Adventure story. 508. Owner of big house

                                                        Owner of big house

Ramesh started to look out of car window. He liked this town. He was coming for first time to meet this girl. His parents were recommending her. He was so excited about it. He began to think positively about this. He was so pleased when he saw surrounding. It was so nice & pleasant. He wanted to sense it's happiness in soul. He was so happy. A girl who was living here was perfect for him. He came near that villa. He was so happy. It was his dream house. He spent hours watching it. It had those big balconies. He kept looking around towards house. He began to sense that this house was love of his life. He began to watch it. He started to look towards this house. His memory began to open about house of his friend. It was exactly same one. It was so nice. He wanted this house at any cost. He still remembered those days when he used to look around house. He used to see every corner of his friend's house. His friend used to play in his room. He had strange friendwith this rich friend. His rich friend Sandip was not interested in playing with him. But Sandip's family wanted him to play with Sandip. When they were small Sandip used to play with him little bit. It was not actually playing but ordering to do few things while Sandip playing his game. Then one day Ramesh came, Sandip took him to his room. Then he explained peacefully " My friend.." then Sandip started laughing. Ramesh looked at him with confused expression. Sandip controlled his laugher & started talking " Honestly look at yourself. Do you look like my friend?" Ramesh looked at himself. He was wearing nice shirt. His Mom brought it from local market. He looked towards Sandip. Sandip was wearing imported shirt. Sandip was looking towards him with meaningful smile. He was so tense. He never felt that way until then in his life. It was upsetting. He always felt so sure about himself. But on that day he felt for first time that he was something less. He felt so hurt. He didn't understand why he needed that shirt but he knew that he was different. He just agreed. Then Sandip jumped with joy. Sandip " So you understood?!" Ramesh nodded. Ramesh sensed that Sandip was someone great & he must not consider him as his equal. " But I will not stop you from playing here Ramesh. You can call yourself my friend." Sandip smiled sweetly. Sandip " I will remain always kind to poor like you. I know that. My Mom & Dad taught me. To act kind with poor. So you can play in this place where ever you like. But don't distrub me." Ramesh nodded. From that day Ramesh came there every day. Ramesh played alone in house. But he didn't mention it to Sandip's parents. Sandip wanted to play with his friends. Sandip played on computer while he enjoyed playing in garden. After sometime Sandip started to call his friends. Ramesh kept coming but Sandip never showed interest. His parents soon sensed that Sandip was not interested in making friendship. But they didn't want to insult Ramesh so they permitted him to play in that house. Soon servants of that house started considering him a beggar. According to that he was just a charity case. He didn't understand meaning. He thought that charity was good thing. But now he sensed that it was good only when you gave it not when you take it. He felt so sad. He kept playing in that house. He loved that house. Slowly he began to feel he wanted one like it. He had that desire for long time but it was impossible dream. He kept controlling it. But today his dream house was before him. He just needed to get married to this girl. He didn't need to see her & He knew that he was going to say yes to her. He came out of car. He came with just one determination that he wanted to admire that girl. He went towards door. A girl was standing in balcony. She was so beautiful. He liked her. He assumed that she was that girl whom he was planning to meet. He smiled towards her but she didn't return his smile. It was so upsetting. He wanted her to fall in love with him. She was pretty & perfect. He wanted to hold her eyes. But she just turned away. She went inside. She began to go inside & he began to sense as if his life was going out of his body. He needed her love. He rang door bell. A servant opened door. He introduced himself. Immediately owner of house came out running. Then owner called his wife. Both parents were happy to see him. He was offered nice sofa then he was served with snacks. Finally they called that girl. He was looking towards her with hopes. But he was shocked when he was introduced to different girl. This one was not so beautiful. He didn't like her. But she smiled towards him. Then he sensed that she was future owner of house. He smiled happily. He knew that he didn't like this girl but she liked him. Last girl was not even interested in him. He started to talk with her. He began to impress her. Soon she was deeply in love with him. He sensed one thing that this girl was stupid & he could easily impress her. He started discussing different things with her. He needed her love & he got it. He went out of house with full of getting married with future owner of house. On last moment that girl whom he saw in balcony came out. He sensed that she was not maid. She was neighbour. He looked towards neighborhood. That house was not so impressive. It was small house. So he ignored her. That girl was never showed interest but his future wife Anita introduced him to her friend. She kept one hand on that girl's shoulder & said " This is my best friend Ritu. She always came here. She is like sister." Ritu smiled towards him but Ritu clearly disliked him. It was frustrating. He was planning to marry a girl who was in love with him. But he was not in love with her. He liked another girl but she didn't have that house. He knew that he needed Anita not Ritu. He looked away from Ritu to indicate her that he was not interested in her. But Ritu was not impressed by his show off. Ritu saw his true face. She knew that he showed interest in her but now he shifted it since she didn't have property. Ramesh could read it on Ritu's face. He just wanted her out of his life. When he went out of that house, he decided that he would throw Ritu out of their life at any cost.

