Adventure story. 725. Missing dress

                                                      Missing dress

Sangita was carefully counting dresses. She was sure that she kept limited number of dresses in cupboard. She needed to count those dresses. She counted them properly. She remembered those dresses. She was always so careful about keeping stock. She felt so nervous when she noticed one beautiful dress was missing. Sangita kept searching for it in shop. Soon she began to call other store staff too. She knew that they might blame or taunt her. But she needed to find that one. She was so scared. She knew that if she didn’t find it then manager might take action on her. She began to call entire store staff. They all came. They pointed exactly same position regarding where she kept dress. Nisha “You came out with me. Then Security also checked us. So, no one can blame you!” Harish also came in her support “Don’t worry. We all saw you kept it in that cupboard drawer. Then Ravi began to lecture “Next time you need to lock that drawer.” Sangita immediately told “But that drawer doesn’t have key & we have locked entire store.” “Forget it! We must call manager first.” Sangita shivered with fear. Her husband Harish was carpenter. His earnings were nice but they depended on work. They were not certain about it. Her fixed earnings were precious. Harish was working so hard. She saw every time those marks on his hands. Harish kept getting exhausted too. Sometimes she wished only if she could earn more & tell him to work less. But she knew that he would never agree. He wanted best future for their children. They were working so hard to give nice education to their children but in classroom their children always remained kids from poor background. Sometimes she just wished to earn more money & get rich. She kept thinking that how fortunate were those people who had money. She looked towards other staff of shop. All were tense. Then finally Ravi called Manager & talked about missing dress. Manager was so angry. Manager came to shop immediately. Sangita was so scared. She was on verge of crying. But she knew that crying wouldn’t help. She stood up behind counter. One customer came. She gave artificial smile. She began to show dress. That customer kept trying dresses after dresses. They were not certain if that customer would buy. That customer was not regular one. But still they kept showing dresses with full dedication. Finally, that customer went out without purchasing anything. Sangita needed to put all dresses back. She was keeping them back when Manager came. Manager immediately called her. Sangita came & stood before him. He began to ask questions one after another. She kept answering. Manager was asking her different questions some of them were insulting to her but she didn’t care. She just didn’t want to land in Police station. After those questions Manager decided to watch CCTV. They all sat with Manager & they were shocked when they saw Shop Owner’s wife enter in shop at midnight & took away garments. Manager kept looking towards her. That Owner owned many shops on floor. He was rich man. His wife couldn’t be considered a thief. Immediately Manager laughed & said “Oh! Madam must had done shopping & then forgot to mention. Make bill on name of owner & next time check CCTV before calling. If Madam take dresses just do billing. Okay?” They nodded. It was odd but they knew that Owner’s wife was stealing but then her husband would surely pay so they couldn’t complain. Sangita said slowly “There are different rules for rich & poor people.” Sangita was upset. But still she just kept nodding. She got blamed for mistake of that rich woman.

