Working on project
Pawan was watching around carefully. It was so hard. He was on big position in factory as manager and he always valued his post. But this time he was in confusion. This time he needed to send someone else instead of himself. He didn't want to go on this marriage function. But he didn't have much option. It was marriage of his younger brother and entire family was excited about it. But Pawan wanted to go in village for that contract. If he was something then he could have skipped it but it was important project. He didn't want other person to do that. It was important for him. If that fellow impressed client and Boss he would surely lose this project. He looked at his staff. Every one seemed threatening. He knew some of them were not that scholar. But he knew that they would try. He didn't want to take risk. He wanted to find someone who would not try. It was hard then he suddenly located Vishal. Vishal had lots of paper on his table but those paper didn't belong to him. His paper were already done by him long ago. But he was doing work of other people. They always did that to him. They always shifted their papers on him. Once he went to his desk and asked " Why you have so much paper on table? Are you late in your work?" Vishal adjusted his shirt and stood up. He was shivering with fear. He still remembered that he was sweating with fear. Vishal literally started to stammer. Finally Vishal took deep breath and said " Sir I was just helping my friend." " Friend?!! Which one?" He turned to staff and asked " Who kept so much work pending?" Soon all files vanished and he noticed most of the staff was keeping few files with him for purpose of clearing desk. Pawan was shocked on that time. He screamed on all. " You must not act like that." Every one nodded. For few days they did their work but they started irritating and harassing Vishal. Pawan was so upset. Vishal was behaving like weak animal. They kept treating him in worst way and he didn't fight back. Finally Vishal started taking files personally from everyone. Pawan saw all this but he ignored. It was his life and it was his choice. Pawan smiled now this was weakest candidate. He couldn't fight back. He came out and called him. " Vishal Come in my cabin." Vishal shivered once again and came in. Nitu is still saying she didn't want to marry but we all know that she was waiting for that boy.." " Stop..stop I don't want to discuss love of my junior staff!!" " Ohh then Tony just came on verge of bankruptcy." "What?" Now this managed to excited him. He wanted to know about it. " Tony purchased too much to please his bride." "Bride?!! But they are married for two years?!!" " I know but he still treat her like new bride. His love is evergreen." " Now that is wonderful. But what did he purchase?" " Car or diamond something like that!!" " Car or diamond? On birthday or anniversary?!!" " No..no every day he planned something." " What he could afford to gift such expensive thing?" Then suddenly Pawan sensed that he was turning away from his purpose. Pawan " Actually I wanted to ask you about Vishal. Do you know about him?" " Well he is most strange man. One day he was walking home." " Walking home? But he stays far away." " Yes but still he walks there every day." This was so shocking for Pawan that he stood up in excitement and said "It's impossible. He must be catching some bus after walking for few kilometres he must be catching some bus or Auto." " No he is not. One day one beautiful girl came and started chatting with him. She invited him in car. He denied and she went away. He never entered in car. He is so slim since he walk that way." Pawan looked at Vishal truly he was too thin. He began to believe in Ravi. Pawan " He is truly strange." " You should have seen him while talking to girl. She was so nice but he literally pushed her away. She still kept waiting for him sometimes outside our office but he never chatted with her." Pawan ran towards window and saw outside. But there was not any girl on road before him. " She is not there." " But she will come soon." Tony " I need to complete my work can I go?" Pawan smiled and taunted " I thought Vishal did it for you. " " Not for me. Other people tell it." Pawan nodded but he knew Ravi was lying. Still he decided to let Ravi go away as per his wishes since he got information he needed. Vishal took breath of relief. Vishal started explaining " This is about new style of perfume we are launching. They will have special smell of flowers and for it we are creating factory. " This is place where we are planning to set factory and all investors and chairman will come there." Tony gave broad smile and said "Wow!!" Other colleagues also started to listening them. " I don't understand why Tony is getting this opportunity? I mean I can understand if Vishal get it, he had at least done project. But Boss gave final touch to it so Boss should go there." Tony " Why? What is so bad in me? I can wear suit and talk English in stylish way." Then Tony began to imitate foreigner's accent. Vishal wanted to laugh too. Vishal said in anger "Tony if your wife was speaking like that do you joke about her like that?!!" Suddenly Tony stood up and slapped Vishal in such force that he fall on next table. There was lot of noise. Tony felt strange pain in his head. Tony started screaming " Stop that noise. She will wake up. Reena is sleeping." Every one ran towards Vishal. Vishal was clearly hurt. He took deep breath and stood up with other's help. Pawan also came out running. Pawan " What happened?" Tony suddenly came to his senses. Tony " I am so sorry Vishal. I don't intended to hit you." But Vishal was clearly angry and embarrassed. He stood away from Tony and screamed " Stay away from me." Pawan saw clear blood on Vishal's forehead. Pawan came running towards him. He slowly touched his forehead. He screamed " My God!! Bring first Aid." Then he took out handkerchief and started to hold blood but it didn't stop. He was so scared. He started to feel that Vishal would faint. He told one person to bring chair and another to call Doctor. Then someone also brought water. Pawan was so scared. He knew that they needed to admit Vishal in hospital. He just needed to confirmation from Doctor. He was shivering with fear. He was Boss and he was responsible for those employees. He didn't want any of them die before him. He didn't want to tell his family that he couldn't able to do anything. He was shivering with fear. When Doctor came and confirmed what he knew very well. Then they immediately called ambulance. Pawan personally went with it. He decided that Ravi should be with him since he didn't want to gossip to spread so soon.
