Mountains
Isha started looking around. She was once again in her house with her work. She wanted to go out to those mountains which she kept watching from her window. She always loved to watch them. She started watching nature from window. Since mountain were having those looks which reduce her tensions. She just wanted to go inside those mountains. From window those mountain seemed so promising. She just wanted to reduce her tension by looking at them. She had to do lot of work. She had to cook food. She didn't keep maid since no one like food cooked by maid. Her kids were too choosy. She just wished that they were like other kids who ate what ever put before them with pickle or some thing. After all she could spend how many hours in that cooking, she wanted to relax for few hours. But those boys just kept demanding things from her.Then she was tense even regarding their weight. One was getting more and more weight and other was just managing to make himself so thin that it seemed as if he could vanish in thin air. She had to take care of them both. She had to take care of their diets. Her elder son Pradip needed to eat less. But he was just kid so how did she supposed to tell him not to eat while younger Pratap kept just rejecting food. When she gave some thing to Pratap, he just passed it to Pradip. Isha had to keep arguing with them. It always made her looked bad before them. She just began to hate her job. She started looking at those mountain in hope of some relief. It was so great. She just kept looking every tree and every color from there. She felt so glad those effect which were creating due to those scene. She just kept looking at that far away mountain which used to give her happiness. Then she once again looked at her work. She started cooking again. It was great experience for her. She never thought about her troubles. She smiled and started cooking. Then Tarun came in kitchen. Tarun " Isha can you able to come for party to night?" "To night?" " Come on. All my friends are coming with their families. I want to enjoy it, I want you to with me. Come on kids can stay alone for one night." "I know. But it just don't seem wise.." "Come on. You are just remaining stuck in house due to kids. Isha dressed in perfect way. Kids were also happy to stay alone. So every thing went fine. Those kids were happy to enjoy their time so they had to enjoy their time. Isha was so happy. She was talking with her friends after so long time. It was not just her husband's friend. They were her friends also. She was so happy to contact with her friends. Then they all suddenly started talking about their vacations. It seemed just Isha was only one who had not enjoyed that much vacation. Tarun " Actually I just didn't enjoy that much holidays." "Why?" They discussed every type of vacation. They started thinking about it. Then suddenly some one said " Why don't we just plan to on that hill station in mountain? I mean I have one small hotel there. I like that hotel. It was nice and my friend will give even discount." "Wow that was great." They all seemed like that idea. Isha jumped with joy after hearing about it. When they went back, they told about it to kids Since it was family picnic, they all would be going. Every one was so happy. Isha felt that as if she would be out of cage. So they all began to get ready. Every thing was so nice and interesting. Their vacation plan seemed to take their life in clouds of happiness. It was perfect. They were preparing every thing with such a fun. Then finally that day came when they were supposed to go on next morning. The boys were literally dancing with joy. Then Isha suddenly remembered that she needed close window. She went to close window. She started closing each and every window. On that point she suddenly sensed one thing. She needed to close that window which would had many scenes. But suddenly she sensed one feel of fear from inside. She started to understand one thought from mind. She was feeling so scared. She started to feel as if her family was in some grave danger. She was so tense. She felt as if some one was going to get sick. She started remembering about medicines. She took long time. She began to write them on paper. She began to count each and every medicine. She began to write their names. She wrote them all. She started rechecking it. She began to count all those medicines. She searched for every medicine which was needed for each disease. She began to store them in those packets. Tarun looked confused. It was clear to him that she was scared. Tarun " What happened? Are you sick?" Isha " No..No..I want to understand medicine. I needed to learn disease." "What?" "We are going outside on our own. We need to understand doctor." " I don't understand. Why are you so scared? No one is going to get sick." "How can you be so sure?" Now Tarun was confused. Tarun " Fine. Take medicines." Isha smiled. She took all medicine. She was very serious about it. Then she began to think about other risks. She felt that her intuition. She was so sure some crisis would come. Then Tarun came near her. Tarun " We must sleep now. Tomorrow we need to wake up on time." "I know. I just have one feeling that something will be going to be wrong with us." Tarun looked around. He was so glad that kids were not around. Tarun " Now don't speak like that you will scare kids." "But I sense it." Then they both went to sleep. But Isha just didn't able to sleep. She was so tense. She just sensed one thing. Boys followed him. Pratap " Dad what's wrong with her? Why was she crying like that?" "It must be result of those TV serials." They all started laughing. Pradip " I think Mom must had nightmare." "Quite possible. Any way we don't have time to waste on it or we will be late and your Mom will be angry. So just hurry up. " Both boys nodded. They started eating properly and fast. They didn't want their Mom to become angry. They started eating. Both boys were so excited. Then Isha came out. Isha " Did you check every thing?" Tarun " What did we suppose to check?" If you are feelings sick then you can always take medicines which you had packed. " Isha " Are you sick?" "No..No..I am fine. But you look so much sick. You have to understand that you are developing anxiety in life. Boys