          When Sangita came home she told all to Harish. Harish looked tense. Harish “I really don’t like this. They could have placed charges of thief on you without cause!” She began to laugh. “You seem to watch too much of those dramas from TV. These things just happen inside them. No one will blame me. Many staff members watch me & then we have CCTV too.” Harish nodded. Still Harish added “I don’t like the way. I prefer if you resign from job.” She felt so upset. She was planning to stop him from doing extra work & she was not going to quit her job. She told him clearly “I am with my job. I will do it. You don’t need to worry about it.” She was so nervous in her heart. She knew that they were agreeing to do wrong thing. She knew that they needed to report that woman. That woman might be wealthy but she was stealing & it must be stopped. Sangita cleaned pots & planned for next day lunch & dinner too. Harish was busy in helping kids with their studies. Kids needed help with studies. They couldn't afford prestigious classes. They needed to do it on their own. Harish was working hard throughout day then in night before sleeping he helped children with their studies while she took job of cleaning pots. Sometimes Harish also cooked but it was rare since he needed to complete his work whole time. Her job was giving them such large amount that she didn’t plan to quit it at all. She needed to ignore those issues.  She kept thinking about that incidence. She could still feel that fear in her soul. But then she began to feel convince that it was single incidence. That rich lady would not take garments after this. After all it was crime. That family would stop her. Sangita smiled happily. Then she completed her work. She went to sleep peacefully. She told to Harish “Don’t worry. I am sure that lady will not do crime again. After all she is caught now her family would stop her.” Harish looked towards Sangita with suspicious look. Clearly Harish didn’t like it. But still Harish nodded. Harish said slowly “Honestly, I don’t like it. But I can’t stop you. I know we need money & you like this job.” Harish wanted to stop his wife from going there. But he couldn’t. He didn't want to discourage her career. He wanted to encourage Sangita & most importantly they needed money. Sangita was earning more than him. He was hurt somewhere heart about it. He was trying his best to hide it but still in his soul he knew that. He decided that he wouldn’t stop Sangita. He knew that he needed to support her. He smiled & said “Don’t worry. I will talk with my friend who is cop.” She felt so happy. Harish decided to discuss this with his cop friend. It was better to take advice from Cop. Harish wanted to keep his wife safe. Harish knew that it was easily possible that this mistake wouldn’t be repeated but still he wanted to make sure that she was safe.

         Sangita began to get ready for next day. She wanted to come early to check stock of clothes. She needed to count them one by one. She began to admire them. She wanted to have those clothes too but she couldn’t. It was not possible for her to have that type of clothes. She needed to admire their beauty but she didn’t. She needed to control her emotions. She must not have desire to own them. She knew that she was just sales girl of that shop. But still she felt that desire. She told herself that she was not going to take them home so they belonged to another person. She carefully started to packing them & keep them in different categories. She started to feel so uneasy. She looked behind. She felt as if someone was standing behind her. She shivered in fear. She came early today. When she entered in shop, she was alone. She didn’t have anyone else to as witness. She felt so scared. She sensed that if rich lady came & took something on that point. No one would be witness of her innocence. She was alone there. She looked towards CCTV. She had those CCTV but still she didn’t feel any secure by them. She knew that anyone could delete or destroy their footage. She felt so tense. Then she suddenly sensed movement behind her. She screamed loudly “Who is there?” Her colleague Ravi was behind. Ravi “What happened?” “Oh! It’s you. I thought that lady might have come to purchase again.” “Purchase?”  Ravi gave strange look. Sangita didn’t want to say steal but then she sensed that she didn’t have much options so she decided to say it. Sangita “I feel scared that woman might steal again.” Ravi nodded. Ravi “Everyone is scared. We are not certain that they will not blame us. We need to fix time & come together.” She nodded. So, after that all staff decided a fixed time to enter in shop. It was odd for people but they didn’t mind. They decided that they all would come at same time. If anyone came early that one would wait. Sangita was so happy that everyone was taking precautions. Their work was increased due to repeated checking but they didn’t mind. They just wanted to count dresses. They didn’t want to miss any dress. Slowly everyone got confident that all was fine. But after few days Sangita once again noticed one missing dress. She was so shocked. She began to search in entire shop with hope but entire staff guessed already that this dress was stolen like last one. Ravi said “I will call Manager & do billing of this dress too. If Manager want then he can come & check CCTV.” But Manager didn’t come just told them to do billing of that dress. It was clear that this was going to keep happening again & again. Sangita was so tense. When she came home, she felt so shattered & angry. She didn’t want to tell anything to Harish. She didn’t want her to quit job. But she was so scared. She began to get irritate by every sound. She was screaming on children whole time. Finally, Harish came home. Harish sensed that she was angry. But he was not expecting her to start hitting their children on small issues. He was so shocked. He got angry & he screamed on her “Why did you hit kids like that? How can you act like that?! You are their mother.” “Because I get tired & your earnings are nothing.” He was so shocked. He never expected her to talk like that. He knew that his earnings were less but she never disrespected him like that. He felt so sad. He didn’t say anything. He wanted to argue but he didn’t want any drama before kids. He just went in far away corner. Sangita was changed. He began to regret his decision of marriage. He knew that it was too late to change it. But he never thought that his life would become this way. Sangita began to feel that she was losing her control. She sensed that she was doing all wrong. She began to cry. But no one was coming near her for counseling. She was all alone. After that she began to lose her temper again & again. Even in shop she started snapping on people. She began to sense something was wrong with her. No one wanted to speak with her any more. When she returned home, every one tried their best to avoid her. She knew that she was acting wrong. She needed some help. Finally, she decided to talk with Harish. He was not interested at beginning. But when she slowly began to explain. He slowly began to get interested. Finally, he said “Maybe this is health issue? We need to do checkup.” Sangita agreed. Next day she took vacation & went to hospital. They checked everything. She went back to work. Still, she was angry & when all reports came out, she didn’t find any physical issue. Then finally they decided to go to Psychiatrist. She was little upset at Doctor’s suggestion at beginning but then she agreed. She was so scared when she decided to visit. But when she started discussing she felt relaxed. Finally, Psychiatrist advised her to find new job. “This is happening since she is angry. A woman is stealing before her & doesn’t get punished while she never felt she was awarded enough for honesty.” After discussions Sangita decided to quit job. Soon her anger was reduced. She didn’t try to find new job since she was so tense. She began to stay in house. Harish & kids decided that it was better to adjust in less money then damaging Sangita’s mental health. But after sometime Psychiatrist suggested that she could do job. She found one job in small store. She never had that anger issue back again. But she was careful about one thing. She never visited that mall or shop in which she once used to be sales girl. It was one place in which she always felt haunted as if it had some negative energy around.