In ambulance Ravi was full time talking on mobile soon Pawan sensed that taking Ravi with him was not going to solve his problem. He knew that Ravi was too talkative. He turned towards Nurse and ward boy of ambulance. " What do you feel did he survive?" While asking this he was stammering. Nurse "Don't worry he will be fine. But this way you will have heart attack." Ravi " He is going to get tense!! He can't avoid it. Tony threw him in such way!! No one could have guessed otherwise we should have stopped him." Suddenly Nurse and ward boy looked tense. Ward boy " Is it Police case?" Ravi was confused. Pawan took deep breath and said " It happened in accidental way." Nurse " But this fellow said Tony attacked him. If this is crime we must avoid wasting time and call cops." Pawan nodded and he called Police station. He told them what happened and informed address of hospital. He was told that cops would come to hospital and his number was recorded for purpose of complaint. When it was over, Pawan was on verge of crying. He was Boss and he was supposed to handle staff and now one member of staff managed to kill another. This was horrible. He was shivering with fear then he suddenly remembered " Where is Tony?" Ravi looked confused. Ravi " I don't know. After this everyone ran towards Vishal." Pawan " I am sure someone must had managed to catch him." Ravi nodded but he was not hopeful. Pawan immediately called Security guard who said that he tried to catch him but Tony threatened him with knife. Pawan " Knife?!! From where did he found this knife?" " Actually it was with him.." " With him?!!" " I think Sir today when he came he must had brought it." " And you didn't locate it?!!" Watchman " I found it but he said that it was for cake cutting and it was for it only Sir. They cut cake before sometime." Pawan remembered that they cut cake yesterday for someone's birthday. " Are you talking about cake cutting of yesterday?" " Yes Sir." " So that knife never went out of office..!!" "Sorry Sir." It was mistake but it was small one. Pawan knew that it could happen with any one so accepted apology. He took deep breath. Now he needed to tell all this to his senior. It was worst. He took deep breath and called Boss. He started to tell Boss every thing step by step. Boss " What?!! I don't understand. How could a junior tried to kill another junior and you don't sense anything wrong in him before." " Well Sir nothing was wrong with him except he was little bit absent minded and kept talking about wife. Today few moments ago I understood that he was on verge of bankruptcy. I was about to discuss it with him when this happened." " So it happened due to his bankruptcy?!! Did this fellow given him some money and demanding it back?" " I don't know actually I was planning to send this fellow for project.." " Which one? Victim or Culprit?" Pawan was confused but finally he told truth. " Both. First I selected victim but he didn't agree to go so I have selected culprit." " Why? It is so strange. He rejected such golden opportunity." " I don't know but I never cared enough I just found replacement and Tony was perfect one." Pawan was lying since he selected Tony as worst one. He didn't want to find his replacement. " Then who will go now?!!" Pawan was confused too. " Sir just give me some time. I will manage something." " No you can't. I want you to go. Either go there or I will need to give serious thought to this mess. " Pawan sensed immediately what his Boss was indicating. He wanted promotion but instead he was on verge of getting fired. Truthfully he didn't like it. He looked at himself. In morning he went to office as Boss but now he felt as if he was biggest culprit. He knew that he needed to cancel his picnic. Actually it was not picnic. It was family function. His brother's wedding. But he never felt that much attached to his brother. In fact he didn't care for his family. It was so frustrating that he needed to pretend. Now he felt so happy. At least he able to avoid that function. Then he called his wife and told her everything. His wife " I can't believe it. He hit him before you and you didn't stop him!!" " I can't he had monstrous strength on that time. It was horrible." He clearly lied since he was in cabin so he hardly saw anything but he wanted to look great before his wife so he started creating story. He totally forgot other people were listening to him specifically Ravi who was truly standing there. But he was enjoying it so much. He kept telling story. " His eyes were strange sort red and his strength was double. He was like monster." He wife " My God?!!I can't believe you were working with such monster. You were controlling him." " Honey I do all that just for you and kids!!" Then he heard Ravi's laugh and said " Bye. I am busy."" Yes..yes but call me when it is over." She was clearly curious and excited. As soon as he disconnected call, Ravi said " Office call me Gossip king but you can create more Gossip than me." Pawan felt so nervous. Now nurse and ward boy started to looking at him with anger. Ravi " I mean you were inside your cabin still you told entire story?" Nurse " This is too much." Then Ambulance stopped. Driver came down and all became busy with their work. Pawan thanked God that he was not more interrogated. He promised that he would not do it again but in his soul he knew that he would do it again to impress his wife. He knew that she always loved him. He didn't need those stunts but still he kept doing it.
