Subhash started to write his daily. He always planned it perfectly. But he was shocked when he noticed that there were some one else's handwriting. He was sure that he didn’t wrote anything there. Then he began to think his son might had wrote it. He didn’t understand what was happening. He started to call his Son. “ Ravi…Ravi..” Ravi came running with his cricket bat. “ What happened Papa?” He gave him angry look. He asked angrily “ Why did you wrote in my daily? You have your notebooks & if you want more then ask to Mom but never wrote in my daily.” Ravi looked shocked. Ravi “ I don’t touch your diary Papa I am not thief!” Subhash felt so sad. He didn’t want to point out to his son like that. He immediately added “ I am sorry. I don’t want to blame you. I just thought you did since sometimes you use to do it..” “ Papa on that time I was baby not grown up like I am today!” Subhash once again said “ Sorry!” Ravi smiled & Subhash took breath of relief. Subhash was watching it carefully when Ravi snatched it from his hand. Ravi “ Papa who wrote this?! I know handwriting of all. It doesn’t belong to anyone!” Subhash began to feel confused too. Ravi wrote on paper. Ravi showed his words. Subhash read those words carefully. Subhash sensed that they were totally meaningless. As if some child was practising handwriting on paper. He felt that he might have kept diary in some place by mistake. He said “ May be in garden when I walk I might have put diary somewhere?” “ When? You didn’t went to garden for long time Papa?!” He didn’t have answer so he decided to ignore. He didn’t want to increase this argument. He knew Rucha would get tense. Rucha, his wife was always sensitive. He didn’t want her to start imagining her worst fear. For few days she was so scared. She went somewhere to party with her friends. He encouraged her. He knew that they might drink few drinks. He knew that she didn’t get drunk but even if she did. He didn’t mind. She might have her day without control once. But she never thought that they would call some fortune tellers or person who contact spirits. She never told him that in her college days she used to do paranormal. He was not much believer. He didn’t mind if she did something for fun. But he didn’t want it’s impact on her. This time something was different. Ravi turned to him. Ravi “ You don’t want to tell Mommy! I know Papa she is tense. I will not tell her. Just forget it. It might be maid’s daughter. She came with her.” Subhash nodded. Subhash “ It was all my mistake. I needed to be more careful. Don’t worry next time I will keep it safe.” Ravi nodded. Ravi began to feel normal so he going to play. Then Ravi suddenly turned to him & said “ May be Papa I have other personality & it did this.” Subhash started laughing. Subhash said “ You watch too much TV!” Ravi gave one salute & went away. Subhash looked towards time. He needed to complete his work. He put his dairy back in cupboard & locked. Rucha was missing whole time. It was so strange. Rucha was always concerned about all. He never saw ignoring them in such a way. He began to search for her in house. Soon he found out that she was missing from house. He was so confused. He went out to search for her. Then he saw her standing on railing of Balcony. He ran to her. He literally grabbed her down. He screamed on her “ What were you doing?” She looked confused. “ I was drying clothes.” “ By standing on railing.” She looked frustrated. “ You are too much. I was just adjusting clothes. I might be too much near railing but I was not standing!” “ You were! I saw you.” Rucha just gave him frustrated look. “ If you have so much desire to hug me do it in bedroom! Look at watchman. He is watching too.” Subhash saw Watchman was looking towards them with odd smile. He began to think that he might be imagining things. He decided to return to work. He began to do his job when suddenly his mobile rang. His colleague wanted him to come office. He agreed to go. It was Sunday but he was already feeling bored at him. He called Rucha & told her. Then he went out of house without