     Ritu was so confused. She didn't understand angry look of Ramesh but she didn't like the way he acted. She felt that he was snob. She didn't want him as her Boss. She was not officially servant but basically she was companion cum servant only & she knew her place very well. She never considered her Anita's sister. She knew that was kind gesture of Anita but she never tried to cross her limits. It was so upsetting that her husband was throwing her angry look. She didn't even knew this man. Ritu needed this job. But if Anita married to Ramesh. Ritu knew that she needed to find new job. That day when Ritu returned home she immediately started crying. Her mother was shocked. Ritu told her everything. Ritu's mother looked upset. " Did he smiled at you when he saw you first time in balcony?" She nodded. " You must not work there. That man could prove risky for you." " Risky?! Mom he hate me!" " No he is pretending before them. He might develop wrong intention." Ritu felt so upset. She shivered with fear. " Mom you are saying that this man have bad intention about me!" " Possible! Why else he will screaming on you?" " But Mom I need job." " We will arrange something else or find husband for you. In fact I am already searching one." Then her Mom told her about a boy. She felt so shy & happy. She wanted to get married & have family too. Then her Mom arranged all quickly. She talked with that boy. He was hard working & nice. She said " Yes." Boy agreed too. Then they fixed all other things. Finally Ritu planned to get married soon. But that boy wanted to shift in town. At beginning Ritu was confused then she agreed. Ritu went to Anita & told her everything. She was so happy. Her life was on right track. Anita jumped with joy when she heard this. She said happily " We went in school same day now you will get married on same day." Ritu laughed & said " Not same day. But in same year. You can't expect to temple priest to fix same date for us both." Anita laughed too. Then Anita called Ramesh. She was so happy. She told him about Ritu's marriage. Ramesh wanted to feel happy but he was not. He wanted to throw that girl out of house. She was going out by herself. He supposed to feel happy. But it seemed so wrong. How easily someone got ready to marry her? She didn't own anything. He didn't understand how could someone be so stupid. He was very happy when Anita suggested next thing " Let's go on double date." Ramesh wanted to meet that boy who was planning to marry Ritu. It was so frustrating. Ramesh didn't understand why he wanted to do that. Any way Anita began to insist. He planned to say " Yes." Then he felt that he must not care about that girl. Ramesh " I thought it will be just you & me.." she started laughing. Clearly Anita loved his answer. She felt that he was deeply in love with her. It was truly wonderful feeling. Anita " I am arranging just one date after this it will be just you & me." He smiled. He knew that he needed to say yes. He did. Then he got ready. Now money was no longer issue. His Mom arranged special designer clothes for him. He started to get dressed up in his best way. He wanted to feel relaxed on that day so he did rehearsal of it. He felt normal in those clothes only when he tried them before. He was so tense at beginning of his career. Now it was perfect. He knew that same case would apply his marriage. He decided to act with confidence. He kept hoping from his soul. His marriage would turn out to be success just like his professional life. He was so sure about it. He looked in mirror. He began to sense that he was looking handsome. He smiled back to himself. He was sure that he would look great on double date. He was so sure of himself. Anita was excited too. She started to force Ritu to come with her. Anita said that she must gift her a nice dress on this occasion. But Ritu denied. She managed to pretend that someone was calling. Ritu knew one thing now. That she was no longer interested in this job. She called her fiancee Rajiv. She told him clearly " Rajiv I wanted to change my job. I am working at house of best friend but it doesn't seem right." Rajiv immediately agreed. Rajiv " Job is job & friendship is friendship. You can't mix them! You need to work for money & progress now. I will search for new job. She can send me pictures of your qualification certificates. " She was so happy. Finally someone was taking interest in her career. Ritu was so happy. She began to