When Pawan went inside hospital,Doctor immediately started asking about Vishal's wound. Vishal tried to explain even in that wounded condition. Vishal " Tony..he pushed me. He wanted to kill me.." Doctor was shocked. Doctor " This is Police case." " We have called Police but you can start first aid?!!" " First Aid?!! It is useless in this situation. He needed stitches on forehead." " Do whatever is needed I will pay now. Our company will pay money afterwards." Doctor was confused. " But Police would need his statement and I can't operate without tranquilizers." Vishal was screaming in pain now. It was clear that nothing was helping him much. Pawan was so panic when Police didn't appear. Pawan "Doctor start treatment cops will come soon." Doctor was so confused. Pawan decided to call Cops again. It was so confusing. But then finally they appeared. Cop " We were stuck in traffic." Doctor " Can I take him?" Police " Who did this to you?" Vishal screamed " Tony!!" Police recorded it and said " Now you can take him inside." Then he turned to Pawan and Ravi and asked " Who is Tony?" " He worked in office with us. He was strange man. He pushed him on some simple argument. Then Ravi told entire episode to him. Police looked confused. " I don't understand why did he is so obsessed about his wife? Did you ever saw his wife?" "Yes. " " Where?!!" " I saw her picture." Pawan " His desk was loaded with them." " I don't mean picture I mean wife. Actual human being!!" Ravi and Pawan looked at each other in confused way. They never thought about this. Pawan " Can I go there too? I need to report Boss." Police looked confused. " But we can't leave patient alone?!!" Ravi " Don't worry his wife is coming!!" " Vishal is married?!!" " Well it seem that he had argument and left his wife. She was not staying with him for few months but few days ago she came back." Pawan was more confused now. Pawan "Actually I never took interest in my employee's personal life." Police " No one does until such crisis didn't happen." Then a woman came hurriedly towards them and asked " What happened to Vishal?" Ravi " We saw you many times outside our office but Vishal never introduced you to anyone." " He hated me since I drove against his wishes and killed a dog." Police couldn't help laughing " You killed a dog!!" Pawan " This is not funny. Animal have soul too." Vishal's wife started crying. She said slowly " After seeing it Vishal started having nightmares. He considered me cause of his mental distruance and started to stay away from me. He was so upset by all that he couldn't even sit in car now. He began to develop phobia regarding cars." " Do you know Tony?" " No I don't anyone with their name. Vishal never mentioned." Ravi " They never had any argument. In fact Vishal is so peaceful by nature that he never argued with anyone. Today for first time he raised his voice and landed in hospital for it." Police " Because he didn't have practice. He should keep raising it at least on some occasions." Pawan " Can I go to Tony's house?" Police " Sure but tell me address first!!" Pawan turned to Ravi. Ravi " He never invited us at his home." Pawan " Don't worry. I will have everything stored in office." Then mobile of Police rang. He moved in corner and talked. Then he came back. " Police found his address and on way to his house." Pawan " But I want to go there too." Then Doctor came out and said " Patient is unconscious but stable. He will need time to heal but nothing serious." Police " Doctor this is his wife you can tell everything to her. We will go ahead to catch culprit. " Doctor nodded. They all went ahead. It was usual to have traffic at that time. But today they didn't want it. It was so horrible. Ravi kept chatting without need. Pawan was so scared that Police officer would get angry but he kept smiling as if it was normal thing for them. Finally they reached to building. They saw that there was normal atmosphere. Police came near watchman immediately a woman with kids came near them. When he started to asking about Tony, soon small group of parents and kids gathered. Then finally one woman said loudly " Now I can guess what was happening? Tony was lying in office." " But at beginning he seemed normal to me. " " Yes he was." After that they began to chat with each other as if they didn't exist.