second thought. He felt that he needed fresh air after all he managed to imagine strange things. He decided to use his car. He wanted to think about other things & driving was difficult task. Soon his attention turned to driving. He began to feel relaxed. He started to feel sure that everything would be perfect. He smiled to himself. He began to get relaxed. He went in his office & he was totally relaxed. He started to work. His work managed to please his soul. He was so happy. He knew that he would no longer think something which he might had seen in Balcony. Nothing was wrong. He told himself again & again that everything was perfect. He kept working on his laptop & convinced himself that he did all perfectly. He was sure by end of day that nothing was happened. He imagined all. He went back to his house happily. When he rang doorbell, no one opened it for long time. Finally he searched for key. He found it & opened door. He saw inside. House was empty then suddenly Ravi came running inside. Ravi “ Thank God Papa you came. Mommy went away with some old lady & hadn’t come for such long time.” “ Why? Where did she went?” “ She was smelling something. She said evil spirit is inside house so went out.” He felt so upset. “ It might be some dead rat. Let me check.” Subhash came inside & he started to check around. He began to sense that entire house was neat. Rucha even kept food properly. Then he sensed that she might be gone out for some party where she didn’t want to take Ravi so she lied. He gave sweet smile to Ravi & said “ Dinner is here. Let’s eat it.” Ravi immediately nodded. It was his favourite. So both father & son ate dinner then they got ready & went to bed. They didn’t want to sleep so soon but due to busy day they were tired so fall asleep immediately. Ravi was imagining playing best cricket in dream & Subhash was Boss of entire company. Clearly Rucha was forgotten. When Rucha came back no one was awake to see her. She changed her clothes & went to sleep.

       Rucha woke in morning early. She began to do breakfast. She managed to get all ready in perfect way. She did it in much way that both Subhash & Ravi couldn’t complaint. She cooked their favourite stuff. They needed to go to office & school. They wanted eat too. So they concentrated on eating & thanked her for cooking. She even cooked best meal in their lunch boxes. They were so happy. She smiled happily when she sensed that she didn’t need to explain where she was last night. She didn’t say anything until they didn’t left. Then she began to chant. They told her to Chant it entire day non stop. She didn’t want disturbance. She switched off her mobile. She kept every sound off. She even closed door bell. She already decided to give few days off to her servants so she was sitting in empty house. She could do as much chanting as she want. So she kept chanting for at least five hours. Then she took break. Her Spiritual guide told her five hours was enough. She felt so happy. She began to feel that something around her vanished. She started to smile. Then she went in bedroom. She fall asleep. During this time Subhash was in office. He was in middle of his work when his mobile rang. He saw that it was from Rucha. He was so angry. He warned her many times against calling him in office. It was so upsetting. He decided to ignore call. He kept mobile on mute mode. He began to do his work. He managed to do all perfectly. He kept his concentration on his work. It was getting frustrating. So he kept trying to call Rucha but she didn’t pick up Mobile. He felt so frustrated. He suddenly felt tense. She might be going out somewhere today too. It was so stressful. He knew that she managed his house & deserved respect. He didn’t consider her something less. But he wanted her to give his time to work without disturbance. He was so shocked when her sleepy voice came on mobile “ What happened? Why did you call?” “ I called? You called me at least 20 times. I have list of missed calls.” She didn’t answer for sometime. Then she said “ This is strange. I was sleeping. Mobile was