were asking me what was wrong with Mom. You can't act like that. It was so scary." Pratap " Mom what happened?" They both smiled. Pratap and Pradip both were looking confused. Tarun gave them sweet smile. But he sensed that Isha was not even giving small smile. He looked at her and slowly tapped her. Then she finally gave smile. But by then effect was gone. Boys sensed that some thing was totally wrong and parents wanted to hide it from them. Tarun was so frustrated. He just didn't want to ruin that trip. He decided that he talk in straight way before kids. Tarun " Isha what happened?" Isha " Nothing. I just feel so scared from inside. I just don't understand my thoughts." Pradip " Did you had nightmare last night?" Suddenly Isha became silent. Isha " Not like nightmare but something just like it." Pratap " Mom!! How can you get scared by some nightmare? You are not little kid like Pradip." Pradip punched Pratap in hand. Pradip " Don't dare to call me coward. I never get scared due to nightmares." "Ohh ya..Then who was shivering few days ago due to some silly nightmare? It was lucky that.." Tarun " Enough boys!! I want to listen to your Mom now. Tell me Isha what happened?" "I just got strange kind of sense." " About what? " "I feel something worst going to happen to us or me. I don't know exactly whom. But I can sense it." Tarun and boys started laughing. "Isha you are getting scared because we are traveling after so many days." Pratap "Dad is right. We need to travel more." Pradip " Mom it is nothing just like nightmare. It will vanish after some time. Come on let's go." So they all started laughing again. But Isha still sensed somewhere in her heart some thing was wrong. She turning around checked latch. Then she felt that she left fan or gas on so she opened it all. She checked them three times. Finally Tarun came back and forced her to go with kids in car. He took responsibility of checking every thing. Finally Isha sat in car. She was so scared. She was continuously praying for their safety. It was so strange. Tarun and boys just didn't understand that why did she was so scared. Even driver asked about her. Tarun just said that she was not feeling well. Driver assumed that she must be the one who get sick while traveling in car so she was scared. Driver told loudly that he would drive slowly. Isha was so happy and she thanked him. Every one just looked at her in strange way but they didn't say any thing.
Isha was behaving in strange way. She was acting in same way when finally they reached to that bus where they supposed to meet all those their friends. She got out of Taxi. Every one from bus was looking at her in confused way. Every one just began to ask about her health as soon as she entered in bus. Isha " I am fine. I am just too scared." Her friend " Of what?" Tarun " That is the trouble. I just don't understand it's cause. I mean. Every thing is fine." Pradip " It is Mom's nightmare." "Nightmare?" "No..No..I don't have nightmare. I just have that feelings.." Then Isha started searching behind her. She was looking in such a way as if some one was standing behind her. Isha " I just feel something is going to happen." She looked around and finally she sat on seat. But soon she began to sense that something was not right. Her breathing was started turning fast. She began to look at mountain from window. She could see those mountains. She needed to sense happiness from her heart. But she had sense some fear. Suddenly she started feeling breathless. She started pointing. Tarun looked at her. He ordered to stop bus. They all took her out of bus. She was still breathless. She was sweating and shivering. She could sense that she was just locked inside. She couldn't able to take air from outside. She felt as if some one was stopping her air supply. She felt as if some one closed her mouth and nose. She needed air but she couldn't able to get it. It was really hurting her. She truly needed some air. Then she started to faint on that ground. All dust was going in her mouth. Tarun was trying to take her weight but it was hard for him. She finally landed on ground. She could sense that dust. She could hear her boys crying. She wanted to stop it. She wanted to have perfect picnic. But she couldn't breathe. She was destroying it for all. She was first sensing all those thoughts but then after some time she sensed one thing that she wanted to take some air in her lungs. But she just couldn't. Then ambulance came. They admitted her in hospital. Soon Doctor put oxygen masks on her,she felt little bit better. Then she went inside. Tarun was waiting outside whole bus was waiting outside. But Doctor told them that just family should stop and all other members would go away. They all wanted to sit with Tarun. But Tarun told them that he would tell them by phone. Then they tried to take away boys. But boys were not ready. Tarun was so confused but he still kept presence of mind. He thought that it was not good for kids to stay in hospital so he forced them to go. Finally he was all alone. He was so tense. He just wanted to go ahead with hope that Isha would be fine. But he felt sure that it must be heart attack. Why else she was suddenly so breathless? He knew that it was not going to be easy for him. He started thinking about expenses. He decided that he must call his boss and asked for some financial help. After all hospitalization needed lot of money. He had to understand it. He was so tense. He just needed right way to move ahead. He called his boss. He wanted to talk to him but he just couldn't help it. He just started crying as soon as he heard his boss. Boss was so confused. But slowly he managed to take out basic needed information from Tarun. He said that he would come there with money. His boss was nice guy. Until now Tarun just sensed his bossing but on that day he first time sensed that his boss was his good friend who came to help him. He felt as if his whole work and overtime paid just on that one moment by his boss. Since friend in need was always friend indeed. He was so glad that some one was coming there to help him. He just wished from heart only if he had stopped some more friends from bus. But he knew that it was too late so he just started waiting for his boss. His last resort.