After hearing conversation of other Society members Pawan understood Tony was married to a woman called Tanuja. They had wonderful married life. But then suddenly his wife Tanuja found her old boyfriend who was rich. She was not having affair with him at beginning. He was just normal visitor. They all saw that he never came when Tony was not in home. Her ex boyfriend was just interested in keeping friendship with couple. But Tony took it in wrong way. He began to lose temper. He started hitting her. She decided that it was wrong to keep contact with her ex boyfriend. They all advised her to break them. Actually her ex boyfriend was coming due to marks on her face. He kept feeling tense. After all he still had love towards her in heart. But when she threw him out of house, he just gave her card. Then he never appeared. He was away from her for an year but still Tony didn't change. He kept hitting her. They said same way he hit to Vishal. One day she got injured and admitted in hospital. Police were called but they couldn't file complaint since she vanished from hospital and no one knew where she was now. Pawan was so shocked. He never could have guessed such horrible history of Tony. He thought that he might had dead wife maximum but this was too much. Then they went in Tony's flat. They rang bell. Pawan was expected some screaming or might be some attack. But his guess proved wrong. Tony opened door peacefully. His lawyer was sitting on sofa when they entered. Pawan was so shocked to see rich interior of house. Pawan to Ravi " You said this fellow is bankrupt?!!" " It was rumour. Maybe due to his expensive purchases." Then they began to discuss with lawyer. They didn't understand how could person with such small salary manage so much. They couldn't dare to ask. But step by step lawyer came to that point. Lawyer " Actually I am lawyer send by Tony's ex wife. She paid entire expenses this issue." Pawan asked " Why?" Tony " Because she is my wife. Tanuja had to do everything for me. She loves me." Tony gave strange smile. Pawan sensed that he was saying it in present tense. It was so frustrating. He wanted to stop it. He was feeling so scared. Tony gave him smile and said " You are scared? Because you feel I am mad man?" " No..no" Tony started to get angry. He began to screaming. " Go away from my house. I don't want you to think I am mad and laugh on him." I have just slapped. " Then he took pause and said " I know you all manage to hit him afterwards and now putting entire blame on me." Pawan was so shocked now. He was about to argue but Ravi said before him " Why should we hit him?" Tony started to think then he said " I got it. You did it for project. Sir have so much desire for promotion he could even kill for it." Pawan screamed " Enough!!" " Truth always hurts." Police "Enough!! Vishal took your name so you are going in jail." Tony screamed " No..not me. I have not done anything." But Lawyer sensed it was too late. Lawyer " I need to get anticipatory bail!!" Police "No you need to put this fellow in mental hospital." Tony " I am fine!!" Pawan was clearly scared now. But before Tony could do anything more officers came and Tony was arrested. Tony created big drama. He kept threatening everyone. Finally when he went inside jeep, he was so aggressive. When he went out of sight, Ravi said " I am going to lock my door for some days!!" Pawan shivered. Pawan " My family will left home tomorrow. I have to stay alone." Society member " Stay in group for some days. We need to wait for few days before finally he land in hospital." Pawan shivered with fear. Police " Can I suggest you something? You should go on that project and stay there for few days." Ravi " What about me?" " You can go with him too but what about your family?" Ravi " I would pay expenses of my family just take me." Pawan nodded. Then he called Boss . He told all to him. Boss " If you are going then you can stay and manage all. You can stay for three or four months and Ravi can stay too. We need more staff and his family can stay in company guest house until arrangements of quarter." Then Boss paused for few seconds and said " Why don't you take Vishal too when he would be fine?" Pawan agreed. He was no longer obsessed with project. He wanted to share it with all. But he just had one tension what about kids. But when he told all to his family, he was admired by wife. His kids decided to stay with Grandma. Ravi managed to shift all. But when they came to Vishal, it was most promatic. Vishal " I can't sit in car." " I know but when you will become healthy." " No I am scared of car." Nurse came there and said " I am suggesting you that you have phobia. Take treatment or you will land in jail like your friend." Vishal nodded. Next day Pawan and Ravi left for project with promise from psychiatrist than Vishal would joined them soon. They knew that it was hard but when they saw determination in Vishal's eyes, they felt he would do it and join them.