in hall so I don’t heard it’s ringing.” “ Did that maid came with her daughter?” “ No..no I told them both to take off today. I want to relax.” He felt her excuse was strange. He asked “ So no one was in home?!” She nodded. She knew that he couldn’t see it but she began to nod again & again. She started to get restless. She talked loudly “ I was sleeping & mobile was in hall..” Subhash started get tense. “ Are you sure no one entered in home?” She began to get nervous. “ I will go & confirm!” “ No..no” Subhash screamed. “ Just lock room door & stay inside.” Subhash literally ran out of office. Every one was watching him in shock. Subhash just screamed “ I think someone entered in my home.” His friend asked “ Can I call Cops?” Subhash felt confused but he just said “ I need to confirm first.” He literally ran out like marathon runner. He began to scream for Taxi. It took his sometime to find one. Finally he found one Taxi. He was so tense. He literally ran towards his flat. He searched for his key. At least twice it fallen from his hand before opening door. He slowly went inside & began to see around flat. His flat was in normal condition. He slowly looked around. No one was in hall. He kept looking around for long time. It was so odd. He noticed even money he kept on table was not moved. It was clear that whoever was doing this was not planning for stealing. He felt so scared. He began to get restless. He sensed that someone was in house with bad intentions. He kept looking around. Finally he found Rucha’s mobile. He was so confused. Rucha was inside room with mobile or at least he thought so. He ran in room. Door of room was opened. Rucha was not anywhere. He began to search entire house with hope to find her. But he couldn’t. Then finally watchman began to scream his name. He ran out of flat. Watchman told him Rucha was in garden. Her head was hurt. She was fainted. They just called Doctor. He ran down. People from society were sitting around. Some one was holding Rucha’s head now. But bleeding was not stopping. One neighbour immediately told him “ What do you feel? I feel someone hit her intentionally! Let’s call Cops.” “ But she might have fainted too!” Another neighbour expressed doubt. Rucha was still in not condition of telling anything. Then Doctor came. Doctor called ambulance. Rucha clearly needed stitches. It was so odd. They didn’t understand what was happening. They thought about CCTV but sadly CCTV was not working in that area. Clearly whoever did this know where CCTV exist in Society or it was just by fluke. They didn’t understand but they decided to ignore it. They were very tense & upset. But Doctor said that wound didn’t seem like someone hit with something. When Rucha came to senses, she felt so nervous. She said slowly “ I slipped.” “ You slipped. But why did you went in garden?” “ I thought I saw someone &..” “ I told you not to follow Rucha!” All members of Society nodded in agreement. “ Any way we need to increase security. Let’s call Cops..” Rucha suddenly objected “ No…no I don’t want to tell them that I didn’t see face & I just slip on floor! It will be meaningless.” All nodded slowly. Then as soon as others went away. Rucha slowly asked “ Where is Ravi?” “ Ravi?! My God I totally forgot about him!” Rucha said slowly while controlling her tears “ He did this!” Subhash was so shocked “ Ravi is just small boy!” “ Stop this. He is not small anymore! He is in 8th std & he is clearly started showing signs of mental trouble. We need to do something!” Subhash began to feel nervous. He remembered his diary. At beginning he sensed that Ravi did it but he convinced himself against it since he didn’t want to face it. He knew that Ravi did all. He didn’t want to hear facts that were shattering his dreams. But he couldn’t avoid them. Subhash “ I feel we need to take him to Psychiatrist.” “Yes. I kept thinking that it’s some ghost or evil spirit. Now I know Ravi was doing it. I don’t understand what about his school?” Then Rucha called his school. Principal sounded confused & arranged emergency meeting with them.