Adventure story. 724. Trusted cashier

                                                      Trusted cashier

Dipti was so excited when she decided to go in mall. She managed to plan all. She even discussed it with her children. Her both kids were happy to come with her. Normally she didn’t get approval in so easy way. It was complicated for her. Her husband Ajit always decided what was best for them. Dipti preferred not to question him. Dipti was working in small shop as accountant for long time. She took that job when she was studying in college. She managed to get graduation degree. But still she decided to keep that job of cashier. After those shops changed from time to time. Owner kept changing too but she always remained same. Every owner trusted her so she was selected as cashier by new owner too. Dipti was always trusted in her professional life. But in house Ajit was more reliable. Dipti totally accepted that. Ajit was working on higher post of his company. He was working so hard. She knew that Ajit knew best. Today she decided to go to mall. Everyone agreed. She didn’t ask Ajit this time. She felt that she could manage it. She was so happy. She managed to save her money too. She could spend it now. She got ready & began to wait for her children. She waited for long time & her children didn’t come. She felt so upset. She decided that she needed to ask them. Her kids had mobile. But she knew that she couldn’t call them when they might be in tuition or school. They never took mobile there. She was certain about it. She began to feel so stressed. Finally, she decided to call. Her son Ravi took call. Ravi “Mom what is it? I am busy with friends!” “Friends? We decided to visit mall.” “Mom Dad said not today so we skipped it.” She was so shocked. She wanted to argue but she knew that she supposed inform Ajit first which she didn’t. “Okay.” Then Ravi just disconnected call. It was clear that they didn’t need to describe anything further. Ajit told them not to go that was going to happen. She knew that it was her mistake but still she couldn’t convince it fully to her mind. She kept feeling negative about all. She was sitting there without any idea regarding what she supposed to do. Then she decided that she might just take one Cab & visit mall alone. After all she had money. She could purchase few things for her. She could even watch movie. She decided it & booked Cab. She didn’t tell Ajit before booking it. Then she called Ajit about it. Ajit didn’t take her call. She knew that she supposed to tell so she just messaged him. She knew that he wouldn’t even read to message so soon. But she decided to go out any way. She sat in Cab. She began to drive towards mall. Suddenly all started to look positive. She began to sense odd sort of freedom in her soul. She began to create new dreams. She knew that Ajit was nice person. Ajit was earning nice too. But still somewhere in her soul she was not happy with him. She never permitted this thought to come out but still it remained. She was not some one holding big position but she was mother of their children. It was big position in family but Ajit just never permitted that respect to her. Her children didn’t even feel need to inform her that they were not coming. She decided to ignore it but still it kept coming in her mind. It was so wrong. She began to sense unique positivity in her mind when she started to reach towards mall. On that point her mobile rang. Ajit was calling. She took his call. Ajit “Why did you went away like that suddenly?” “I just got some time off. Children were too busy so I decided to enjoy. What’s wrong in it?” “You are such odd person. I don’t understand how can you talk like that? You are going to wander in mall all alone!” She felt so confused. She never felt that idea was odd until now. But now her thoughts were confused.