But there was not any girl on road before him. " She is not there." " But she will come soon." Tony " I need to complete my work can I go?" Pawan smiled and taunted " I thought Vishal did it for you. " " Not for me. Other people tell it." Pawan nodded but he knew Ravi was lying. Still he decided to let Ravi go away as per his wishes since he got information he needed. He just wanted to know what was happening. He didn't know why but he felt interested in it.
Vishal managed to complete his work and went to cabin again. Vishal " I have completed files." Pawan " Okay but since you are not interested in doing presentation. You need to teach it to Tony." " TONY?" Vishal was shocked. Tony was worst choice. He was not interested in anything else except discussing his wife. He was so irritating totally impossible to talk. Vishal was not much choosy about people but he was worst. But Vishal didn't dare to say anything. He didn't want to go so he had to do it. He nodded. Pawan smiled happily. Vishal took file from his table. Then he read it. He started to study it. It was not easy job. He needed to do hard work to explain it. He started revising every paragraph of file. He started to recreate every thing. He needed to study every word and then he had to explain all to Tony. Tony was not attentive. He was person who always remained lost in his world. But Vishal decided that this time he would place all in his head. He slowly went to Tony's desk. Vishal gave on big smile which looked odd to every one who was around him. He was not use to approach people like that. He generally sat in corner quietly. He never talked with people. But today he didn't want to enter in car so he decided that he must did it. He took file and slowly started talking with Tony. Vishal " Tony actually I want to talk about project?" Tony " Project?!! Which one?!!" Vishal smiled happily. Finally Tony seemed interested in it. Vishal took breath of relief. Vishal started explaining " This is about new style of perfume we are launching. They will have special smell of flowers and for it we are creating factory. We will try to keep them as much natural as possible." Tony was listening to him carefully. Vishal was so happy. He started showing pictures to him from file. " This is place where we are planning to set factory and all investors and chairman will come there." Tony gave broad smile and said "Wow!!" Other colleagues also started to listening them. " I don't understand why Tony is getting this opportunity? I mean I can understand if Vishal get it, he had at least done project. But Boss gave final touch to it so Boss should go there." Vishal took deep breath and said " Boss is going on vacation." Another colleague screamed with joy " Vacation?!! No one told me this good news. I can come late for few days." Vishal " No you can't since watchman keep timing in his register." " Come on I can pay his few rupees!!" " You are forgetting CCTV and any way watchman have big salary and he will not sacrifice them for your few rupees. He never take bribe." Another colleague screamed " Because it is too small." Every one started laughing. Vishal didn't like it. Vishal always hated it when they taunted someone's honesty. Vishal " Tony will you read this files?" Another colleague " Come on!! You know very well that Tony is useless. Just give that file to me." Vishal gave sad look and said " I can't." " Why? You know very well that I can do it lot better than Tony." " I know but Boss ordered me." He gave an apology even when he was not responsible for mess. "But this is wrong." Vishal " I personally wanted to suggest someone else." Tony stood up in anger. Tony " Why? What is so bad in me? I can wear suit and talk English in stylish way." Then Tony began to imitate foreigner's accent. Vishal wanted to laugh too. But he left shame on himself regarding that thought. He never wanted to treat this way to anybody. He was so upset. Vishal said in anger "Tony if your wife was speaking like that do you joke about her like that?!!" Suddenly Tony stood up and slapped Vishal in such force that he fall on next table. There was lot of noise. Tony felt strange pain in his head. Tony started screaming " Stop that noise. She will wake up. Reena is sleeping." Every one ran towards Vishal. Vishal was clearly hurt. He took deep breath and stood up with other's help. Pawan also came out running. Pawan " What happened?" Tony suddenly came to his senses. Tony " I am so sorry Vishal. I don't intended to hit you." But Vishal was clearly angry and embarrassed. He stood away from Tony and screamed " Stay away from me." Pawan saw clear blood on Vishal's forehead. Pawan came running towards him. He slowly touched his forehead. He screamed " My God!! Bring first Aid." Then he took out handkerchief and started to hold blood but it didn't stop. He was so scared. He started to feel that Vishal would faint. He told one person to bring chair and another to call Doctor. Then someone also brought water. Pawan was so scared. He knew that they needed to admit Vishal in hospital. He just needed to confirmation from Doctor. He was shivering with fear. He was Boss and he was responsible for those employees. He didn't want any of them die before him. He didn't want to tell his family that he couldn't able to do anything. He was shivering with fear. When Doctor came and confirmed what he knew very well. Then they immediately called ambulance. Pawan personally went with it. He decided that Ravi should be with him since he didn't want to gossip to spread so soon.
