Akash's friend
Akash was
feeling so happy to get new chance. He was trying so hard for one break but he
didn’t get it. Finally, after so much time he got one chance to get success in
his career. He managed to see everything in positive way. He was working so
hard for such a long time. His every attempt considered something important for
him but for world it was totally useless thing. He began to get so restless. He
was studying so hard for so many hours to get things in right way. He needed to
arrange everything but still he never got much success. Today Akash was finally
getting that opportunity which he wanted for such a long time. He felt so
nervous. He knew that his friend Tushar would help him. Akash was so happy.
Akash was working so hard to get entry in this project. But nothing worked.
Akash didn’t get any chance. He needed to keep waiting until finally Boss
didn’t call Akash yesterday to give him opportunity. Akash studied everything
properly. He managed to set all his work in proper line. But he was not
expecting it but suddenly yesterday he received call from Tushar. Tushar
“Akash, I heard you wanted to do presentation of your project?” Akash felt so
nervous. Akash didn’t want to confess his failure. Akash decided to change
subject. “It’s not so important. Let’s talk about your life.” “I don’t want to
discuss my life. I want to tell you. You must be prepared tomorrow since your
Boss will call you.” Akash wanted to talk further but Tushar just disconnected
call. Akash felt so upset. He wanted to call Tushar again but Tushar was one of
famous person who had rich background. Akash didn’t want to cross examine
person like Tushar. Tushar might had acted like friend but Tushar was not
exactly friend. Tushar was on top step of ladder while Akash was on down one. Akash
always respected Tushar’s every opinion. Even on that day he didn’t say
anything. Next morning he went prepared for project. He worked hard to get it on
proper position. He was not hoping for chance. But he was shocked when his Boss
gave him chance. Akash was so happy. He began to do all properly. Soon he got
that break which he wanted for such a long time. He presented project which got
appreciated by all his seniors. He was on top of the world when he went out. He
looked outside. He was shocked to see Akash standing with a woman. That woman
was beautiful looking. Akash liked her but at same time he sensed that she was from
some rich background not some woman who could settle in his house as wife. His
parents left one house for him but it was not big one & his parents lived
in village but he knew that soon they needed to stay with him. His old parents
couldn’t stay in village alone. He tried to convince them to join him in city
but they were still not willing but he knew that one day they would need to. He
felt sad but he knew that girl must be someone from Tushar’s circle. Akash just
smiled sweetly towards them. Tushar slowly pointed Akash to enter in car &
Akash did it. Akash didn’t have much options.
Akash felt so nervous. He didn’t
understand who was this girl. He noticed that girl was not exactly interested in
chatting with him. Then Tushar slowly told “This is my cousin Rucha. She just
came from abroad.” Rucha looked towards Akash. Clearly, she was not smiling.
She was observing him in strange way. Then Rucha slowly said “Tushar do you
feel that I can go out with him?” Akash
was so shocked. He was not planning to start dating but it seemed as if Tushar
already decided for him. Tushar “I am telling you. Akash is perfect for you. I
know him since school. He is always calm & peaceful. He will listen to you
& not scream on you.” Akash felt so nervous. They were talking about him
before him. They were acting in such a way as if he didn’t exist. His opinion
wouldn’t count. Actually, Akash knew that his opinion wouldn’t count. Tushar
managed to help him with career so now he supposed to obey Tushar. It was
complicated for Akash but he needed to adjust. Tushar did big favor on him.
Akash didn’t say anything. Rucha kept looking towards Akash with full
attention. She was observing Akash’s each gesture. Akash was feeling so nervous
due to her attention. Akash wanted to
object but he didn’t dare. Rucha didn’t discuss much. Rucha began to look outside
window. He was feeling so nervous & scared. He knew that Tushar gave him
project so he needed to listen to her. It was important for him. But he also
knew that it would create problem for him. He couldn't fulfill Rucha’s every wish.