Finally Tarun's boss came running. Boss " What happened?" Tarun " She suddenly become .." Then suddenly Doctor appeared " Are you husband of Patient 31?" "Yes..she is okay." "Yes. In fact she didn't have much physical problem." "What?" Tarun and boss both screamed together. Tarun " I don't get it. She didn't able to breathe so we all admitted her." He was so shocked. It was so hard. He was getting humiliated by this before Boss. But then his Boss consoled him " Just relax. Feel that you are lucky. It must be mental. Was there any stress to her?" "No.Not at all. We are enjoying happy life. I mean there were some simple problems. But not big to mention." Doctor " Like?" " Kids examination and their health. My elder is over weight and my younger is too weak. But you can't say that this one become such a big issue. I mean such things are common in life." Boss " Of course. Health problems are quiet common. But sometimes some women are sensitive so your wife must had took it too seriously." " In such a serious way that she started to feel that she is having heart attack? I feel this is too much." Even boss looked confused now. Doctor " I just don't know. But I just say that I will make her normal. She could to go in two days. Since we will take all tests, just to be on safer side. And of course I suggest psychiatrist. I feel he is true need of your wife." Tarun nodded. Then Doctor went away. He looked at his Boss. "Sorry sir I have wasted your time." " No you have not. This is something just serious like heart attack only. If she keep getting anxiety attacks like that, she might have true heart attack one day." "What?" "Yes. This happened with one of my cousin. He used to have anxiety problem. Doctor suggested psychiatrist many times but he just avoided cause of fear. But slowly it would start to feel more and more uneasy. He just began to lock himself in house. One day he had to go out for some reason. But you will feel hard to believe it but he had heart attack due to fear of going out. Dead on the spot." "My god!!" "So show me that card and let's go to that psychiatrist. I like to see him. From that day I wanted to meet some psychiatrist. I mean I don't need him now but this life is so uncertain. How can we become so sure that we don't need one on some day?" Tarun was confused but he sensed that his Boss was right so they went to meet that psychiatrist who said it was common. He could easily cured since it must be first stage of phobia. Then they waited for long time. Finally Isha woke up. Psychiatrist talked with her for long time. Then he came out. Psychiatrist " It is regarding her trauma regarding her Mom's sickness." "Her Mom's sickness but she had died for years." "I know but on those stressed moment. She used to look at mountain for hope but unknowingly she connected her fear to it and she was so stressed on those moment that she never sensed it. Now she was so scared that some one would die when she looked at mountain. She took that false assumption and when you decided to go to picnic. She wanted that dead person to be her and no one else so it all happened." "My god. So what did we suppose to do now? I mean do you feel that we should avoid mountains?" "No..No.. Never do that. It will just increase our problem.I want her to go near mountain but in the way which I will explain you." Then Psychiatrist began to tell Tarun every thing even his Boss was present. They were glad to increase their knowledge. After all they all wanted to handle their phobia, every one had one and every one could fight it if that person decided to do that.