In ambulance Ravi was full time talking on mobile soon Pawan sensed that taking Ravi with him was not going to solve his problem. He knew that Ravi was too talkative. He turned towards Nurse and ward boy of ambulance. " What do you feel did he survive?" While asking this he was stammering. Nurse "Don't worry he will be fine. But this way you will have heart attack." Ravi " He is going to get tense!! He can't avoid it. Tony threw him in such way!! No one could have guessed otherwise we should have stopped him." Suddenly Nurse and ward boy looked tense. Ward boy " Is it Police case?" Ravi was confused. Pawan took deep breath and said " It happened in accidental way." Nurse " But this fellow said Tony attacked him. If this is crime we must avoid wasting time and call cops." Pawan nodded and he called Police station. He told them what happened and informed address of hospital. He was told that cops would come to hospital and his number was recorded for purpose of complaint. When it was over, Pawan was on verge of crying. He was Boss and he was supposed to handle staff and now one member of staff managed to kill another. This was horrible. He was shivering with fear then he suddenly remembered " Where is Tony?" Ravi looked confused. Ravi " I don't know. After this everyone ran towards Vishal." Pawan " I am sure someone must had managed to catch him." Ravi nodded but he was not hopeful. Pawan immediately called Security guard who said that he tried to catch him but Tony threatened him with knife. Pawan " Knife?!! From where did he found this knife?" " Actually it was with him.." " With him?!!" " I think Sir today when he came he must had brought it." " And you didn't locate it?!!" Watchman " I found it but he said that it was for cake cutting and it was for it only Sir. They cut cake before sometime." Pawan remembered that they cut cake yesterday for someone's birthday. " Are you talking about cake cutting of yesterday?" " Yes Sir." " So that knife never went out of office..!!" "Sorry Sir." It was mistake but it was small one. Pawan knew that it could happen with any one so accepted apology. He took deep breath. Now he needed to tell all this to his senior. It was worst. He took deep breath and called Boss. He started to tell Boss every thing step by step. Boss " What?!! I don't understand. How could a junior tried to kill another junior and you don't sense anything wrong in him before." " Well Sir nothing was wrong with him except he was little bit absent minded and kept talking about wife. Today few moments ago I understood that he was on verge of bankruptcy. I was about to discuss it with him when this happened." " So it happened due to his bankruptcy?!! Did this fellow given him some money and demanding it back?" " I don't know actually I was planning to send this fellow for project.." " Which one? Victim or Culprit?" Pawan was confused but finally he told truth. " Both. First I selected victim but he didn't agree to go so I have selected culprit." " Why? It is so strange. He rejected such golden opportunity." " I don't know but I never cared enough I just found replacement and Tony was perfect one." Pawan was lying since he selected Tony as worst one. He didn't want to find his replacement. " Then who will go now?!!" Pawan was confused too. " Sir just give me some time. I will manage something." " No you can't. I want you to go. Either go there or I will need to give serious thought to this mess. " Pawan sensed immediately what his Boss was indicating. He wanted promotion but instead he was on verge of getting fired. Truthfully he didn't like it. He looked at himself. In morning he went to office as Boss but now he felt as if he was biggest culprit. He knew that he needed to cancel his picnic. Actually it was not picnic. It was family function. His brother's wedding. But he never felt that much attached to his brother. In fact he didn't care for his family. It was so frustrating that he needed to pretend. Now he felt so happy. At least he able to avoid that function. Then he called his wife and told her everything. His wife " I can't believe it. He hit him before you and you didn't stop him!!" " I can't he had monstrous strength on that time. It was horrible." He clearly lied since he was in cabin so he hardly saw anything but he wanted to look great before his wife so he started creating story. He totally forgot other people were listening to him specifically Ravi who was truly standing there. But he was enjoying it so much. He kept telling story. " His eyes were strange sort red and his strength was double. He was like monster." He wife " My God?!!I can't believe you were working with such monster. You were controlling him." " Honey I do all that just for you and kids!!" Then he heard Ravi's laugh and said " Bye. I am busy."" Yes..yes but call me when it is over." She was clearly curious and excited. As soon as he disconnected call, Ravi said " Office call me Gossip king but you can create more Gossip than me." Pawan felt so nervous. Now nurse and ward boy started to looking at him with anger. Ravi " I mean you were inside your cabin still you told entire story?" Nurse " This is too much." Then Ambulance stopped. Driver came down and all became busy with their work. Pawan thanked God that he was not more interrogated. He promised that he would not do it again but in his soul he knew that he would do it again to impress his wife. He knew that she always loved him. He didn't need those stunts but still he kept doing it.