sense that her life was moving in positive way. From that day she started her true career with helps of Rajiv. She knew that now it was not easy as it used to be in Anita's house but now she got job. She called Anita to tell it. At beginning Anita felt upset. Anita " But I was paying you salary." Ritu said nothing for sometime then she said " Anita I wanted real career!" Anita understood. Ritu wanted her future. Anita smiled & said " But don't forget your old employer & that date. It is fixed today." Ritu totally forgot about it. Ritu " So sorry. I don't even talked with Rajiv about it!" " What ? Ramesh is coming you must not act like that!" " Sorry..sorry..I will call Rajiv." She immediately called Rajiv & told him everything. Rajiv was little upset since he didn't planned vacation from office but then he adjusted. Finally they all came in hotel decided by Anita on fixed time. Anita & Ramesh came separate but Ritu & Rajiv came together. Ritu & Rajiv were already acting like husband & wife planning all together. Ramesh clearly disliked it. In few days they seemed like made for each other. While he didn't sense anything like that between Anita & him. He was so angry. Suddenly Ramesh started talking about his financial status. It was soon clear that Rajiv was not rich like him. Ramesh was so happy. Rajiv was embarrassed by his indirect taunts. Still he kept smiling. Finally dinner was over. They all started going home. Ramesh was so happy since he managed to hurt Rajiv. He gave big tip to waiter & came out of hotel. He heard Ritu was apologising to Rajiv. But what he heard next was least expected. Rajiv started laughing & said "Come on. We got much costly dinner free. It is impossible to purchase it for us! Think about it & ignore all." He said it in such honest way that Ritu started laughing. Then they sat in car & went away. Ramesh was so upset. He felt as if he was biggest failure. He was so angry. But he controlled himself & went back to Anita.

   Ramesh went home. He started moving ahead with his life. He was no longer needed to tolerate Ritu. He was supposed to be happy about it but he was not. He kept sensing that Ritu might appear before him. He didn't understand what was wrong with him. He couldn't be in love with that girl on first sight. He couldn't believe it. He was so scared. He didn't understand his thinking. He was feeling so upset. He needed to concentrate on positive side of life. He wanted to forget all about Ritu. It was really frustrating. Anita was so happy but he was not. Finally one day Anita asked him " What happened? Do you want to think once again before getting married? If you have second thoughts. Let's just stop this.." Ramesh wanted to say. He didn't want to get married. But he said " No..no this is just business stress. Are you so upset by my behaviour?" Anita smiled. Ramesh returned her smile but he started to pretend that everything was perfect when he knew that nothing was perfect. He was so upset. He started to concentrate on his work. But then worst thing started. He began to dream daily. In his dream he always saw Ritu telling him that he was cheater. He didn't love Anita. She would tell it to her & his life would be spoiled. Ritu began to claim many things that never happened between them. He woke up with scream. He didn't understand what did he speak when he woke up but he was scared to get married. He didn't want hear Anita talking him this nonsense in sleep. He wanted to get married but he started avoiding. It began to get complicated. One day finally Anita's parents called him. They began to ask him what was going on in his mind. Anita was clearly crying on that entire night. He didn't understand how could he explain. Then he started to tell just half truth. He told them that he was having nightmares. He didn't use to have them but now it seemed to enter. Anita's Dad laughed & said " Come on! It is just fear of marriage. Responsibility etc.." " I know but I don't want to wake up my bride due to my screams.." they all gave shy laugh. Then Anita suggested " Why don't you go to Psychiatrist?" Her parents gave her angry look. But Ramesh liked this idea. He wanted to remove confusion of his mind. He asked " Do you know any psychiatrist?" Anita nodded. She gave him number. He smiled happily. First time he felt an attachment towards her. Ramesh " I will take appointment." Anita nodded. Then Anita added. " I want your every doubt to be cleared before marriage.