       Subhash went there alone since Rucha was in hospital. When he came there, Principal looked so shocked. Principal “ Ravi was harassing his classmates. He went to such big length that he literally throw paper knives on some. So we called you & you came. At least at that time we thought that fellow was Ravi’s father. Ravi’s Mom kept coming for parent’s meeting but you never came. We called you. This is your number right?” He looked towards number. It was wrong. He signed that form without reading properly. He was too busy. He denied. “ I signed it but I don’t read number.” “ Your son is not mentally sound. We even noticed he might be involved in wrong sort of people. So we called you. We removed him from school. We didn’t do Police Complaint since we wanted to give him one chance.” Subhash nodded. Subhash sensed that Ravi was not going in school at all. Then he suddenly sensed that Ravi didn’t took money that he kept on table. Ravi took that cash which he had brought from office. He knew that he would be in trouble but he could easily pay back to office with his savings. But Ravi was not normal. Subhash sensed it long ago. Ravi used to talk in odd way sometimes. He kept telling Rucha that spirit existed. He saw plenty of times how did he harassed his Mom Rucha. Ravi had lots of issues but his Mom always loved him so never argued. He had one daughter too. But sadly his second child daughter was not loved so much as Ravi. They all kept admiring Ravi. Then after some years his daughter died. Of course due to sickness. But Ravi was so happy when she died. Subhash saw him dancing in his room. Ravi was saying his sister was evil. She was trying to steal his things. Ravi hated her. Subhash wanted to take him to Psychiatrist but Rucha had issues with it. After death of her daughter she didn’t want to face something was wrong with her son too. Subhash knew that to please Ravi they even denied existence of their daughter. They did too much for him. Subhash felt many times he didn’t deserve it. Sometimes Subhash wished only if he had done all those things for his daughter but Doctor clearly told him that her survival was impossible. Her sickness was something beyond their reach. He felt so sad. He wanted wonderful future for her but he couldn’t gave her while as son he had worst trouble. He wanted to take Ravi to Psychiatrist but no one agreed. Now after knowing what teacher told me. He sensed that Ravi ran out of house with money. He would pay back that money but he didn’t think that Ravi would come back ever after this. He felt so sad about it. He knew that Ravi was his responsibility but he didn’t want to see him anymore. He went to hospital & told all to Rucha. She began to cry then she started to say “ You said he have mental trouble. Let’s take him to Psychiatrist then he will be fine!” He didn’t say anything. He knew that it was too late. In fact he didn’t feel even sure that if Ravi had some mental trouble. He sensed it when Ravi kept talking to himself. He saw it when Ravi began to talk like different person but now Ravi was not there before them & Ravi was not going to confess it. It was easily possible Ravi would hide it. Subhash gave her angry look. “ I told you that we need to do it at beginning now I don’t know if anyone call it mental trouble or just criminal mind?! He had stolen money. He did small type of crimes & he would keep doing them with his friends. Now he is out of our hands.” When they came back home. Rucha began to talk about calling spirit again. He sensed one thing now she wanted back her dead daughter. She wanted to change all. She wanted to shower her love on dead daughter instead of her alive criminal minded son. But it was not possible. He knew that she was moving towards madness. He decided to take appointment of psychiatrist for her. When he suggested it to her, she screamed & argued but he didn’t listen to her. He said peacefully “ I lost my both children. Now I don’t want to lose my wife. We are going to Psychiatrist tomorrow.” Then next week they went there. Rucha felt relaxed by discussing. Then slowly they began  her treatment. Subhash began to sense that she was becoming normal step by step. One day finally she came back home with one puppy. She said that she wanted to have pet. He agreed. He didn’t want to hear barking at beginning but slowly he began to enjoy it. He felt that puppy was truly nice companion. Their life started to get normal. After sometime Subhash officially broken ties with Ravi. He thought that Rucha would get upset but she didn’t. It seemed as if she didn’t felt any love for Ravi now. Rucha said peacefully “ I am one mother who lost her two children since she didn’t take them for medical treatment properly. I know it was hard to survive our daughter but same apply to our son too. We still don’t know if he truly have mental issues or he was just evil person by his mindset. So we don’t know if it was possible to survive him too. Anyway let’s move ahead with life. Now I learn to value my own life & I am planning to enjoy it. From tomorrow I am planning to learn flute. I always wanted to learn it.” Subhash smiled & nodded it. After that day he could always hear flute in his house. At beginning odd voices then slowly sweet voices. Rucha learnt to play it perfectly soon. He was happy in his life. He never thought that it would be possible after what happened with his children but it became possible. They both began to live their life happily together in their own world & they were enjoying every day of it. It was most pleasant time for them. He thought that it all would turn in such positive way but it turned since they had each other. They managed to get over all. One day they even promised each other whenever one of them would die other one would live life for both. So they decided to never give enjoy every day of life. They learnt value of life since their daughter didn’t got it & they couldn’t bought it for her.