When Pawan went inside hospital,Doctor immediately started asking about Vishal's wound. Vishal tried to explain even in that wounded condition. Vishal " Tony..he pushed me. He wanted to kill me.." Doctor was shocked. Doctor " This is Police case." " We have called Police but you can start first aid?!!" " First Aid?!! It is useless in this situation. He needed stitches on forehead." " Do whatever is needed I will pay now. Our company will pay money afterwards." Doctor was confused. " But Police would need his statement and I can't operate without tranquilizers." Vishal was screaming in pain now. It was clear that nothing was helping him much. Pawan was so panic when Police didn't appear. Pawan "Doctor start treatment cops will come soon." Doctor was so confused. Pawan decided to call Cops again. It was so confusing. But then finally they appeared. Cop " We were stuck in traffic." Doctor " Can I take him?" Police " Who did this to you?" Vishal screamed " Tony!!" Police recorded it and said " Now you can take him inside." Then he turned to Pawan and Ravi and asked " Who is Tony?" " He worked in office with us. He was strange man. He pushed him on some simple argument. Then Ravi told entire episode to him. Police looked confused. " I don't understand why did he is so obsessed about his wife? Did you ever saw his wife?" "Yes. " " Where?!!" " I saw her picture." Pawan " His desk was loaded with them." " I don't mean picture I mean wife. Actual human being!!" Ravi and Pawan looked at each other in confused way. They never thought about this. " Actually you never saw her then how did you assume that she is existed?" Pawan felt so tense. Pawan " We never doubt it." Police " Let me sent some officer in his house. Let's check." Pawan " Can I go there too? I need to report Boss." Police looked confused. " But we can't leave patient alone?!!" Ravi " Don't worry his wife is coming!!" " Vishal is married?!!" " Well it seem that he had argument and left his wife. She was not staying with him for few months but few days ago she came back." Pawan was more confused now. Pawan "Actually I never took interest in my employee's personal life." Police " No one does until such crisis didn't happen." Then a woman came hurriedly towards them and asked " What happened to Vishal?" Ravi " We saw you many times outside our office but Vishal never introduced you to anyone." " He hated me since I drove against his wishes and killed a dog." Police couldn't help laughing " You killed a dog!!" Pawan " This is not funny. Animal have soul too." Vishal's wife started crying. She said slowly " After seeing it Vishal started having nightmares. He considered me cause of his mental distruance and started to stay away from me. He was so upset by all that he couldn't even sit in car now. He began to develop phobia regarding cars." " Do you know Tony?" " No I don't anyone with their name. Vishal never mentioned." Ravi " They never had any argument. In fact Vishal is so peaceful by nature that he never argued with anyone. Today for first time he raised his voice and landed in hospital for it." Police " Because he didn't have practice. He should keep raising it at least on some occasions." Pawan " Can I go to Tony's house?" Police " Sure but tell me address first!!" Pawan turned to Ravi. Ravi " He never invited us at his home." Pawan " Don't worry. I will have everything stored in office." Then mobile of Police rang. He moved in corner and talked. Then he came back. " Police found his address and on way to his house." Pawan " But I want to go there too." Then Doctor came out and said " Patient is unconscious but stable. He will need time to heal but nothing serious." Police " Doctor this is his wife you can tell everything to her. We will go ahead to catch culprit. " Doctor nodded. They all went ahead. It was usual to have traffic at that time. But today they didn't want it. It was so horrible. Ravi kept chatting without need. Pawan was so scared that Police officer would get angry but he kept smiling as if it was normal thing for them. Finally they reached to building. They saw that there was normal atmosphere. Police came near watchman immediately a woman with kids came near them. When he started to asking about Tony, soon small group of parents and kids gathered. Then finally one woman said loudly " Now I can guess what was happening? Tony was lying in office." " But at beginning he seemed normal to me. " " Yes he was." After that they began to chat with each other as if they didn't exist.