        Ajit was so happy when Dipti looked confused. Dipti needed to stay in his control it was important. He never understood reason. But he always felt that every family member must obey him. His children never went out without asking him. But first time Dipti did. He looked towards mobile & sensed that she called him & messaged too. He was just too busy on that time. He must be in hotel partying with his colleagues. After getting promoted he always enjoyed partying. They kept giving him those parties but he pretended at home that he was in board meetings. It was so much fun. He knew that he needed to argue with Dipti for not telling him but then he was also enjoying so he decided to make it easy with her. He said slowly “You need to understand. People will consider odd if you go to movie alone. Just imagine if some man sat beside you? People will assume you are dating that man!”  She shivered with fear. She never thought about it that way. She immediately declared “I will not go to movie.” “Great. Then you can just do shopping & eat something if you want & then come back.” She nodded when she knew that he couldn’t see her. She was so scared. Her life was moving in totally wrong way. She was hoping for positivity. But she felt so negative. Ajit was right. She couldn’t just go to movie like that. She began to imagine what would happen if her sister-in-law or brother-in-law would understand this. She knew that no one needed to personally sit there. Any person who knew her if sat in that theater & tell others it would damage her reputation. She felt so scared. She was doing biggest blunder by going to movie alone like that. It would be risky for her. She sensed one thing that she must not do anything without asking Ajit. So, she went in mall. She was wandering around. On that point she suddenly sensed as if someone was coming behind her. She looked behind one man was standing behind her. That man was not too near her. But still, she didn’t like it. She felt so nervous around him. She kept looking around with tense expressions. She didn’t understand where life was taking her. She began to feel that she took too much risk by going alone in mall. But soon that man went ahead while keeping her behind & she sensed that he was not following her. She managed to block his way. She slowly looked around. She found one glass in decorative wall of mall. She looked towards her. She could see a middle age plump woman. No plump actually a fat woman! She was not attractive woman even in her youth. She was never beautiful according to anyone. They kept admiring her sometimes but still she knew that this admiration was not genuine. She married Ajit since Ajit wanted a woman who could handle his house while doing small job like she did. Ajit didn’t want career-oriented woman. But Ajit wanted his wife to do some job. According to Ajit wife needed income but she needed to give priority to her family so she was perfect. She was also happy that she married to Ajit. He was such wise man. He always showed her right route in life. She just needed to take his advice always.

