic shock. She was so scared when Sandip touched her shoulder. She literally jumped with fear. He could clearly sense her fear. It was so wrong. Nisha was his daughter. She was his greatest treasure. She was gift from God. He could give away everything for Rekha but not her daughter. Sandip was watching everyday how did she destroying life of Nisha. It was upsetting. He couldn't permit her to do that. He thought of sending Nisha away. But he didn't have enough money for hostel. His Dad was not rich man so he needed to stay in Rekha's house. He knew that Rekha would never waste money on her hostel. Nisha started crying slowly. Nisha took deep breath & said " Dad why did she hate me?" " She is like that only. She always hated every one around her." " But why Dad?" Sandip never told Nisha but now he felt that he didn't have much option. Sandip " Well your Mom's mother had mental trouble. It came to her. My father warned me. But I thought that I could handle it. Your grandmother use to take medicine. It was visible to all. But your Mom's trouble is invisible! People don't see her as mad.." " True Dad they view us as cheater or mad or fraud! She is rich so she get all." Sandip took deep breath. He sensed that Nisha began to create reasoning for situation. It was going to get worst day by day. Sandip " You don't need to deal with her. I will handle." " But today she came in room.." " I will not let it happen again. " Nisha looked towards him. Nisha didn't trust him. She didn't believe he could stop her Mom. Still Nisha nodded. From that day Nisha began to stay away from Rekha. Sandip felt that it would work. But soon he noticed that it didn't. For few days Rekha didn't mind but then Rekha started making excuses to enter in Nisha's room. Rekha kept towel intentionally in her room. Then she came in. Or Rekha kept her mobile there. Then Nisha forced to go out to give it. Sandip sensed one thing that problem was not getting reduced. He began to search for idea. He started to regret his desicion. He was warned but he never thought that due to his decision life of new born child could be destroyed. She was precious. He knew one thing that he needed to protect her. He sensed that he needed to argue. He finally went in her room one day. He asked her angrily " Why are you harassing Nisha?" Rekha smiled & said " Because I didn't want her." He was so shocked. " What did you mean by that you don't want her? She is our daughter!" " But I don't want her.." she threw away her old lipstick. " She is just like this lipstick useless!" Sandip was shocked. He wanted to argue but he knew that it was useless. He just went out of room.
Sandip didn't understand how could he handle it. His earnings were not much. He was working hard but sadly his business never managed to flourish. Rekha knew it very well. Her investment were doing great. She didn't do them but her father did them still they were excellent & she was enjoying them. She kept pushing him around based on them. he felt so upset. She didn't understand. But now she wanted to punish their daughter for unknown crime. Nisha was innocent in this. Sandip went near her Mom. Nisha's grandmother looked towards him. " I wish you shouldn't have married her! She is so evil. Nisha is so innocent." Sandip nodded. He started crying. Nisha was observing him from window. Nisha smiled. She knew that everything was falling in place. She hated her mad Mom. She wanted to use her stupid Dad for her purpose. Nisha had found new world. She smiled. She was experimenting. She was trying hard to understand how could she get out of this house. She didn't like it. Her Mom was boss here. She knew that her Mom would try to tell truth to her Dad but he wouldn't believe. Her Mom had twisted mind but not as twisted as her. Mom was right her computer was working. But she managed to damage it. Nisha was innocent. She was inside Nisha but her name was Trupti. She was her Mom's dead best friend! Once her Mom told her that story. Mom told it to Nisha. Innocent Nisha heard it. Mom told her that once she & her best friend Trupti went to one enchanted river. Then they took oath. They told that they would never left each other. Rekha was so happy. For few days everything was okay. But after it Rekha started to take Trupti everywhere with her. Rekha's Mom didn't like it. Rekha's Mom was so upset. One day Rekha's Mom came to Rekha. She told her to go to play in Balcony with Trupti. Then when they were playing, Rekha's Mom took Trupti in her hand. Trupti smiled since she thought Auntie was playing with her. But Rekha's Mom took her & threw her down. Trupti was laughing until she didn't sense that she was thrown. Then Trupti screamed. Nisha could sense her inside. Nisha shivered. Trupti smiled. Trupti " Now I came back to play with Rekha." Trupti decided to go in Rekha's room. She was not scared of Rekha like Nisha. Sandip was out. Rekha was applying lipstick when Nisha came in room. Rekha was shocked. Nisha was acting strange for few days. She thought that she just needed to punish more. Then suddenly Nisha's voice changed. It became voice of child." Rekha didn't you miss me?" " Who?" " Trupti?!" Rekha didn't understand. Rekha didn't know any one by that name. She totally forgot story which she told to Nisha to harass her. Rekha loved to torture Nisha so she kept scaring her like that. Rekha screamed " I don't know anyone by that name." " You do." Without waiting for second Nisha pulled lipstick from her hand. She started to paint Rekha's face. Rekha screàmed. It was hurting so much. Sandip came running. When Sandip came, Nisha was calm. Nisha was looking at Rekha with confusion. " Mom what happened?" " You did this to me." Sandip & his Mom didn't believe her. They hated Rekha. They cherish Nisha. Rekha sensed that Nisha was losing her mind. Rekha had her problems. But she never acted this way. Rekha tried to explain to Sandip but it was useless. Even her mother-in-law looked upset. She took Nisha in her arms & said " Now please stop harassing this innocent child." Rekha wanted to scream but she knew that no one believed her. It was so upsetting. After that for long time Nisha was perfect. Rekha tried so hard but her entire face was damaged. That lipstick was not coming out. It was hurting her skin. She was so upset. Rekha never thought that her daughter would become like that. She seemed so innocent! She felt that she could keep harassing her. But now Nisha was changing. Rekha was scared of her. Nisha was so happy. Since after that incidence Rekha was staying away from her. But Rekha couldn't able to control herself for long time. Finally one day she came in Nisha's room. She started screaming on her " Trupti is not existed. You are mad!" Nisha didn't understand. Nisha kept watching her. She didn't remember Trupti at that point. Sandip came in room. Sandip "What's wrong?" " She is mad. She had Trupti inside.." Nisha kept thinking. Nisha knew that her Mom might be right. She didn't remember few minutes of her life. She ran to her cupboard. She showed two beautiful shoes. " Dad did you buy them?" Sandip said " No." Nisha shivered. Nisha read about Mom's madness. She knew that she could get it too. Not just due to genes but she was watching Mom daily. Nisha took deep breath. Nisha " Do you feel I have multiple personality disorder?" Sandip shivered. Rekha screamed with delight. " Yes..yes she is Trupti. Trupti harass me." Sandip screamed on Rekha " She did it since you harass her first! You are criminal. She is innocent!" Rekha have shock. But she went in room. Nisha " Dad let's go to psychiatrist." Sandip nodded. He called one. He was so scared. His life was getting more & more difficult but he couldn't escape it. He took this decision. He needed to handle it. After some days they went to psychiatrist. Rekha didn't come. They told all to him. Psychiatrist said " Her case is complicated but we will handle it. If she kept taking treatment then she will be normal. But if she stopped then it will create more trouble." Nisha said " I will take it." Then psychiatrist told them what they supposed to do. When they returned home, Rekha ran inside. Now Rekha was scared of Nisha. She didn't want to see her. Nisha was so frustrated. Nisha just decided one thing how hard it might seem but she didn't want to become like her mother so she would take treatment & try to remain normal as much as possible. She went in room. She took her medicine & went to sleep. She knew that her life was hard but she also knew that she could handle it.