After hearing conversation of other Society members Pawan understood Tony was married to a woman called Tanuja. They had wonderful married life. But then suddenly his wife Tanuja found her old boyfriend who was rich. She was not having affair with him at beginning. He was just normal visitor. They all saw that he never came when Tony was not in home. Her ex boyfriend was just interested in keeping friendship with couple. But Tony took it in wrong way. He began to lose temper. He started hitting her. She decided that it was wrong to keep contact with her ex boyfriend. They all advised her to break them. Actually her ex boyfriend was coming due to marks on her face. He kept feeling tense. After all he still had love towards her in heart. But when she threw him out of house, he just gave her card. Then he never appeared. He was away from her for an year but still Tony didn't change. He kept hitting her. They said same way he hit to Vishal. One day she got injured and admitted in hospital. Police were called but they couldn't file complaint since she vanished from hospital and no one knew where she was now. Pawan was so shocked. He never could have guessed such horrible history of Tony. He thought that he might had dead wife maximum but this was too much. Then they went in Tony's flat. They rang bell. Pawan was expected some screaming or might be some attack. But his guess proved wrong. Tony opened door peacefully. His lawyer was sitting on sofa when they entered. Pawan was so shocked to see rich interior of house. Pawan to Ravi " You said this fellow is bankrupt?!!" " It was rumour. Maybe due to his expensive purchases." Then they began to discuss with lawyer. They didn't understand how could person with such small salary manage so much. They couldn't dare to ask. But step by step lawyer came to that point. Lawyer " Actually I am lawyer send by Tony's ex wife. She paid entire expenses this issue." Pawan asked " Why?" Tony " Because she is my wife. Tanuja had to do everything for me. She loves me." Tony gave strange smile. Pawan sensed that he was saying it in present tense. It was so frustrating. He wanted to stop it. He was feeling so scared. Tony gave him smile and said " You are scared? Because you feel I am mad man?" " No..no" Tony started to get angry. He began to screaming. " Go away from my house. I don't want you to think I am mad and laugh on him." Lawyer tried to calm down him. " No one is going to laugh on you Sir." Police " Yes specially after you hit a fellow who landed in hospital." Tony looked shocked. " It's impossible. I have just slapped. " Then he took pause and said " I know you all manage to hit him afterwards and now putting entire blame on me." Pawan was so shocked now. He was about to argue but Ravi said before him " Why should we hit him?" Tony started to think then he said " I got it. You did it for project. Sir have so much desire for promotion he could even kill for it." Pawan screamed " Enough!!" " Truth always hurts." Police "Enough!! Vishal took your name so you are going in jail." Tony screamed " No..not me. I have not done anything." But Lawyer sensed it was too late. Lawyer " I need to get anticipatory bail!!" Police "No you need to put this fellow in mental hospital." Tony " I am fine!!" Pawan was clearly scared now. But before Tony could do anything more officers came and Tony was arrested. Tony created big drama. He kept threatening everyone. Finally when he went inside jeep, he was so aggressive. When he went out of sight, Ravi said " I am going to lock my door for some days!!" Pawan shivered. Pawan " My family will left home tomorrow. I have to stay alone." Society member " Stay in group for some days. We need to wait for few days before finally he land in hospital." Pawan shivered with fear. Police " Can I suggest you something? You should go on that project and stay there for few days." Ravi " What about me?" " You can go with him too but what about your family?" Ravi " I would pay expenses of my family just take me." Pawan nodded. Then he called Boss . He told all to him. Boss " If you are going then you can stay and manage all. You can stay for three or four months and Ravi can stay too. We need more staff and his family can stay in company guest house until arrangements of quarter." Then Boss paused for few seconds and said " Why don't you take Vishal too when he would be fine?" Pawan agreed. He was no longer obsessed with project. He wanted to share it with all. But he just had one tension what about kids. But when he told all to his family, he was admired by wife. His kids decided to stay with Grandma. Ravi managed to shift all. But when they came to Vishal, it was most promatic. Vishal " I can't sit in car." " I know but when you will become healthy." " No I am scared of car." Nurse came there and said " I am suggesting you that you have phobia. Take treatment or you will land in jail like your friend." Vishal nodded. Next day Pawan and Ravi left for project with promise from psychiatrist than Vishal would joined them soon. They knew that it was hard but when they saw determination in Vishal's eyes, they felt he would do it and join them.