      Ravi came back home. He was so frustrated. He did as per his dad’s instructions but he was not certain that it was right decision. He wanted to enjoy with his mom. His sister was also sitting there. Ravi “I feel it should have been better if we had gone away with mom. Why did you need to ask dad?” His sister Nisha gave him angry look & said “We never go anywhere without dad’s permission. Did we?” “Come on! Why did you keep going like this? It seems like we are backstabbing mom & dad doesn’t even care to come & take us somewhere.” Nisha didn’t say anything but he knew that Nisha was looking for best designer new dress. Dad always showered gifts on her. Ravi didn’t like this. He waited. Finally, after sometime Dipti returned home but Ajit was still didn’t came. Ravi said angrily “Mom I wanted to go but Nisha told dad & dad told us not to go.” She smiled & said “It’s alright!” She went to mall & enjoyed herself. She even went to movie after conforming seat beside her would be empty. She enjoyed entire day. She was happy that she didn’t took any one with her. Whenever she took children, Ajit always kept dominating. Ravi seemed like little upset this time. But she was not sure that he would rebel for her. She felt that he wouldn’t do that. Ravi was just complaining with hope that she would arrange one outing with Ajit for them. She was not planning to do that. She immediately changed subject & said “I need to start cooking.” She cooked Dinner. Then all waited for Ajit & when Ajit didn’t come for long time they finally decided to eat. Ajit came very late on that day too. Ajit was clearly enjoying his life while keeping his family caged. Ravi was getting upset by this. Ravi wanted his life. But Ravi was too scared. Ravi looked towards his mom, Dipti. He could feel that she enjoyed her day. He began to feel that she didn’t have right to enjoy life like that. He screamed on her. “Mom, you made such bad dinner. It seemed as if you are more involved in enjoying yourself than cooking dinner for us.” Dipti felt so nervous. Things were not moving in right way. Dipti was so shocked. She didn’t understand that why did her son was screaming on her. She began to feel stressed. She asked “What’s wrong with you? I just went out one day & dinner was okay!?” Nisha was so happy. Nisha “Your cooking is never good mom.” Dipti felt so nervous. She never thought that she was best cook but she was not that bad. Dipti slowly said “I always try my level best.” Dipti didn’t understand that why they needed to talk like that with her. Ajit was watching it & enjoying. Ajit knew that he had played perfect trick. When Dipti offered children to come with her, he told not to go since he wanted them to get upset with Dipti & it worked perfectly. Ravi & Nisha were screaming on her. It was first time when Dipti felt strange, she wanted to talk sweetly but suddenly she began to abuse. Her entire family looked towards her with shock. She was abusing in strange way. Her voice was odd too. Ravi was so nervous. Ravi started all but he never expected his mom, Dipti to start abusing like this. Dipti was acting different. After abusing for sometime Dipti went back in room. Dipti closed her eyes & slept. They were all watching her.

       Dipti felt so confused when she woke up on bed. She was feeling so nervous. She didn’t understand why did she was sleeping on bed. She remembered that Ajit came in house. She was talking to him. Then her mind didn’t remember anything. She was so confused. Her mind was suffering from blank out. She didn’t remember anything about this time. She was so shocked. She never suffered this way. But she heard about these episodes. She shivered. This was regarding mental issues. She was not certain what she had done during that period. She was too scared to come out of room. Soon Ajit entered in room & began to scream on her while abusing her “How can you talk like that before children?!” She didn’t remember anything so she decided to keep quiet. He kept abusing her but she didn’t remember anything so there was no chance to answer back. She understood one that every family member in house was upset with her. She didn’t talk with them about anything. They all kept giving her angry look. She didn’t remember anything. She was too scared even to tell it. She began to sense something was wrong with her brain. She was acting odd & she couldn’t remember it. She began to fear that she might had some serious sickness. She didn’t want that to happen. She knew that Ajit would be very unhappy & it would anger Ravi & Nisha too. They didn’t want to waste their future savings on her. She knew that her savings were very less. Dipti was so sad. She kept working as cashier with same dedication as always but soon her employer noticed something was missing. Her employer slowly asked her. He was father figure of her so she told all. Her employer immediately arranged one doctor’s appointment for her. She was so happy. She didn’t need to spend money. She kept thanking him. But after doing all check-ups, they found nothing wrong in her brain. She was so shocked. In her house she was too scared to talk with anyone. She didn’t try to connect. Ajit & their children kept taunting her but she stayed out of argument. She began to avoid hearing whatever they said. Finally, she was recommended to visit Psychiatrist. She felt shocked. At beginning she rejected idea but then slowly she began to accept it. It was right suggestion. She was so stressed. She went to psychiatrist. Her treatment started. Psychiatrist told her that these things happen during mental issues. Soon she sensed that it was nothing big. She began to take her treatment. Slowly she began to feel relaxed. She started to ignore whatever they suggested. Dipti’s life was back on track. Ajit didn’t understand how could Dipti remain so confident when her entire family was talking against her. But Ajit sensed step by step by ignoring their comments she got freedom. Dipti started going to movies alone sometimes. Ajit knew about it. He tried to object scream on her but she just kept doing it. Finally, Dipti learnt to live happy life with positivity. Even when her entire family didn’t admire her, she was living life happily since she learnt to value life as gift she got. She didn’t care what others feel about her she learnt to enjoy her. After all, still she was trusted cashier & every new owner of shop seemed to trust her. She already decided when she would retire but soon her time of retirement came & went away since still owners of that shop kept trusting her.