Soon his parents might come from village & he was certain that Rucha couldn’t
adjust with them. He felt so frustrated by entire idea. He started to feel
suffocated in that car. He began to feel that he needed some air. He started to
feel breathless in car. He never felt that way but on that day for first time
he began to feel breathless. He managed to hide his feelings. Luckily Tushar
& Rucha soon decided that they needed to go back in their own world &
let him to go back in his world. But Akash didn’t feel relieved when he came
back. Akash was feeling unique fear. He began to feel that he needed to love
Rucha it was precious for him. He loved her since she was beautiful & smart
but still, he was scared in his heart. He was so nervous. He went to office
concentrate on his project. He needed to do it on his best. He was working hard
but he kept thinking about Rucha. He began to feel that Rucha was becoming his
obsession. He didn’t understand why. He was not in love with her. But still he
started to remember her every gesture. Finally, he decided to call Tushar. “Tushar,
I don’t understand what you were talking about your cousin Rucha.” “Oh! Nothing
special! I was just suggesting you are suitable for each other. She is not
engaged & you are not engaged too so I felt you might try to date each
other. After all what is wrong in it?” “But you know my responsibilities?” “Oh!
Your parents! Your parents want to stay in village. We can do it no worries.”
Akash didn’t say anything. Suddenly all began to look so easy. Akash smiled
happily in his dreams.
Akash already began to imagine life
with Rucha. He needed to obey her every word. He began to think about her in
positive way. Slowly he began to feel all in positive style. His Boss called
him inside & admired his project. His Boss looked towards him with
suspicion. He felt so scared. He slowly asked “What happened Sir?” His Boss
“Why did that Tushar help you? Do you have much good friendship with him?”
“Tushar is good friend but he never helped like that.” “It’s strange any way be
careful. Tushar might have some demands from you. I want you to be sure to
fulfill them.” Akash nodded. Akash began to do project. He was expecting Tushar
to call him. Akash kept feeling scared & not certain as days went ahead. He
began to get uneasy day by day. Akash slowly started to get tense. After
sometime he started to sense Tushar was not calling. But Akash was still
expecting call. One day finally Akash called. When he started to discussing
with Tushar, Tushar appeared shocked. “I never suggested that Rucha supposed to
date you! I suggested that I spoke with her as one favor to you. She is such
nice girl educated & rich girl! But she didn’t agree. It was not
happening.” Akash felt so nervous. Akash began to feel that his world was
shattered. He didn’t understand what would Tushar do next. “So, you are angry?”
“No!” Tushar didn’t say anything further just disconnected call. It was so
frustrating. Akash kept waiting for call. Akash did projects. He completed all
in great way too but in his mind, he was so disturbed. He kept thinking
negatively about all. He was feeling so upset. He decided that he didn’t need
to think about Tushar any more. But still he kept thinking. He began to have
nightmares too. Finally, he sensed that he didn’t have much option if he wanted
to sleep. He needed to visit Doctor. Doctor checked him & suggested
psychiatrist. He needed to get rid of those nightmares. Akash didn’t understand
why he was getting them. Then finally he visited psychiatrist. Psychiatrist
heard everything & said “You are feeling scared not about Rucha but about
your project.” He felt so confused. He felt always confident regarding project
but as psychiatrist explained. He sensed that he was confident before but when
Tushar helped him. He began to feel nervous & helpless. He started to think
that he was nothing without Tushar’s influence. Slowly psychiatrist convinced
him about his capacity. After some appointments he began to feel relaxed. Slowly
he started to sleep peacefully. He stopped thinking about Rucha & Tushar.
But still sometimes in his heart he still felt scared when his mobile rang. As
days went ahead. He understood that Tushar was not going to call. He was out of
Tushar’s life. He began to get relaxed. Finally, his project was over. He got
admiration & bonus. After that he finally forgot fear of Tushar totally.
Now he was no longer scared of Tushar’s call. Slowly he understood that he was
scared about success of project not of Tushar. He understood his fears & he
learnt to handle them too.