She could see those mountains. She needed to sense happiness from her heart. But she had sense some fear. Suddenly she started feeling breathless. She started pointing. Tarun looked at her. He ordered to stop bus. They all took her out of bus. She was still breathless. She was sweating and shivering. She could sense that she was just locked inside. She couldn't able to take air from outside. She felt as if some one was stopping her air supply. She felt as if some one closed her mouth and nose. She needed air but she couldn't able to get it. It was really hurting her. She truly needed some air. Then she started to faint on that ground. All dust was going in her mouth. Tarun was trying to take her weight but it was hard for him. She finally landed on ground. She could sense that dust. She could hear her boys crying. She wanted to stop it. She wanted to have perfect picnic. But she couldn't breathe. She was destroying it for all. She was first sensing all those thoughts but then after some time she sensed one thing that she wanted to take some air in her lungs. But she just couldn't. Then ambulance came. They admitted her in hospital. Soon Doctor put oxygen masks on her,she felt little bit better. Then she went inside. Tarun was waiting outside whole bus was waiting outside. But Doctor told them that just family should stop and all other members would go away. They all wanted to sit with Tarun. But Tarun told them that he would tell them by phone. Then they tried to take away boys. But boys were not ready. Tarun was so confused but he still kept presence of mind. He thought that it was not good for kids to stay in hospital so he forced them to go. Finally he was all alone. He was so tense. He just wanted to go ahead with hope that Isha would be fine. But he felt sure that it must be heart attack. Why else she was suddenly so breathless? He knew that it was not going to be easy for him. He started thinking about expenses. He decided that he must call his boss and asked for some financial help. After all hospitalization needed lot of money. He had to understand it. He was so tense. He just needed right way to move ahead. He called his boss. He wanted to talk to him but he just couldn't help it. He just started crying as soon as he heard his boss. Boss was so confused. But slowly he managed to take out basic needed information from Tarun. He said that he would come there with money. His boss was nice guy. Until now Tarun just sensed his bossing but on that day he first time sensed that his boss was his good friend who came to help him. He felt as if his whole work and overtime paid just on that one moment by his boss. Since friend in need was always friend indeed. He was so glad that some one was coming there to help him. He just wished from heart only if he had stopped some more friends from bus. But he knew that it was too late so he just started waiting for his boss. His last resort.
Finally Tarun's boss came running. Boss " What happened?" Tarun " She suddenly become .." Then suddenly Doctor appeared " Are you husband of Patient 31?" "Yes..she is okay." "Yes. In fact she didn't have much physical problem." "What?" Tarun and boss both screamed together. Tarun " I don't get it. She didn't able to breathe so we all admitted her." He was so shocked. It was so hard. He was getting humiliated by this before Boss. But then his Boss consoled him " Just relax. Feel that you are lucky. It must be mental. Was there any stress to her?" "No.Not at all. We are enjoying happy life. I mean there were some simple problems. But not big to mention." Doctor " Like?" " Kids examination and their health. My elder is over weight and my younger is too weak. But you can't say that this one become such a big issue. I mean such things are common in life." Boss " Of course. Health problems are quiet common. But sometimes some women are sensitive so your wife must had took it too seriously." " In such a serious way that she started to feel that she is having heart attack? I feel this is too much." Even boss looked confused now. Doctor " I just don't know. But I just say that I will make her normal. She could to go in two days. Since we will take all tests, just to be on safer side. And of course I suggest psychiatrist. I feel he is true need of your wife." Tarun nodded. Then Doctor went away. He looked at his Boss. "Sorry sir I have wasted your time." " No you have not. This is something just serious like heart attack only. If she keep getting anxiety attacks like that, she might have true heart attack one day." "What?" "Yes. This happened with one of my cousin. He used to have anxiety problem. Doctor suggested psychiatrist many times but he just avoided cause of fear. But slowly it would start to feel more and more uneasy. He just began to lock himself in house. One day he had to go out for some reason. But you will feel hard to believe it but he had heart attack due to fear of going out. Dead on the spot." "My god!!" "So show me that card and let's go to that psychiatrist. I like to see him. From that day I wanted to meet some psychiatrist. I mean I don't need him now but this life is so uncertain. How can we become so sure that we don't need one on some day?" Tarun was confused but he sensed that his Boss was right so they went to meet that psychiatrist who said it was common. He could easily cured since it must be first stage of phobia. Then they waited for long time. Finally Isha woke up. Psychiatrist talked with her for long time. Then he came out. Psychiatrist " It is regarding her trauma regarding her Mom's sickness." "Her Mom's sickness but she had died for years." "I know but on those stressed moment. She used to look at mountain for hope but unknowingly she connected her fear to it and she was so stressed on those moment that she never sensed it. Now she was so scared that some one would die when she looked at mountain. She took that false assumption and when you decided to go to picnic. She wanted that dead person to be her and no one else so it all happened." "My god. So what did we suppose to do now? I mean do you feel that we should avoid mountains?" "No..No.. Never do that. It will just increase our problem.I want her to go near mountain but in the way which I will explain you." Then Psychiatrist began to tell Tarun every thing even his Boss was present. They were glad to increase their knowledge. After all they all wanted to handle their phobia, every one had one and every one could fight it if that person decided to do that.