Adventure story. 723. Anaya's job

                                                            Anaya's job

Anaya began to arrange everything properly at cupboard. She wanted all her dresses to be in perfect way. She looked towards remaining cupboard. Empty! Finally, she got entire cupboard for herself. It was her dream to have one. But she never got it. She was arranging dresses for hours. She didn’t understand which one should be perfect for occasion. Her mom told her to get ready properly. She was planning to impress a rich man to get job. It was important for her to have job. Her ambition was her career. But still she felt so nervous. She felt sort of guilty. She never tried to do these sorts of things. She was always shy one. Her sister used to do all those things. Her sister was achieving progress step by step too. She was stuck on one point of her career. She was choosing her dress when her sister Lily came in room. Lily looked towards her cupboard. “I might like to try one of your dresses!” She shivered. Anaya didn’t like when Lily used her dress. Anaya preferred her privacy. Anaya knew that how hard she tries to share but she preferred not to share. Anaya developed one attachment to her dress. She felt so sad when once again Lily came to demand it. Anaya said slowly “I don’t want to share my dress why don’t you wear one of your dresses?” “Why you need to object like that?” Lily started browsing those her dresses. Lily was acting in such a way as if she owned them all. Anaya wanted to object but she knew that it was useless. She knew that her dad would support Lily since Lily always followed his every order. Lily was going to talk sweetly with Dad’s every friend. Lily talked in different way. Anaya didn’t the way Lily acted. Anaya felt as if Lily didn’t care for her self-respect. Still Anaya kept thinking about it positively since Lily was getting success. Lily was earning money. Anaya told herself that she was not wise & practical like Lily. But Anaya was not going to permit her to use her dress. Anaya said loudly “These are my dresses chose one of your.” Lily gave her angry look. “Come on. You need to learn to share.” Lily was touching Anaya’s dresses. Anaya felt so disgusting. Anaya was no longer interested in wearing them. Anaya knew if she kept acting this way soon, she couldn’t have any beautiful dress to wear. She felt so frustrated at that thought. Anaya slowly said “It’s enough. I don’t want you to touch my dresses.” Now Lily started screaming loudly enough with view that other would hear it. “Come on I am just touching your dresses & observing them. I am not taking them away. I just want to wear one for one party what’s big deal?” Anaya didn’t want her to wear on that point her father entered & began to scream angrily “I bought those all dresses. I can decide who will take which one.” “But Dad, you gave them to me.” “I can take them back too.” Anaya felt so sad. But she decided to not give up. “I own them now. I will not give them to her.” “You are such selfish ungrateful girl!” Her mom spoke in Anaya’s support “Enough! Lily has many dresses. Let Lily use one of her.” Lily gave angry look to Mom & finally Lily left room. Dad started to abuse Anaya & mom. But when Anaya didn’t give up finally, he forced to left room too. It was so painful. Anaya started crying but her mom started telling to calm down. “You must not cry you are going to party you must prepare your best & look nice before all.” Anaya nodded. Anaya began to work hard to control her emotions. Anaya wanted to look her best.

        Anaya found it so difficult to control her emotions before public. Anaya was so upset. She kept thinking about entire incidence. Her Dad was already planning to purchase similar dress for Lily. It was so odd that Lily wanted exactly same dress. But Lily wanted it. Her Dad was already asking about shop. Anaya tried to argue but things were not working as per her wish. She just hoped that shop wouldn’t have duplicate dress. She didn’t want to wear dresses like Lily. It was so frustrating. She slowly began to argue “Why she needed to copy my dress? She can buy dress which is different than my dress. She can even buy more costly. This is not right!” Her Dad screamed on her “You don’t have any copyright on that design. Lily can purchase it.” She felt so shocked & angry. But she knew that if she argued then it would be useless. Her mom took hold of her hand & said in low voice “Don’t worry. She will not get same design that shopkeeper told me it was single piece.” Anaya dried her eyes & said “I really feel scared. I don’t want her to imitate me.” “Don’t worry. Now concentrate on yourself. You need to look pretty & confident in this party.” Anaya nodded. She needed to prepare herself to feel positive. She needed to smile & talk. Her father managed to upset her so much but still she needed to bring positivity in her mind. She began to feel so negative. Her mind started to sense negativity of entire incidence. Lily & her father managed to disturb her mentally. She knew that it wouldn’t be easy to go to party now. She was scared & nervous. She needed to find some way to have positivity in her mind. She didn’t need negativity. She looked towards mobile. She began to think what would be better option. She could listen to music or play some game or listen to some story book. She also managed to download few things which tell her about how to keep mind calm. It was important for her. She needed to remain calm. Soon she found her favorite song & she got involved in it. Lily was observing her with full attention but Anaya didn’t sense it. Lily wanted to know what Anaya was listening. Lily wanted to listen same thing. Her Dad told her that she could have all that Anaya had. Lily wanted everything which Anaya was getting. Lily didn’t want Anaya to have anything just for herself. After all Anaya was not getting these things by Anaya’s own earning. Their dad gave them so if Dad decided to give it to Lily, then Lily could take all from Anaya. Anaya didn’t look towards her. Lily was not happy about it. Her Dad began to talk to Lily “I am telling you. Lily you are smart girl. You can achieve anything you want. You just need to decide with determination & I am ready to help you in every way.” Lily smiled happily. Lily knew that Dad would give everything to her. She decided to concentrate on demanding things from Dad instead of using Anaya’s dresses. She knew that Anaya would never permit it. Lily slowly began to demand things from her dad. But Dad was not that much happy about it. Dad slowly changed subject. Lily didn’t even sense it. Lily kept talking happily about all. Lily kept chatting freely.

         Anaya felt so nervous due to argument when she entered in Party Hall. Her dad was observing her with full attention. She could sense it & she didn’t like it. She felt like some prisoner. She wanted feel free. But Lily was so happy when Dad kept telling her where she supposed to go. Anaya just wanted dad to pay attention to Lily. She didn’t want her dad to interfere in her life. But she knew that her dad would always keep total attention on her. Anaya was so frustrated by all this. Her life was dependent on this party. She needed to impress people. She had hopes of becoming famous shop keeper one day. She knew that it was hard but if she got job in some shop then she would surely manage to own a shop one day too. She needed to find some shop owner who could give her a job. She began to look around. Soon she found one Uncle who had one shop in market. She immediately went towards Uncle. She began to talk. She felt that she was impressing her uncle when suddenly her dad appeared & told her angrily “Your mom is calling you. Don’t wander around in hall like that! Stay with your mom.” She was so confused. “Go…Your mom is calling you.” She nodded & she started to search for her mom. She didn’t find her for long time. She was so angry. On that point she suddenly bumped in one person. She looked towards that young man. She began to feel that it was time for her hope. He said “Sorry.” Then he went away. She felt so sure that he liked her. His smile was so sweet & kind. Then she began to search for her mom. Soon she discovered that her mom was busy in chatting with her relatives. It was crystal clear that her mom was not calling her. She was so upset. She didn’t understand one thing that why did her dad needed to lie like that. But she decided that she needed to concentrate on boy who dumped in her. If she planned to get married then she didn’t need to find that shop now. She needed to confirm from her husband if he permits her to open a shop. She didn’t want to destroy her marriage due to her career ambitions. Her marriage was important for her. She decided to skip that idea & she slowly asked her mom “Who was that boy?” One of her relative declared “That’s my son-in-law?” She felt so confused. Then that lady declared “Here comes my daughter just behind you.” She understood now. That boy was looking towards his wife not her. She felt so hurt. She didn’t able to talk with that shop owner & she by mistake selected a married man to do inquiries. Then mom turned to her & asked “What happened?”  She told mom what her dad told her. Her mom was shocked. Mom “Why your dad told you like that?” She felt so upset. Then one auntie came with tense expression & told them that her dad argued with that uncle. So, she felt certain that she couldn’t get job there. At same time Lily was chatting freely with Dad’s favourite relatives. Her dad didn’t argue with them. She felt so nervous & negative. She began to feel that her entire chance was gone. She went back home & she started crying. Lily said slowly “You can’t get anything. You are not so smart.” She wanted to argue but she decided to ignore. She began to feel so depressed. She started to feel so nervous. She didn’t say anything. She knew that if she argued Lily would scream & her dad would come in her support. Lily began to tell how great she was. Anaya just kept sitting on her bed. Anaya started to plan different things regarding her shop. Anaya knew that she might not get job but still she kept trying. Soon she understood that Lily was planning to marry some rich man. Anaya felt so happy. She wanted Lily to just live happy life in house of Lily’s husband. But when Lily started to calling her inferior Anaya felt hurt. But during that time Anaya found one small shop which would offer her a job. She was so happy. She applied. Then in morning she told all about that job but they were not interested in it. Lily was planning to date that boy. Then Anaya felt sad. But any way she went on that that shop. It was nice shop. She began to work as sales person. She started to enjoy it. But on other side of mind, she was tense. She began to feel that Lily might managed to take away all her dresses. She was tense. After completing hours in shop, she came home. She was so tired. Her mom offered her snacks & coffee. But her dad kept talking with Lily in loud voice. They were celebrating their success while abusing other. Anaya went in room. Next thing she heard was screams of her mom. She came out. Lily was threatening to kill herself crying loudly. Her dad was screaming on mom. He was blaming all on mom. Lily kept abusing all. Lily kept targeting all. Finally, after long effort that drama stopped. Next day her parents decided to take Lily to meet psychiatrist. Clearly that boy rejected Lily. It was so shocking to Anaya that Lily was doing this for a boy whom she had met just once. Lily went to psychiatrist. They started some medicines. Anaya was watching all. Anaya sensed one thing that her dream of owning shop was hard but it’s better than dream of owning some rich boy. Anaya hoped that Lily would stop that stunt. But any way Anaya was not going to say anything against Lily. Anaya just kept away. One thing was certain her dad was cause of Lily’s issue. Psychiatrist even indicated it but nothing changed. Lily kept following her dad & kept having issues. Anaya didn’t manage to get job which would make her rich but Anaya managed to live one life in which she was normal. She was glad about it. She loved her job. After watching Lily, she decided that she didn’t need her dad’s help to own shop. She would work happily as sales girl in other person’s shop. Her dad’s inheritance had curse of his madness.
